Profit Roadmap System™ for GHL Agencies

This is a unique business model for GHL Agencies looking to offer more scalable deployment of systems to clients, faster results and more profitability thanks to it's 'productised' approach.

It includes 10 distinct systems, each designed as a standalone module (snapshot). These snapshots are installed into your SaaS customer's accounts gradually, over time, one on top of the next one like pieces of a puzzle. This approach contrasts with a single, expansive custom projects, which often proves tougher to market and deliver.

Profit Roadmap™ System and it's 'gradual rollout' method leads to faster fulfilment, onboarding, and delivery of results for your SaaS clients.

Transcript
Priya Jaganathan:

So I was this girl in 2019 on Google how to make

Priya Jaganathan:

money while asleep, like in the most legal, ethical way possible, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So when she showed me the platform, I couldn't sleep that night.

Vit Muller:

what's been the most rewarding client transformation you've seen as

Vit Muller:

a result of implementing your systems?

Priya Jaganathan:

one particular client in Sydney being a single mom, and.

Priya Jaganathan:

She was struggling, getting, clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

And the very first she she signed was

Vit Muller:

with the fulfillment offer, you mentioned viability.

Vit Muller:

At what point does it make sense for an agency owner to

Vit Muller:

bring on a fulfillment partner?

Priya Jaganathan:

I want most people to understand if you're good at

Priya Jaganathan:

selling, get a fulfillment partner.

Priya Jaganathan:

If you're good at building.

Priya Jaganathan:

Get a sales team to do your outreach and sales for you.

Vit Muller:

If somebody's starting out now with high level, what's one thing you wish

Vit Muller:

you knew when you were getting started?

Priya Jaganathan:

when you're starting out, segment your day

Priya Jaganathan:

and activities into three chunks.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the way I like to do it is

Priya Jaganathan:

the more hands you shake, the more money you make.

Priya Jaganathan:

Selling is the only.

Priya Jaganathan:

That whatever million dollar idea that you're working on is actually worth it

Priya Jaganathan:

because million dollar ideas are free and cheap unless someone swipes their card.

Vit Muller:

Hello everybody.

Vit Muller:

Welcome to another episode on the High Level Experience Podcast.

Vit Muller:

Our guest today is someone who's rapidly becoming a go to name in

Vit Muller:

the High Level world, especially if your agency has ever hit that

Vit Muller:

painful wall of broken automations, clunky workflows, or VA chaos.

Vit Muller:

She's not just another certified admin, she's the execution partner behind

Vit Muller:

the scenes of some of the fastest growing agencies using Go High level.

Vit Muller:

She's been a keynote speaker at SaaSpreneur Sydney, a featured

Vit Muller:

expert at Level Up 2025 in Dallas, and she's the founder of HL Growth

Vit Muller:

Partner, A fulfillment powerhouse.

Vit Muller:

Based in Australia that helps agencies scale without duct tape systems.

Vit Muller:

What's wild is she's got a PhD in biotechnology.

Vit Muller:

She speaks four languages and somehow still finds time to run multiple

Vit Muller:

ventures, including her own podcast.

Vit Muller:

and today we're diving into her SAAS Retention Blueprint, he POWER PIVOT™

Vit Muller:

Audit Framework, and what it really takes to scale fulfillment without

Vit Muller:

burning out your team or your tech stack.

Vit Muller:

Please welcome to the show, Dr. Priya Jaganathan.

Priya Jaganathan:

Hey, thank you so much for having me today.

Priya Jaganathan:

I am super grateful and super pumped to be here.

Vit Muller:

I am so glad to have you.

Vit Muller:

It's been a long time, coming.

Vit Muller:

We've been talking about it for a while, and finally we made the time,

Vit Muller:

so I'm very happy to have you, Priya, you've gone from academia to ai,

Vit Muller:

and now you're building systems for scaling agencies around the world.

Vit Muller:

What was your, oh crap.

Vit Muller:

This is it moment when you realized GHL was your zone of genius.

Priya Jaganathan:

GHL.

Priya Jaganathan:

technically, came into my life on 26th of April, 2024.

Priya Jaganathan:

I remember it so vividly when I started my free trial after my friend Harti, who was

Priya Jaganathan:

in Sydney, introduced me to the platform.

Priya Jaganathan:

So she was definitely living under the rocks.

Priya Jaganathan:

I used to be in ClickFunnel's world, back in 2019, a self-taught marketer.

Priya Jaganathan:

and I was duct taping 10 different, platforms to run a

Priya Jaganathan:

social media marketing agency.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I was doing business mentoring with done for you marketing.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when she showed me the platform, I couldn't sleep that night.

Priya Jaganathan:

I immediately went and signed up.

Priya Jaganathan:

High level.

Priya Jaganathan:

And because I were already offering, social media marketing, social planner

Priya Jaganathan:

is the very first feature that I brought five of my current clients in.

Priya Jaganathan:

So, which means, you know, technically I started getting paid for high

Priya Jaganathan:

level while I was on free trial.

Priya Jaganathan:

So my pain point of using multiple subscriptions was sold.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that was my.

Priya Jaganathan:

Entry, into high level.

Priya Jaganathan:

I had my website on Wix.

Priya Jaganathan:

I had my Calendly, which, you know, I, I didn't wanna pay, so I

Priya Jaganathan:

had one calendar for everything.

Priya Jaganathan:

So pretty much all my pain points got checked one by one with this one platform.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I was like, sign me up.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I didn't even know this 97 plan existed.

Priya Jaganathan:

I went straight to 2 9 7 when I signed up.

Priya Jaganathan:

so it was, it's been a great journey and as I've really,

Priya Jaganathan:

niched down into this space.

Priya Jaganathan:

as you, had a perfect introduction.

Priya Jaganathan:

I have been an academy and people know me as university lecturer.

Priya Jaganathan:

And after moving to Australia, I worked in a call center.

Priya Jaganathan:

I worked in universities so people know me for different things.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I had a YouTube channel about Australian immigration.

Priya Jaganathan:

So people think I'm a migration agent.

Priya Jaganathan:

it was very hard for me to position my brand to be known for one thing.

Priya Jaganathan:

And you would understand the importance of that.

Priya Jaganathan:

people have to associate your name with one thing.

Priya Jaganathan:

It becomes an easy sell.

Priya Jaganathan:

So because my brand was so scattered across different industries,

Priya Jaganathan:

I think niching down into the high level world was one of the

Priya Jaganathan:

wisest, smartest decision I did.

Priya Jaganathan:

And even now, every day, I strive to associate my name, personal

Priya Jaganathan:

brand, and my business brand with one thing that is high level.

Priya Jaganathan:

If people think about high level in Australia or global, I want

Priya Jaganathan:

them to associate it with me.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's kind of where it started and where it's heading.

Vit Muller:

So you've got an agency, you also do work for other agencies.

Vit Muller:

You had a very, you know, did you say 2024 when you've discovered high level,

Priya Jaganathan:

That's right.

Vit Muller:

wow.

Vit Muller:

You know, what you've been able to accomplish in, in, in that period of time?

Vit Muller:

I've been with high level.

Vit Muller:

since 2021.

Vit Muller:

so kudos to you.

Vit Muller:

You know, you've, you've already made it like on stage and speaking as a keynote.

Vit Muller:

so very, very impressive.

Vit Muller:

you, you've got a PhD experience in biotech and education, but you've

Vit Muller:

pivoted hard into the SaaS space.

Vit Muller:

you've already alluded to it, but what inspired that leap in general?

Vit Muller:

Like what skills or mindsets from your science background have actually helped

Vit Muller:

you become a better systems architect?

Priya Jaganathan:

I would first like to answer why I made the switch

Priya Jaganathan:

from the traditional, academy or, you know, when people migrate, they

Priya Jaganathan:

migrate, to have that better lifestyle.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I migrated under the Skilled Migration Program in Australia under

Priya Jaganathan:

university lecturer category because I used to be a lecturer back home.

Priya Jaganathan:

And after coming here, it was interesting.

Priya Jaganathan:

As an immigrant, you would agree with me with, there are so many cultural things

Priya Jaganathan:

that would have a different perspective for you because growing up you had

Priya Jaganathan:

a different perspective on things.

Priya Jaganathan:

So one thing that hit me really hard is time equals money.

Priya Jaganathan:

Because in India we get paid per month a fixed monthly salary

Priya Jaganathan:

irrespective of what job you do.

Priya Jaganathan:

Whereas after moving to Australia, every ticking hour

Priya Jaganathan:

of my time had a dollar value.

Priya Jaganathan:

So as an immigrant, what do you try to do?

Priya Jaganathan:

You try to maximize, how can I make more money?

Priya Jaganathan:

Right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So you try to do everything.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I was working full time.

Priya Jaganathan:

I started side hustling in tutoring, teaching people to, up here for gsat

Priya Jaganathan:

exams, writing, helping them write research, applications and proposals.

Priya Jaganathan:

But very soon you will realize time is a very, very finite resource.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I was this girl in 2019 on Google how to make money while asleep, like in the

Priya Jaganathan:

most legal, ethical way possible, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's how I got.

Priya Jaganathan:

Sucked into, you know, the best $100 investment, which

Priya Jaganathan:

is one funnel of a challenge.

Priya Jaganathan:

And then I got sucked into Tai Lopez Social Media, SMM 2.0 funnel.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I'm one of those.

Priya Jaganathan:

you know, but I can't scale my business back then.

Priya Jaganathan:

But I think with research PhD and dealing with students, you just

Priya Jaganathan:

develop that grit to not give up.

Priya Jaganathan:

And even though you get a negative result, it's still a result.

Priya Jaganathan:

At least you know it's not working.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when I wanted to name my business, I really thought about

Priya Jaganathan:

it because I wanted it to represent me and what I believed in my core.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I was, you know, in the business mentoring space back

Priya Jaganathan:

then, but I strongly believed.

Priya Jaganathan:

Marketing and sales is what differentiates a successful

Priya Jaganathan:

business from an expensive hobby.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if you don't have the right marketing and sales, you just

Priya Jaganathan:

have an expensive hobby because I had one when I was side hustling.

Priya Jaganathan:

So my goal right from the get go was get your marketing right

Priya Jaganathan:

and people have to pay you.

Priya Jaganathan:

And that's the only evidence, you get that this is working right?

Priya Jaganathan:

I might think this is the best product on earth, but when I pitch to you Vit, if you

Priya Jaganathan:

swipe your card, then that's my evidence that it's an offer that is marketable.

Priya Jaganathan:

So every client that I work with, that's the only lens I see through is whether

Priya Jaganathan:

it's marketable, whether it is sellable.

Priya Jaganathan:

And you would agree with me, most of them.

Priya Jaganathan:

Per wait for that perfect moment for all the ducks to line up.

Priya Jaganathan:

I mean, I would say launch F asterisk ugly, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

Just launch it.

Priya Jaganathan:

Create first.

Priya Jaganathan:

I mean, sell first.

Priya Jaganathan:

Create Next was my tagline, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So my business name, I called it Pivot to Thrive because that's still my

Priya Jaganathan:

registered business name in Australia.

Priya Jaganathan:

Pivot to Thrive Private Limited, because if something is not working, don't quit.

Priya Jaganathan:

Just pivot.

Priya Jaganathan:

Because that's what we used to do in research, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

We used to go to the lab, do some experiment.

Priya Jaganathan:

If nothing is working, next day we wash all the petites, go back to the database.

Priya Jaganathan:

Try a different set of trials.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I think research gives you that grit to see the negative result as

Priya Jaganathan:

still a result that it's not working.

Priya Jaganathan:

Alright, what do I do next?

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay, so you, you try to think about the true positives and false

Priya Jaganathan:

positives when you look at your result and then just focus and

Priya Jaganathan:

double down on things that's working.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I make mistakes.

Priya Jaganathan:

I really, really fail so bad, but I move on quick.

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay?

Priya Jaganathan:

It doesn't stop me.

Vit Muller:

I don't know why, but just in my head, just pop this, my

Vit Muller:

experience of never giving up, like going through the journey of arriving

Vit Muller:

to Australia in 2010 on student visa, there's, it just remind me that,

Vit Muller:

that part of my life, because it is.

Vit Muller:

It is a hassle.

Vit Muller:

You have to, especially, I don't know, if anybody's listening, if you ever,

Vit Muller:

been in another country on like, you know, on a visa and trying to make it,

Vit Muller:

and you really wanted to live there and you wanted to find your way towards

Vit Muller:

citizenship, plus you don't fit in.

Vit Muller:

It's a different culture.

Vit Muller:

A lot of people don't let you in, into their circles because the, all that stuff.

Vit Muller:

but one thing, yeah, I have had to, work in the bus on the weekends, work

Vit Muller:

as a topless weather for extra cash and during the week work, pouring

Vit Muller:

a beer and all the different jobs.

Vit Muller:

and you just gotta do what you can.

Vit Muller:

but, one thing with, keep trying until you work it out.

Vit Muller:

Like if it doesn't work, try and pivot.

Vit Muller:

To me, that was my journey of trying to obtain citizenship and I finally

Vit Muller:

made it, and 10 years later, so I was trying all the different things.

Vit Muller:

I had my own business, my fitness business, but that didn't work out.

Vit Muller:

I had to get, I had to get a job again, and that ultimately was the path.

Vit Muller:

I've mentioned that before.

Vit Muller:

I'm not gonna go into that story, but I just wanted to say, you know,

Vit Muller:

sounds like we've got, we've got some similar experiences here, so it's very

Priya Jaganathan:

respect for student visas because I came in as a skilled

Priya Jaganathan:

migrant, but I just came with a, work visa, but I had to still search for

Priya Jaganathan:

jobs and then convert to my permanent residence and then to citizenship.

Priya Jaganathan:

but student visa is a whole different ballgame, and I know

Priya Jaganathan:

it's, it's like 10 x struggle and hustle, with the student loans.

Priya Jaganathan:

so massive respect for everyone who has started from student,

Priya Jaganathan:

loan, until citizenship.

Priya Jaganathan:

I mean, that is a journey that deserves huge, huge respect Vit.

Vit Muller:

Well, thank you.

Vit Muller:

appreciate it.

Vit Muller:

But also, for yourself, culturally, in India, the parents, they they

Vit Muller:

set the path for you, don't they?

Vit Muller:

So you, you've had to pivot yourself against the grain, against what the

Vit Muller:

parents wanted, what the cultural thing was, the right thing to do.

Vit Muller:

That was, kudos to you too.

Priya Jaganathan:

I think my dad stopped talking to me for three

Priya Jaganathan:

months after I quit my university job, because that was my dream destination.

Priya Jaganathan:

Having my name Dr. Priya, associated with an Australian university.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I was working with University of Adelaide and my last job was

Priya Jaganathan:

with University of Queensland.

Priya Jaganathan:

So for parents, you know, it's a proud thing.

Priya Jaganathan:

Oh, my daughter works in Australian University, so they didn't

Priya Jaganathan:

wanna let go of that damn ego.

Priya Jaganathan:

And when I said I'm gonna quit my job and affiliate my name with something that I'm

Priya Jaganathan:

building, they, they didn't respect the hustle, obviously, for obvious reasons.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's all they knew.

Priya Jaganathan:

And he stopped talking to me for three months and I just had to.

Priya Jaganathan:

Bite it and just let it go.

Priya Jaganathan:

And eventually he came around.

Priya Jaganathan:

Now he's so proud of all the speaking that I do, and you know, when I send him

Priya Jaganathan:

photos, he looks at all the audience.

Priya Jaganathan:

He's like, oh, that was, there was a very senior person

Priya Jaganathan:

sitting and listening to you.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm really proud of the work you do.

Priya Jaganathan:

So they still come around.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's like you elope and get married to a nice person and then

Priya Jaganathan:

the parents come around somehow.

Priya Jaganathan:

I kind of think like that.

Priya Jaganathan:

So parents still come around, but initially people struggle to believe

Priya Jaganathan:

in you because they're conditioned to believe the security of a paycheck.

Vit Muller:

Mm-hmm.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

All right.

Vit Muller:

I flip.

Vit Muller:

Let's flip the script.

Vit Muller:

I wanna talk to you about your experience of getting certified

Vit Muller:

through high level and what has that.

Vit Muller:

What has that done for you in your business?

Priya Jaganathan:

Cool.

Priya Jaganathan:

Massive.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the reason, first why I did certification is for

Priya Jaganathan:

me to have that validation.

Priya Jaganathan:

As always.

Priya Jaganathan:

As humans, we seek validation from external sources.

Priya Jaganathan:

So though I've got the highest educational qualification, which has

Priya Jaganathan:

nothing to do with high level, and sadly, today, if you go on Facebook,

Priya Jaganathan:

everyone is hashtag ghl expert, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So for me to not have that imposter and actually say I am an expert, I needed that

Priya Jaganathan:

validation in the form of a credential.

Priya Jaganathan:

So.

Priya Jaganathan:

Purely, but tell you the fact, but I don't wanna spill that secret,

Priya Jaganathan:

but I actually wanted my son to do the certification, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So I signed up and I wanted him to be the youngest certified admin in the world.

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay?

Priya Jaganathan:

This was just me, okay?

Priya Jaganathan:

And I signed him up and he started doing it, but he lost it.

Priya Jaganathan:

Obviously he's a 14-year-old, obviously he's not interested.

Priya Jaganathan:

But I started sitting with him and doing all these, you know, modules and exams.

Priya Jaganathan:

And as a nerd, I love exams, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So I just couldn't stop.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I just went, on and on and on, and that's how I did the certification.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the initial intention was for my son, but then I thought, this

Priya Jaganathan:

will give me that validation.

Priya Jaganathan:

I need to call myself an certified expert.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it did two things to me.

Priya Jaganathan:

One is getting me clients out of Australia.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it's funny, when I started my business.

Priya Jaganathan:

My complete lead gen was from Instagram Stories.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's it.

Priya Jaganathan:

I would get all my clients from Singapore, Germany, different parts of the world,

Priya Jaganathan:

but I did not have a single client in Australia with, isn't it interesting?

Priya Jaganathan:

When I was completely online, I did not have a single Australian client.

Priya Jaganathan:

And then as we discussed, I joined BNI and then it became 80% of

Priya Jaganathan:

my clients were from Australia.

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay.

Priya Jaganathan:

And most of my legion was from BNI.

Priya Jaganathan:

And then as I started doing, you know, hybrid, like doing BNI and

Priya Jaganathan:

also my online, marketing, I started getting clients other than BNI too.

Priya Jaganathan:

But still, it was heavily Australian based.

Priya Jaganathan:

But being in the certification directory gave me an opportunity

Priya Jaganathan:

to get leads randomly from different parts of the world.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I started signing clients because it was never my focus.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I always believe Australia is a very underserved market.

Priya Jaganathan:

People always go to the US for US dollars and think there's an

Priya Jaganathan:

abundance, but most Australians are being, you know, underserved.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I wanted to serve that market.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's why if you see my branding and everything, I wanna position myself

Priya Jaganathan:

as a certified admin in Australia, Australian high level fulfillment partner.

Priya Jaganathan:

I, it's not like I'm saying no to the global, but that's

Priya Jaganathan:

where I wanna have my base.

Priya Jaganathan:

So certification, directory.

Priya Jaganathan:

Help me to get leads, from different parts of the world.

Priya Jaganathan:

And also, there's only a handful of people, so that actually provides

Priya Jaganathan:

high level itself and other, you know, providers that you're serious.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's only $97 a month to be on the directory, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

And even if you're paying one year upfront, 9 97, that's

Priya Jaganathan:

like 50% of the basic setup.

Priya Jaganathan:

You will charge any service anyways.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the return on investment is massive, and I don't see that as an expense,

Priya Jaganathan:

but most people don't continue the $97 membership thinking, I don't get much.

Priya Jaganathan:

Just being on the directory and authenticating yourself as an

Priya Jaganathan:

expert actually doing the exam, the live proctor exam gives you that.

Priya Jaganathan:

Edge, and I know a lot of certified admins being super successful.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm not very active in the community, but they get most of their leads

Priya Jaganathan:

from the certification directory too, and being part of the, sorry.

Vit Muller:

when you say leads, just for the guys to understand this,

Vit Muller:

is this actual small businesses that are using high level and

Vit Muller:

looking for help or is it agencies?

Priya Jaganathan:

Both.

Priya Jaganathan:

So what happens is certified directory, we've got directory of admins.

Priya Jaganathan:

So they have a form there where anyone can go in and fill their requirements.

Priya Jaganathan:

So they give, what's their requirement?

Priya Jaganathan:

They give their phone number and email, and then they put it in

Priya Jaganathan:

the, we have a private, go collab community for certified admins, and

Priya Jaganathan:

it comes there as a job opportunity.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it's up to you to contact them and, you know, tell them that if you can do the

Priya Jaganathan:

job and then they book a call and do it.

Priya Jaganathan:

But most leads from there, I find they're just doing shopping, they're

Priya Jaganathan:

press shopping, and stuff like that.

Priya Jaganathan:

But there are a few Australian businesses, like dental clinics I've signed

Priya Jaganathan:

through the certification directory.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's why I said it's good to be there because when this filter

Priya Jaganathan:

Australia, there's only like eight or 10 people there to be very honest.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it, it really lets you stand out, from the crowd and position yourself better.

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

Well, there you go guys.

Vit Muller:

If you, if you've been looking for a strategy, how to generate leads,

Vit Muller:

if you are not a fan of doing outreach, cold calling or, you know,

Vit Muller:

spinning up your whole marketing.

Vit Muller:

And you're like more like super nerdy and you just want to like

Vit Muller:

get that status and get leads.

Vit Muller:

I mean, that's a good pathway.

Priya Jaganathan:

Exactly, and we have a priority support for certified admins.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if you raise a ticket to the support team certification, admin

Priya Jaganathan:

support is a private channel.

Priya Jaganathan:

It gets escalated to L2 really fast.

Vit Muller:

And that's a Slack channel, isn't it?

Priya Jaganathan:

No, the community itself,

Vit Muller:

Oh, okay.

Priya Jaganathan:

so that's an extra, you pay for the priority

Priya Jaganathan:

support, that's separate.

Priya Jaganathan:

But certification admins, we just have a private channel

Priya Jaganathan:

inside Go collab community.

Priya Jaganathan:

And if you just go in and say, Hey, I've raised this ticket, can you escalate it?

Priya Jaganathan:

They do it for the certification community.

Vit Muller:

Ah, so you can, okay, great.

Vit Muller:

You get a little extra.

Priya Jaganathan:

Correct.

Priya Jaganathan:

Yeah.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it's a very nice little community.

Priya Jaganathan:

Alicia and Michael, they've built.

Priya Jaganathan:

so this year at Dallas we had a separate drinks, catchup, like affiliate eights.

Priya Jaganathan:

They had a separate catchup for, certified admins for us to go and network.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I think in the certification admin community as well, there

Priya Jaganathan:

are few of us who kind of like to, you know, give work to each other.

Priya Jaganathan:

If I can't serve that particular market, I know who else can do that better.

Priya Jaganathan:

So you can actually delegate it if you make that good, trusted

Priya Jaganathan:

connections in that network too.

Vit Muller:

Very good.

Vit Muller:

Now, Priya, being a keynote speaker for Level Up last year and the back in Sydney

Vit Muller:

last year also, have you done public speaking prior to that at that scale?

Priya Jaganathan:

No, that was my first billion dollar stage.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's, that's what I say to people.

Priya Jaganathan:

I've been on stages, speaking to, you know, huge crowds.

Priya Jaganathan:

200, 300, 500 easy, but for a targeted audience in that particular, niche.

Priya Jaganathan:

and it was a surprise.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like I did not expect, I did not apply to speak.

Priya Jaganathan:

I've never applied to high level to speak all the time I was invited.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the very first it came as a Facebook DM on Messenger from somebody who did

Priya Jaganathan:

not have even have a profile picture.

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay, we are gonna do this event in Sydney.

Priya Jaganathan:

We see that you're doing great work in Australia.

Priya Jaganathan:

We would love to speak.

Priya Jaganathan:

I was like, yeah, right.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's a scam.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I ignored, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

I saw the message.

Priya Jaganathan:

I ignored, the person knew that I ignored because it was from a random

Priya Jaganathan:

profile, and sent his official high level calendar link to book a code.

Priya Jaganathan:

Then I booked the call and I was like, oh my God, you're actually real.

Priya Jaganathan:

And then I was like, okay.

Priya Jaganathan:

And then we started speaking, what can I speak about?

Priya Jaganathan:

and, but I definitely wanna share this because everybody talks about being

Priya Jaganathan:

super successful and you know, and I think my way of marketing is this

Priya Jaganathan:

is what you get online and offline.

Priya Jaganathan:

You know me because I've seen offline as well, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

I try to be very authentic, but most people, you know, they have a different

Priya Jaganathan:

persona on stage and off stage.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I've got this love hate relationship with social media.

Priya Jaganathan:

But trust me, when I got invited to speak at high level, that's a very first time.

Priya Jaganathan:

I struggled to take that win and there was a whole lot of emotions that came

Priya Jaganathan:

in, to actually accept that as a win.

Priya Jaganathan:

The only question, I think it all comes down to your self-worth.

Priya Jaganathan:

Who do you think you are?

Priya Jaganathan:

And because the banner, I don't know if you remember the banner for

Priya Jaganathan:

SaaSprenuer, they had Billie Jean in a tiny black suit and I was this massive

Priya Jaganathan:

zoomed in, with a red blazer and you know, a look messaged me, mate, you

Priya Jaganathan:

look so much bigger than Billie Jean.

Priya Jaganathan:

And in my head, you know, it just hits you.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm like, I don't know.

Priya Jaganathan:

I was so nervous and, I had all sorts of emotions and I had to reach out to.

Priya Jaganathan:

one of my, friend or brother I consider NIc Esay, he spoke at

Priya Jaganathan:

Dallas the previous year in 2024.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I've known him from the ClickFunnels community.

Priya Jaganathan:

When he was announced as a speaker in Dallas, I was like, go, Nick.

Priya Jaganathan:

You know, I was super excited, but I've never spoken to him ever.

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay.

Priya Jaganathan:

We've just been following each other online.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I messaged him saying, Hey, I wanna have a chat with you.

Priya Jaganathan:

He asked, what is it?

Priya Jaganathan:

I said, look, I've been selected to speak, at this event, but I'm

Priya Jaganathan:

just feeling a little bit doubtful.

Priya Jaganathan:

It was 2:00 AM for him.

Priya Jaganathan:

He sent me a zoom.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right away.

Priya Jaganathan:

And he said, I think because you are associating with Billie Jean and billion

Priya Jaganathan:

dollar, million dollar businesses, but high level loves Exactly, but

Priya Jaganathan:

money and the, you know, the monetary value is not the only thing what high

Priya Jaganathan:

level considers to feature, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So you've got this business where it is a profit with purpose model.

Priya Jaganathan:

You are touching lives of so many Indian women and changing lives and you've done

Priya Jaganathan:

so well in such a short amount of time.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's a story they wanna know, Priya, it's about the story.

Priya Jaganathan:

And if, if they wanted to just feature eight, nine figure businesses,

Priya Jaganathan:

that would be a different stage altogether, which is not relatable.

Priya Jaganathan:

To the audience, to everybody.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I had evidence for that because 11 people, I still remember 11 people

Priya Jaganathan:

in Sydney came to me and said, we actually booked the ticket after

Priya Jaganathan:

seeing your topic because it was how to get your first 20 clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

Because we are not in the million dollar mark, we are

Priya Jaganathan:

not a million dollar business.

Priya Jaganathan:

We, we cannot get hundred SaaS clients today.

Priya Jaganathan:

So how to get our first 20 clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

So your topic was relatable and I booked a ticket just to hear you speak.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that was an evidence that how much you tend to underestimate the skills

Priya Jaganathan:

that you have and just think that you're too small, whereas you are ahead of so

Priya Jaganathan:

many people that wanna be you, you know?

Priya Jaganathan:

So that.

Vit Muller:

because for most people who've already made it,

Vit Muller:

they are at that thousand diamond.

Vit Muller:

You know, for a lot of people who are in the high level space, they're not there.

Vit Muller:

They are, they've got a couple of accounts.

Vit Muller:

They're trying to make it, and they're overcoming all sorts of

Vit Muller:

different barriers and limiting factors for why that's not happening.

Vit Muller:

What do you see being the one that's like very common?

Vit Muller:

Is it like a fear of success or, not comfortable with

Vit Muller:

reaching out, doing sales?

Vit Muller:

what have you found?

Priya Jaganathan:

I think what I find is people go behind the flashy stuff.

Priya Jaganathan:

I want ai.

Priya Jaganathan:

I want AI to do this.

Priya Jaganathan:

I want AI to do that.

Priya Jaganathan:

Have you sold a single sub account for social planner?

Priya Jaganathan:

Have you sold a single sub account for reputation management?

Priya Jaganathan:

Have you sold a single funnel?

Priya Jaganathan:

Like get to the basics.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's the basic thing I think people miss is the ability to sell.

Priya Jaganathan:

Is the ability to actually convince a client.

Priya Jaganathan:

This is a base like, I spoke to cybersecurity firm in Brisbane and

Priya Jaganathan:

they signed up to HubSpot and in half hour he signed up, he moved three

Priya Jaganathan:

of his businesses into high level.

Priya Jaganathan:

It was a no-brainer, you know, he said even having this custom signature

Priya Jaganathan:

option for every staff member, he was paying PandaDoc to do that.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that is one subscription off in 10 minutes of signing up.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right.

Priya Jaganathan:

So you, you having the ability to articulate to the client that this

Priya Jaganathan:

one tool is going to actually replace a lot of manual tasks that you're

Priya Jaganathan:

doing currently and it's going to enhance the productivity and outcome.

Priya Jaganathan:

That is it.

Priya Jaganathan:

And people can't do the basics.

Priya Jaganathan:

They go and chase the next flashy thing, whatever comes up, you know, but they

Priya Jaganathan:

forget that they should know to sell.

Priya Jaganathan:

And that's what I focused on.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I would, I would be the least technical certified admin

Priya Jaganathan:

or the least technical builder.

Priya Jaganathan:

I wouldn't, if I go into the builder and do stuff, my team

Priya Jaganathan:

will be so pissed because I'm gonna mess something up, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So, I just focus on selling and that's why right from day one, I had a team

Priya Jaganathan:

to implement because that is the mindset you need as an entrepreneur.

Priya Jaganathan:

You can be the one.

Priya Jaganathan:

Building and doing everything.

Priya Jaganathan:

So this is another scarcity mindset I see people having

Priya Jaganathan:

is I can just learn and do it.

Priya Jaganathan:

How many hours are you going to learn to do it right?

Priya Jaganathan:

For five months Vit, I felt like I was selling a half baked cookie because

Priya Jaganathan:

I did not know how it was done.

Priya Jaganathan:

I knew the features.

Priya Jaganathan:

I knew it can do fancy calendars and automations and QR codes and

Priya Jaganathan:

stuff, but I didn't know the how.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I'll tell the team, Hey, this is what I want.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'll give them a flow chart and they'll build it.

Priya Jaganathan:

But I didn't know the how, but I was very honest with my clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

If they ask a question, I'll be like, I'm gonna check with my team and come back.

Priya Jaganathan:

I did not fake it till I make it, but I hired team to do the job and I focused

Priya Jaganathan:

on what I was good at, which was selling.

Priya Jaganathan:

But most people do not understand that.

Priya Jaganathan:

They have to just focus on their skillset.

Priya Jaganathan:

Some people, they're lovely builders, they cannot sell, so they have to

Priya Jaganathan:

hire someone to sell for them so they can just focus on what they love.

Priya Jaganathan:

But people just try and do everything, even though they

Priya Jaganathan:

understand that's not their skillset.

Vit Muller:

Hmm, I've got so many questions.

Vit Muller:

on the sales side, you said keep it simple.

Vit Muller:

You know, don't, don't go after the complex stuff, the fancy stuff.

Vit Muller:

Keep it simple.

Vit Muller:

So out of the box features are often, you know, not really being

Vit Muller:

pitched is what you're saying here.

Vit Muller:

there are things that are really great out of the books, social planner, reputation

Vit Muller:

management, omnichannel in books.

Vit Muller:

but as you start to list them, you talk to certain people, like some business owners,

Vit Muller:

if you start to talk about these features, you start to see the eyes place over.

Vit Muller:

So how do you find that sweet spot?

Vit Muller:

How do you pitch it to bus or how do you decide what to, what

Vit Muller:

to leave out and what to say?

Vit Muller:

Because if

Priya Jaganathan:

asking them what's their pain points?

Priya Jaganathan:

That's it.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'll ask them, lead the call.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't tell them what I wanna sell.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'll ask them, what is your pain point?

Priya Jaganathan:

So.

Priya Jaganathan:

For example, yesterday I signed, a asset finance guy, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So his clear pain point was using multiple tools for scheduling,

Priya Jaganathan:

running ads, but there was nothing in the backend to follow up.

Priya Jaganathan:

He was paying MailChimp to send out newsletters.

Priya Jaganathan:

He was using a form in his website that didn't have an automation set up.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I told him, I'm not gonna do anything fancy here.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm just gonna replace that form on your contact us page with a high level form.

Priya Jaganathan:

And once they click, we'll have some trigger links there, whatever loans

Priya Jaganathan:

they choose, depending on that, they will get a targeted email and you

Priya Jaganathan:

will get a notification so you can pick up the phone and call, because

Priya Jaganathan:

asset finance is quick, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

And then whatever you are using multiple tools to schedule your social

Priya Jaganathan:

media, I'm gonna put it into my tool.

Priya Jaganathan:

He's got a VA and you can, your VA can actually send it to you for approval so

Priya Jaganathan:

you don't have to use notion to do it.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's done.

Priya Jaganathan:

Second pain point number three, MailChimp.

Priya Jaganathan:

Use MailChimp for newsletters.

Priya Jaganathan:

We can set up amazing templates.

Priya Jaganathan:

We can target business owners that have signed up just for car loans.

Priya Jaganathan:

We can sign up someone just tradies so you can have specific

Priya Jaganathan:

marketing message or campaigns.

Priya Jaganathan:

It goes out to segments of your database.

Priya Jaganathan:

Signed up easy.

Vit Muller:

So can we do a little role play, like an example of that

Vit Muller:

sales call for the guys listening

Priya Jaganathan:

Yes, let's do it.

Vit Muller:

Some, how, how does that work in, in your business

Vit Muller:

people, people find you.

Vit Muller:

they book a call.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's right.

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

You jump on a zoom call, what do you say?

Priya Jaganathan:

Hello.

Priya Jaganathan:

Lovely to meet you Vit.

Priya Jaganathan:

How are you today?

Vit Muller:

I'm very good.

Vit Muller:

Priya.

Vit Muller:

Hello.

Vit Muller:

Nice to meet you.

Priya Jaganathan:

Cool.

Priya Jaganathan:

Thank you so much for booking the call.

Priya Jaganathan:

How can I help you today?

Priya Jaganathan:

go straight this time.

Vit Muller:

Look, I'm not sure, I was looking at your website, you know, I

Vit Muller:

run a, a plumbing business, here in Dubbo and, yeah, I was just curious

Vit Muller:

to see what, what you can do for me.

Priya Jaganathan:

Sure.

Priya Jaganathan:

So what kind of tools and systems do you use to run your plumbing business?

Vit Muller:

so we got a fleet of cars and I got, you know,

Vit Muller:

some plumbing tools, toolboxes.

Vit Muller:

My guy's got toolboxes, and, and when we call on the job, we go and we do the job.

Vit Muller:

so people call us.

Vit Muller:

That's a phone call.

Vit Muller:

We have a

Priya Jaganathan:

Do you use service mate?

Vit Muller:

no at the moment we just kind of manage it all.

Vit Muller:

you know.

Vit Muller:

When we, when people call, we put it down on the paper and we've got somebody in

Vit Muller:

the office and they keep a note of it.

Priya Jaganathan:

That scares me Vit what if your receptionist gets run

Priya Jaganathan:

over by a bus and what if something happens to your staff member?

Priya Jaganathan:

but we do see this quite a lot in the trades industry.

Priya Jaganathan:

so I'll introduce a little bit about what we do and how we can help

Priya Jaganathan:

and see if we are the right fit.

Priya Jaganathan:

Is that.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, sure.

Priya Jaganathan:

Amazing.

Priya Jaganathan:

So, as you know, my name is Priya and I run multiple businesses,

Priya Jaganathan:

predominantly on a CRM called high level.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't try to, you know, hide that it's not the platform because it's a

Priya Jaganathan:

billion dollar company that's backed by a lot of, technology and staff.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we do everything related to marketing and sales.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the only purpose of using the tool is you get to consolidate

Priya Jaganathan:

most of your subscriptions.

Priya Jaganathan:

In your case, not much.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's just paper.

Priya Jaganathan:

So replace your paper, into a basic tool that your staff can get access.

Priya Jaganathan:

So most tradies.

Priya Jaganathan:

Who use service mate, we don't try to convince them to move from service mate.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we try to keep the service mate tool for operations because

Priya Jaganathan:

you've got the GPS tracking facility for your truck and stuff.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we try not to combine them or replace them.

Priya Jaganathan:

whereas for other industries like pests, we do try to replace the trade

Priya Jaganathan:

softwares With our software, it's, it's convenient, but now that you are starting

Priya Jaganathan:

as a blank slate, it's even better.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we can get your jobs booking, through multiple calendars, all

Priya Jaganathan:

your guys can get on the calendar.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when the go job gets booked, you get notified, your team gets notified so they

Priya Jaganathan:

know exactly what time the booking is on.

Priya Jaganathan:

the clients will get a reminder straight away.

Priya Jaganathan:

We can do an SMS, for clients once the job is done.

Priya Jaganathan:

Then automatically we can send Google reviews and you know, AI can respond

Priya Jaganathan:

to your reviews and that will compound with time for your SEO if you wanna

Priya Jaganathan:

rank for, plumbers in double, so we can program the AI to use those keywords

Priya Jaganathan:

for you to rank high in double region.

Priya Jaganathan:

And there's so much more we can automatically post

Priya Jaganathan:

those reviews onto socials.

Priya Jaganathan:

and then, you know, so your social media calendar's active, so there's so much

Priya Jaganathan:

more we can do that I don't wanna, you know, hurt your brain, but it's a simple

Priya Jaganathan:

subscription that unlimited staff members can be added and we can do all the, setup

Priya Jaganathan:

for you and train your team members.

Priya Jaganathan:

I understand trades is hard, so you don't have to do a lot of stuff.

Priya Jaganathan:

You can access all of this on an app.

Priya Jaganathan:

Each of your team member will get access to this app and they can

Priya Jaganathan:

manage all their bookings on an app.

Priya Jaganathan:

How does that sound?

Vit Muller:

it sounds scary.

Vit Muller:

You know, we, we don't use any of it and it's, it's, our business

Vit Muller:

is, is working at the moment.

Vit Muller:

So I'm just, my concern is, this would be another thing that we need to implement.

Vit Muller:

I'm not sure

Priya Jaganathan:

Yeah, I guess the thing I want you to think about is

Priya Jaganathan:

how are you planning to scale with papers and how are you planning

Priya Jaganathan:

to retarget your existing clients?

Priya Jaganathan:

What is the lifetime value of a client?

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay, somebody called you for a toilet leak, but what if they

Priya Jaganathan:

want to, you know, do another job?

Priya Jaganathan:

So today we live in an age where there's so much information, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

There's so much information available, so you need to be on top of things.

Priya Jaganathan:

So Google tells you need to have 21 touchpoints before someone

Priya Jaganathan:

can tap their card and buy.

Priya Jaganathan:

So, especially your niche, people are gonna go to Google Maps and

Priya Jaganathan:

search for plumbers near me.

Priya Jaganathan:

So you need to be the one.

Priya Jaganathan:

To have speed to lead.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we've got this amazing feature called Missed Call text back because none of

Priya Jaganathan:

the tradies attend phone calls, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So you're on the job, you are on tools all day, every day.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if you're not gonna pick up your phone, what do I do?

Priya Jaganathan:

I go to Google Maps and choose the next plumber.

Priya Jaganathan:

So what do we do is a simple automation.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if someone calls your number, you are on tools, your team is on

Priya Jaganathan:

tools, they can't answer the phone immediately there's a text that

Priya Jaganathan:

goes, Hey, sorry we missed your call.

Priya Jaganathan:

How can I help?

Priya Jaganathan:

And then the text back saying, Hey, I've got a leak in my kitchen.

Priya Jaganathan:

What do you do?

Priya Jaganathan:

So immediately, because you've got that text happening, that lead is not missed.

Priya Jaganathan:

Why would you not, you know, have that opportunity to miss that particular lead.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I can, after this call, I can send you a calculator that'll help

Priya Jaganathan:

you calculate what's the value of one client, and how many calls you

Priya Jaganathan:

miss every week, and how much money you are leaving on the table Vit.

Vit Muller:

Look, all I care about is doing better than Jimmy Bob down the road.

Vit Muller:

So if this helps me, you know, be a bigger business than him, then I'm in.

Priya Jaganathan:

Definitely.

Priya Jaganathan:

I think for you, if you, if we just focus on getting more Google reviews

Priya Jaganathan:

and have AI respond to it and get more keywords in your Google AI responses,

Priya Jaganathan:

I think you are gonna smash Jim.

Priya Jaganathan:

We've got so many tools to help you do that.

Vit Muller:

Can you make sure you don't call him?

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay.

Priya Jaganathan:

We can definitely have an exclusive agreement for a prize.

Vit Muller:

Okay, great.

Priya Jaganathan:

How is that?

Vit Muller:

Awesome.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, that was great.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

you were overcoming objections.

Vit Muller:

You were clearly explaining there was a point where you were talking about a

Vit Muller:

couple of different features at once.

Vit Muller:

but then you came back and made it, make it, made it relevant and.

Vit Muller:

Empathetic so that like you already getting ahead, look, I'm not gonna tell

Vit Muller:

you more because your brain would break.

Vit Muller:

or I, I don't, can't remember how you

Priya Jaganathan:

Hurt.

Priya Jaganathan:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

her.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

So I think it was great.

Vit Muller:

I think it was great example of how, you know, if somebody's listening how

Vit Muller:

they could, take a snippet outta this, turn it into their little sales, sales

Vit Muller:

script and get started with that.

Vit Muller:

It's a good example.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't think people tend to listen, like active listening.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's the key, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

Tell exactly the words.

Priya Jaganathan:

I mean, I even have a podcast on this.

Priya Jaganathan:

How you actively listen and use the exact terminology because the vocabulary

Priya Jaganathan:

you use in sales calls really matters.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I'm with a note and pen writing down the exact words they say.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's why I told you the same words.

Priya Jaganathan:

Plumbers in Dubbo, you know, so it's the same words.

Priya Jaganathan:

So you, you are psychologically, you are, forced to believe that

Priya Jaganathan:

she's actually listening and she can actually solve my problem.

Vit Muller:

Mm-hmm.

Vit Muller:

I would also say like tradies is like a male-dominated industry.

Vit Muller:

there's ego, there's competitiveness.

Vit Muller:

I would definitely play on that.

Vit Muller:

like what is, what's like the moment like what is that change in their

Vit Muller:

tone and how the energy when you hit the sport, what is it that's gonna

Vit Muller:

really take them, like tip them over.

Vit Muller:

Like it could be like, Hey, who's your competitor?

Vit Muller:

And like type, type it into that.

Vit Muller:

And maybe that might be that angle.

Priya Jaganathan:

Yeah, trades is a hard sell, I would say from my BNI experience.

Priya Jaganathan:

I, I mean, they're like, oh, they just laugh at me when I pitch about missed call

Priya Jaganathan:

text back because Americans make a shit ton of money with missed call, text back.

Priya Jaganathan:

And in Australia, people laugh at me saying, Priya, I'm not answering that call

Priya Jaganathan:

because, you know, I don't want that lead.

Priya Jaganathan:

Or I'm, I'm already busy.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm just doing enough.

Priya Jaganathan:

You know, Australia's a different market.

Priya Jaganathan:

so trades, I find them a very, hard sell.

Priya Jaganathan:

but we are trying to, mean work with the pest control and other guys who

Priya Jaganathan:

actually need more volume of, jobs.

Priya Jaganathan:

They are more, inclined to take up the offer lawnmowers

Priya Jaganathan:

and, all those kind of people.

Priya Jaganathan:

But traditional sparkies plumbers, they are like.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm good mate.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't need you, So it is a hard sell from my

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

So I, I would say to them, it's okay, when you're 60, you plan to retire, right?

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Well, when you retire, do you want to be known as somebody who, retired and

Vit Muller:

lost, sold their company for a million or $2 million and, and had that sort

Vit Muller:

of a bragging right, you know, to show off his mates, or do you wanna

Vit Muller:

be a plumber who just shuts the door and there's nothing left behind him?

Vit Muller:

No legacy to leave.

Priya Jaganathan:

Correct.

Priya Jaganathan:

I tell them up with the business valuation because there was a handyman in my, BNI

Priya Jaganathan:

who was making 380 KA year, but he went to a business broker to sell his business.

Priya Jaganathan:

It was valued at $60,000 because she said, it's a personal brand, you are

Priya Jaganathan:

the brand, and there's nothing that the buyer can actually, you know, take

Priya Jaganathan:

and just run the business without you.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if you're not there, there's no business.

Priya Jaganathan:

Exactly.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I use that example and I tell them, you wanna build a business

Priya Jaganathan:

asset to leave for your children.

Priya Jaganathan:

You wanna build an asset that you can exit one day and sell,

Priya Jaganathan:

and this will help you do that.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant.

Vit Muller:

Now, Priya, HL growth partner, that's another side of the business.

Vit Muller:

you build this thing around team-based delivery, not sort of a lone wolf

Vit Muller:

va. What made you design it this way?

Priya Jaganathan:

So I think the fact that I had my own team from day one, and

Priya Jaganathan:

I strongly believe in the concept, the way you buy is the way you sell, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

I never believed in, just a white label onboarding and support, and I felt

Priya Jaganathan:

it didn't have control over things.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I always had my team do everything for me.

Priya Jaganathan:

I built my team from the ground up and that.

Priya Jaganathan:

Also just hiring one VA people, VAs are VAs for a reason, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

Their, their skillset, their attitude.

Priya Jaganathan:

They're good at following instructions, but they're not

Priya Jaganathan:

an expert in multiple things.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like, I'm still finding a unicorn VA or an expert that can do a lot of things.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I have a massive team, like 18 on my, full-time payroll and others contractors

Priya Jaganathan:

on a need basis from a very early age.

Priya Jaganathan:

Because I needed someone just to be good at graphics.

Priya Jaganathan:

I needed someone just good at Figma mockup.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when the Figma mockup is ready, I had a landing page sales funnel

Priya Jaganathan:

builder to build the funnels.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I think it's my brain.

Priya Jaganathan:

How it works is I've got this person to do it.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when we scope out the project, we know how many resources that comes

Priya Jaganathan:

in, and my brain cannot work out the number of hours because, Vit,

Priya Jaganathan:

I can do a snapshot in four days.

Priya Jaganathan:

You would smash it in four hours.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right.

Priya Jaganathan:

So how do we price the hourly rate when we are building a team and

Priya Jaganathan:

each one's expertise is different?

Priya Jaganathan:

Right.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it's very tricky.

Priya Jaganathan:

It comes down to, oh my God, they're charging that much.

Priya Jaganathan:

You always have to, raise to the bottom pricing model, which I didn't wanna do it.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I was always doing this for just my clients, my agency

Priya Jaganathan:

clients, my sub-account clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

We had, I think the reason I was able to scale faster is having

Priya Jaganathan:

the team for support anything.

Priya Jaganathan:

Just send an email and we will fix it for you.

Priya Jaganathan:

Whatever we build, if it breaks or if there's anything to be

Priya Jaganathan:

tweaked, you don't pay anything.

Priya Jaganathan:

We support you for a lifetime.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's what was my USP I believe every one things, when

Priya Jaganathan:

they walk into a high level event.

Priya Jaganathan:

Everybody is a competitor for everyone.

Priya Jaganathan:

I would say no.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like people, you and I Vit can do the same thing, but some people

Priya Jaganathan:

wanna do business with you, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

Because they like know and trust you.

Priya Jaganathan:

And some people can align with my energy and style and they

Priya Jaganathan:

wanna do business with me.

Priya Jaganathan:

So you are not me.

Priya Jaganathan:

And that's what makes me unique.

Priya Jaganathan:

So no one is a competitor for anyone just because we all have access

Priya Jaganathan:

to this platform for god's sake.

Priya Jaganathan:

People have an abundance mindset, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

We have enough jobs for everybody to go through.

Priya Jaganathan:

So don't lose integrity.

Priya Jaganathan:

Don't poach for clients, don't do the wrong thing, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

But if you are.

Priya Jaganathan:

You ca you know, your marketing material lands in another high

Priya Jaganathan:

level person's inbox, which means you've done the job, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

You have targeted the ideal client, you know, so you're not

Priya Jaganathan:

trying to poach, but you're just being mindful about the target.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I definitely feel this whole, I wanted to start this new brand other

Priya Jaganathan:

than my pivot to thrive, because my pivot to thrive, I dunno if you

Priya Jaganathan:

understand the Indian word masala.

Priya Jaganathan:

Masala means everything put together, all the spices put

Priya Jaganathan:

together, gives you a flavor, right?

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

It's kinda like a nine top in Germany.

Priya Jaganathan:

Exactly.

Priya Jaganathan:

Yeah.

Priya Jaganathan:

Whatever that is.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't know the German word, but masala is, all the spices blend together gives

Priya Jaganathan:

you that aroma, gives you that flavor.

Priya Jaganathan:

But you, you, when one spice overpowers the other, then it doesn't

Priya Jaganathan:

give you the nice aromatic flavor.

Priya Jaganathan:

So Pivot to Thrive started becoming that brand with a not a balanced spice mix.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it was everything.

Priya Jaganathan:

Oh, you do high level.

Priya Jaganathan:

Yes, we You do ai.

Priya Jaganathan:

Yes you do.

Priya Jaganathan:

Can I sign up for affiliate yet?

Priya Jaganathan:

Yes.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I, for SEO and from November last year, people started finding me on

Priya Jaganathan:

chat GPT, because every sales call I'm like, where did you find me?

Priya Jaganathan:

So I was intrigued.

Priya Jaganathan:

How is chat GPT recommending me?

Priya Jaganathan:

So I wanted to double down on that.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when I started to work out, because SEO, I'm late, I'm not

Priya Jaganathan:

patient for SEO, but when I looked at the AI search engine, I definitely

Priya Jaganathan:

felt that my brand was everywhere.

Priya Jaganathan:

I could not separate them.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I had to start this.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I launched this brand for Black Friday.

Priya Jaganathan:

Anything related to high level was a separate brand and anything related

Priya Jaganathan:

to AI and automation is separate.

Priya Jaganathan:

So for the high level community, people who already need that

Priya Jaganathan:

help, it's an easy sell.

Priya Jaganathan:

But if I'm gonna talk about high level in my general.

Priya Jaganathan:

BNI, chamber of Commerce and other networking events,

Priya Jaganathan:

they're not gonna understand.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I'm just gonna pitch that as an AI tool that can pick up the phone for

Priya Jaganathan:

you, that can book appointments for you.

Priya Jaganathan:

They don't have to understand high level and go into that rabbit hole.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I clearly needed that separation of offers, for mainly for SEO purpose

Priya Jaganathan:

and also to be clear that this particular brand is serving, you

Priya Jaganathan:

know, high level clients in Australia because Australia is underserved.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like I said, there's literally not many doing this for the Australian

Priya Jaganathan:

market, and that's who I wanted to tap.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's why I started this whole new brand.

Priya Jaganathan:

Just anything and everything related to high level onboarding support, tech

Priya Jaganathan:

support, it'll be under HL Growth Partner.

Priya Jaganathan:

My parent brand Pivot to Thrive will be an AI and automation agency.

Priya Jaganathan:

Again, built on high level, but without mentioning high level for.

Priya Jaganathan:

The commonest to understand the, you know, the products that we offer.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's my SaaS and this is my implementation business.

Vit Muller:

Okay, brilliant.

Vit Muller:

Now.

Vit Muller:

The power of Pivot, can we talk about it?

Vit Muller:

What, how does it actually help agencies stop the tech bleeding and regain clarity?

Priya Jaganathan:

So, like I said, I'm an academician.

Priya Jaganathan:

I love frameworks, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So I love when, in my business mentoring days, I found, like I

Priya Jaganathan:

said, I found the main, goal is to improve their marketing and sales.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when I put it into an acronym called power, so P is product and pricing.

Priya Jaganathan:

You need to have the right product with the right pricing, O your

Priya Jaganathan:

online and offline presence.

Priya Jaganathan:

It has to reflect who you are, what you do, and clearly articulate it.

Priya Jaganathan:

W is how do you have a warm lead generation sequence?

Priya Jaganathan:

What are the strategies to warm them up even before they get on a sales call?

Priya Jaganathan:

And E is when they actually get on a sales call.

Priya Jaganathan:

Do you have a sales process to take money from people?

Priya Jaganathan:

You'll be shocked how many people do not have that option

Priya Jaganathan:

to take money from people.

Priya Jaganathan:

So evaluating their sales process.

Priya Jaganathan:

And the last one, obviously you don't wanna go searching for new clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

You need to have a way to upsell them and retain them.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's kind of my power pivot framework that I have implemented in

Priya Jaganathan:

my own business and all the clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we do like an audit.

Priya Jaganathan:

When clients come on board, we do an audit of their current systems,

Priya Jaganathan:

current process and identify gaps.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's usually gaps in one or more of these.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's where it falls under either they don't have the right product,

Priya Jaganathan:

either they don't have the right pricing, or they don't have a sales

Priya Jaganathan:

process to walk a customer through, or it's just a one-off setup.

Priya Jaganathan:

There's no retainer to predict their monthly cash flow.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we try to fix these gaps with the systems that we have, the

Priya Jaganathan:

strategies that we have, and they get to see some quick wins.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant.

Vit Muller:

And that's something that you, I mean that's something that's relevant to both

Vit Muller:

your sub-account clients as well as agency

Priya Jaganathan:

Correct, correct.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we do agency audits.

Priya Jaganathan:

This is where most of the people find value is because, you know, a

Priya Jaganathan:

lot of agency owners hire multiple, offshore people to do different

Priya Jaganathan:

bits and pieces of their jobs.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when someone comes in, they find fault with a previous person or try to replace

Priya Jaganathan:

everything and then do something else.

Priya Jaganathan:

And finally there, the pieces of the puzzle don't align and they have no idea.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like over the Christmas break, we had to clean up my Pivot to Thrive sub account

Priya Jaganathan:

and we kind of deleted like 54 workflows, which is sitting there for nothing.

Priya Jaganathan:

you would understand it.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like we had to have a folder saying, do not use or Priya, please check.

Priya Jaganathan:

Before deleting, there were separate folders that we had to

Priya Jaganathan:

review and delete because we just do things as in when we want.

Priya Jaganathan:

But when we are trying to scale, there's some.

Priya Jaganathan:

Shitty automation that is turned on.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I'm like, why did that guy get that email?

Priya Jaganathan:

Because some automation was turned on somewhere.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right?

Priya Jaganathan:

And I wouldn't say my, agency or my primary sub-account is like

Priya Jaganathan:

a mechanics card that is always broken, that has no time to be fixed.

Priya Jaganathan:

I think most agency owners in the implementation can, understand the

Priya Jaganathan:

sentiment that you do a lot for your clients with a perfect timeline,

Priya Jaganathan:

with a per perfect project scope.

Priya Jaganathan:

But when you try to do it for yourself, it is, it is very, very challenging

Priya Jaganathan:

because you have so many things in your head and that has to be transferred

Priya Jaganathan:

as a scope document for your team.

Vit Muller:

Mm. Yeah, automations, that's, we could have a whole 10

Vit Muller:

hour episodes on just automations and the common mistakes that people do.

Vit Muller:

Because it's, I mean, that one of having additional automations

Vit Muller:

who's built them, they could be conflicting with the other ones.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

as a whole story on that.

Vit Muller:

So, on that front though.

Vit Muller:

If you have, a subaccount client, a business owner who is just a little

Vit Muller:

bit more savvy, maybe at the beginning they weren't, and they got you to build

Vit Muller:

some automations for them, but then they, they start to get a bit of an

Vit Muller:

appetite to like fiddle in with stuff.

Vit Muller:

How do you manage that?

Vit Muller:

How do you manage that so that they don't break something or,

Priya Jaganathan:

Make them pay.

Priya Jaganathan:

We didn't do it.

Priya Jaganathan:

You did it.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it takes, you know, so much time to fix this is, this will be

Priya Jaganathan:

the charge you, you pay for it.

Priya Jaganathan:

Because like I said, whatever we build, if breaks or something happens, we fix it.

Priya Jaganathan:

But if they do it deliberately, then they pay for us to fix it.

Vit Muller:

and luckily there's audits for that guys, so you

Vit Muller:

can see who's done the edits.

Vit Muller:

So there you go.

Priya Jaganathan:

Exactly.

Priya Jaganathan:

Check the audit logs and who did what.

Priya Jaganathan:

And you know, it's, it's not easy to prove to them that they did it

Priya Jaganathan:

because they're coming to you for help.

Priya Jaganathan:

So they know that they're messed up.

Priya Jaganathan:

So eventually they want it fixed.

Priya Jaganathan:

So, touch wood, I've had a lot of nasty clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

There have been difficult clients who don't understand boundaries and scope

Priya Jaganathan:

and just want everything done for 197.

Priya Jaganathan:

like now, that's what you pay for the platform, but this one is separate.

Priya Jaganathan:

So they thought I would build an entire website and sales funnels

Priya Jaganathan:

and everything for $197 a month Vit.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

now you also have this SaaS retention blueprint.

Vit Muller:

Sounds pretty good.

Vit Muller:

Like the name.

Vit Muller:

I like it.

Vit Muller:

Can you walk us through the pillars of that system like

Priya Jaganathan:

Yeah, so that's something that I prepared for Dallas.

Priya Jaganathan:

So, in Sydney I spoke about, how to get your first 20 clients,

Priya Jaganathan:

based on the power pivot framework.

Priya Jaganathan:

And, I did SaaS retention blueprint for, Dallas because my track was, the product

Priya Jaganathan:

or the SaaS track and most of them, really struggle with retention, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So retention is something all of us struggle with and I think how we try

Priya Jaganathan:

to manage it is by simple automations and having those multiple touch points.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I gave, simple case studies, so I had the same power acronym

Priya Jaganathan:

for SaaS Retention Blueprint.

Priya Jaganathan:

I gave them a snapshot with every, email that can go out when you're

Priya Jaganathan:

onboarding a client and things like that, if they're doing it on their own.

Priya Jaganathan:

So a 30 day.

Priya Jaganathan:

You know, like a happiness retention score to find the clients where they

Priya Jaganathan:

are, how you can get them, wins.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the minute you start focusing on giving them quick wins, giving them

Priya Jaganathan:

templates, giving them, things that they can implement straight away, I

Priya Jaganathan:

think, you know, they tend to stay with you for a longer period of time.

Priya Jaganathan:

And one thing that really work well for me is, and this is what most people in

Priya Jaganathan:

my talk found it valuable is they have these automations turned on that goes

Priya Jaganathan:

out, you know, periodically, to clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

what has worked for me really well, this is my third year of

Priya Jaganathan:

doing this, is a Monday morning, 9:00 AM Brisbane newsletter.

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay, so there I talk about Me 1st two paragraphs.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's what I call it, peacocking.

Priya Jaganathan:

but I share the good, bad, and ugly.

Priya Jaganathan:

I share everything that I've done.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I, I have to submit it this afternoon to my team.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I'll tell them this week what happened, how my week went, what worked, what

Priya Jaganathan:

didn't work, and I kind of non-sale silly.

Priya Jaganathan:

I would pitch something in between, in that particular thing.

Priya Jaganathan:

So two things that happens there.

Priya Jaganathan:

People who have been on my newsletter for three years, they

Priya Jaganathan:

feel they know everything about me.

Priya Jaganathan:

I met someone in Sydney.

Priya Jaganathan:

I've never met her in person, but somehow she was been, she was in my

Priya Jaganathan:

newsletter and she said, she's got so much value out of the newsletter.

Priya Jaganathan:

And she called it a ritual.

Priya Jaganathan:

She gave me a video testimonial, Priya, that's my Monday morning ritual and I got

Priya Jaganathan:

so much value out of your newsletter and you know, you do some incredible work.

Priya Jaganathan:

And she had this massive respect and the trust because she reads about my life.

Priya Jaganathan:

Every week.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that touch point where you talk about yourself builds trust, and when you say,

Priya Jaganathan:

Hey, did you know we onboarded a client, a pizza restaurant in Vinno, that was,

Priya Jaganathan:

you know, had just one time diners and we turned them with a simple QR code and

Priya Jaganathan:

they got 30% more increase that weekend.

Priya Jaganathan:

So then it makes the restaurant owners or somebody who knows restaurant

Priya Jaganathan:

to think and reach out to me.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we kind of, and then, I've got different, it's a very long, newsletter.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I talk about all, some of the events that happen in Australia.

Priya Jaganathan:

I talk about the grants, business grants that are open in Australia and

Priya Jaganathan:

awards, business awards that are open.

Priya Jaganathan:

And then there's one of my podcast links.

Priya Jaganathan:

So there's a template.

Priya Jaganathan:

My team plugs it in.

Priya Jaganathan:

but.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's a value on a Monday morning, nine o'clock they open, they look at

Priya Jaganathan:

all the awards that are open business grants that are open and they try to

Priya Jaganathan:

plan their week based on the deadline.

Priya Jaganathan:

So always having that, switch what's in it for them.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's not about them knowing who am I, I am great, I'm that, I'm this, but what

Priya Jaganathan:

do they get, from reading my newsletter?

Priya Jaganathan:

So having that newsletter actually helped with my retention and resigning.

Priya Jaganathan:

When people would've just come to me for one funnel, they would just have

Priya Jaganathan:

one active funnel selling a course, but then when they learn about ai, they're

Priya Jaganathan:

like, oh, Priya, how can I use that ai, to book appointments for my business?

Priya Jaganathan:

Can you install that for me on my website?

Priya Jaganathan:

Yeah, let's have a chat.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that multiple touchpoint without being salesy where they get my

Priya Jaganathan:

life updates, but eventually psychologically triggers them to, reach

Priya Jaganathan:

out to me for an upsell themselves.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm not trying to reach out to them to sell, but that is one way, in an

Priya Jaganathan:

automated way of reaching one to many.

Priya Jaganathan:

Who are already signed up,

Vit Muller:

that newsletter, would you have that newsletter that

Vit Muller:

it just goes out to everybody?

Priya Jaganathan:

whoever signed up for my, you know, calls and, anyone who signs

Priya Jaganathan:

up for any of our offers, it says, we agree to receive promotional materials and

Priya Jaganathan:

then they get added to the newsletter tag.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, that's what I meant.

Vit Muller:

So like anybody that's on your list.

Priya Jaganathan:

Correct.

Vit Muller:

Awesome.

Vit Muller:

And would you.

Vit Muller:

It seems like it's working.

Vit Muller:

I'm just curious, would you differentiate the one that goes out

Vit Muller:

to your paying customers versus the one that goes to non-paying customers?

Vit Muller:

Mm-hmm.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's everybody.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's why if it's a non-paying customer, they warm

Priya Jaganathan:

up themselves and they reach out.

Priya Jaganathan:

There's a lady from Perth, I said this in the Aussie Mastermind.

Priya Jaganathan:

I did not know.

Priya Jaganathan:

She's been following me.

Priya Jaganathan:

She's listened to my podcast.

Priya Jaganathan:

she's been on my newsletter.

Priya Jaganathan:

I didn't even see her.

Priya Jaganathan:

She didn't have a camera on, you know, we spoke.

Priya Jaganathan:

In six hours she paid and she signed up.

Priya Jaganathan:

She didn't even have a camera on for onboarding.

Priya Jaganathan:

I was like, that's weird.

Priya Jaganathan:

But anyway, you know, she paid, we are doing the job and that's all it is.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I think I do not like, outreach.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't like cold calling.

Priya Jaganathan:

I've never done cold calling in my life.

Priya Jaganathan:

And, so all of these strategies have helped me to get more inbound

Priya Jaganathan:

leads rather than me reaching out.

Priya Jaganathan:

and that's worked really well because of the consistency.

Priya Jaganathan:

I suck in discipline, like we discussed.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't go to the gym, but there are certain things in business

Priya Jaganathan:

that I've done consistently well.

Priya Jaganathan:

which on top of my list is my newsletter that's very close to my heart.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant.

Vit Muller:

I love it.

Vit Muller:

And like you said, you by sharing, and by being a timely and keeping

Vit Muller:

it fresh every week, you, you are building that relationship with

Vit Muller:

people and you're building trust.

Vit Muller:

And trust is the number one factor.

Vit Muller:

Determining whether somebody's gonna move from awareness to

Vit Muller:

consideration to decision.

Vit Muller:

So as far as inbound strategy goes, I think makes a lot of sense.

Priya Jaganathan:

Exactly.

Vit Muller:

Priya, what's been the most rewarding client

Vit Muller:

transformation you've seen as a result of implementing your systems?

Priya Jaganathan:

there are a lot of things, but one particular client

Priya Jaganathan:

in Sydney being a single mom, and.

Priya Jaganathan:

She was struggling, getting, clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I actually priced it very, very affordable for her to come on board.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't do stuff for free these days because people don't value it.

Priya Jaganathan:

so I gave it for a very good pricing, one membership offer, that she had to sign.

Priya Jaganathan:

And, she started getting clients and then I told her, look, you have been

Priya Jaganathan:

an OBM and launching a membership or a course is not going to be that

Priya Jaganathan:

financially viable because these days people don't have time to do courses.

Priya Jaganathan:

You know, I don't believe in courses.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't, I sign up a lot, but I don't finish them.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I actually helped her change her personal branding for

Priya Jaganathan:

a done for you kind of OBM.

Priya Jaganathan:

And the very first she she signed was a $3,500 retainer for one year.

Priya Jaganathan:

She, she called me crying.

Priya Jaganathan:

You dunno what this means for my family.

Priya Jaganathan:

this, whatever you did was, has, has saved my life.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like, to be very, very honest, and now I ejected her out as an agency

Priya Jaganathan:

and she signs up clients under her agency and she's doing it herself.

Priya Jaganathan:

I said, I want you to reach a point where we can be a fulfillment partner.

Priya Jaganathan:

So, you know, I just plug it in.

Priya Jaganathan:

Plant that thought that it's not viable for her to scale that way, but when she's

Priya Jaganathan:

ready mentally she's financially ready.

Priya Jaganathan:

But when she's mentally ready, we've got these affordable packages that

Priya Jaganathan:

we can be your onboarding support partner and we can do this for you.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I think having that option.

Priya Jaganathan:

To, change someone's life from sitting and crying in a car and having that sales

Priya Jaganathan:

call with me, to the same emotion, but happy tears, on how her life had changed

Priya Jaganathan:

with a three and half thousand dollars retainer for 12 months, which means

Priya Jaganathan:

she can breathe that that's the money that's gonna come into her account, for

Priya Jaganathan:

the next 12 months, which is massive.

Priya Jaganathan:

For someone who is struggling for $300.

Vit Muller:

That's impressive when you see somebody, getting over that

Vit Muller:

hump and suddenly sees the results and starts to believe themselves even more.

Vit Muller:

It's, it's magical.

Vit Muller:

with the fulfillment offer, you mentioned viability.

Vit Muller:

At what point does it make sense for an agency owner to

Vit Muller:

bring on a fulfillment partner?

Priya Jaganathan:

from day zero, I would say so.

Priya Jaganathan:

I think that's what I say, high level has scaled so quick.

Priya Jaganathan:

We've taken the market share from HubSpot, which means there's so many businesses

Priya Jaganathan:

that have access to the platform because it's cheap or you know, there are so

Priya Jaganathan:

many people selling it for $17 or $1 as part of their some other offer.

Priya Jaganathan:

So everybody has access to this great platform, but they don't know what to do.

Priya Jaganathan:

So there is a huge need for that.

Priya Jaganathan:

So even if you are a solopreneur even if you're a sole operator, if you are a coach

Priya Jaganathan:

consultant, but you could do a, you know, beautiful landing page that's pretty,

Priya Jaganathan:

but also functional in the backend.

Priya Jaganathan:

If you are an agency owner, you wanna sign more clients, just focus on

Priya Jaganathan:

selling, go out, shake more hands, because the more hands you shake,

Priya Jaganathan:

the more money you make, but you make sure you shake the right hand.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we do the backend to make sure all that turns into invoices, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So I want most people to understand if you're good at selling,

Priya Jaganathan:

get a fulfillment partner.

Priya Jaganathan:

If you're good at building.

Priya Jaganathan:

Get a sales team to do your outreach and sales for you.

Priya Jaganathan:

So anyone who has the system do not have the time.

Priya Jaganathan:

People don't factor the time they spend on fiddling with, automations

Priya Jaganathan:

and funnels and stuff like that.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if they factor the time, I'm sure nobody will go

Priya Jaganathan:

and, do all of those things.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I would say if you wanna scale.

Priya Jaganathan:

This is the way to scale.

Priya Jaganathan:

If you see anybody who's scaling, they have someone taking care of

Priya Jaganathan:

the stuff that they're not good at.

Priya Jaganathan:

Me, for example, I don't enjoy doing the backend stuff.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't enjoy building, so I can do it.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't do it unless someone is dying.

Priya Jaganathan:

say, just understanding what is your strength and leverage it.

Priya Jaganathan:

So in the high level space, that's why we've got successful white label

Priya Jaganathan:

onboarding and support businesses, which are doing extremely well,

Priya Jaganathan:

because people need support.

Priya Jaganathan:

But like I said, I just didn't believe in the onboarding and support as

Priya Jaganathan:

a business model just by itself.

Priya Jaganathan:

We offer that as a service, but our prime model, it's called HLG Pod,

Priya Jaganathan:

which is high level growth pods.

Priya Jaganathan:

So you get a pod.

Priya Jaganathan:

Of eight experts.

Priya Jaganathan:

could be a website expert, could be a sales funnel expert, automation

Priya Jaganathan:

expert, paid ads, media buyers.

Priya Jaganathan:

So eight experts to work as a team for say three grand, four grand a month.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if you're gonna hire these people part-time, full-time casual, just for

Priya Jaganathan:

you to manage them and scope out the project and give them the task you

Priya Jaganathan:

can imagine Vit, it's a nightmare.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we have a dedicated account manager that will be your point

Priya Jaganathan:

of contact for the client.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the account manager will liaise with the team, scope the project,

Priya Jaganathan:

and distribute the project to each of these experts, collate all the,

Priya Jaganathan:

our deliverables and communicate with a client, because that's

Vit Muller:

they'll not, they'll communicate with me as the agency owner or

Vit Muller:

with my like actual sub account clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

No, for agency owners.

Priya Jaganathan:

if, if it's your project, we deal with you.

Priya Jaganathan:

But if you want us to have a white label option, then we offer that as well.

Vit Muller:

Mm-hmm.

Vit Muller:

Great.

Vit Muller:

now there is, you mentioned it, there is, there's a bunch of really

Vit Muller:

good providers who are offering, white level customer support.

Vit Muller:

Onboarding are now by yourself, fulfillment.

Vit Muller:

But the other side of the coin, which is where a lot of people struggle is

Vit Muller:

with sales, not necessarily fulfillment.

Vit Muller:

So, and you mentioned it yourself, you know, if you good with fulfillment,

Vit Muller:

if you're good with the tech stuff, get somebody, hire somebody to do the

Vit Muller:

sales for you, do you handle that too?

Vit Muller:

And if not, what would you recommend?

Vit Muller:

How does somebody approach that aspect?

Vit Muller:

Like, how do they hire their sales team?

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay, so we don't do that just yet because I don't like

Priya Jaganathan:

to sell half baked cookies anymore.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I wanna really get at being the fulfillment partner.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's what we wanna focus on.

Priya Jaganathan:

So now I'm trialing dm, appointment setters, and you know, sales

Priya Jaganathan:

people for my own business.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I go to these, private Facebooks where they're mentored by someone

Priya Jaganathan:

with a sales certification and they've got a portfolio because I need to

Priya Jaganathan:

give them access to my personal Facebook and LinkedIn for them to.

Priya Jaganathan:

Represent me.

Priya Jaganathan:

So there is a huge risk.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I've got this vetting process and after months, I've finalized

Priya Jaganathan:

one person to do that for me.

Priya Jaganathan:

in terms of dm appointment setting on LinkedIn.

Priya Jaganathan:

so in the B2B market, so I'll let you know how I go.

Priya Jaganathan:

But for now, I've seen, a lot of people, our, our dear friend

Priya Jaganathan:

Jarrryd, he believes in cold calling and he's extremely good at it.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm like,

Vit Muller:

Jarryd,

Priya Jaganathan:

I know he's very good at it.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I'm like, Jarryd, I cannot for the life of Me do cold calling.

Priya Jaganathan:

so this week's Aussie Mastermind, we had a very good conversation about speed

Priya Jaganathan:

to lead and that made me think maybe I have to do targeted outreach to my

Priya Jaganathan:

local businesses here in South Brisbane.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I think it's up, depending on what they wanna achieve, they

Priya Jaganathan:

can, do it, but most things.

Priya Jaganathan:

Having an offshore team.

Priya Jaganathan:

I think the biggest thing that I wanna share here is the cultural difference.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like if you and I were not in Australia Vit, we would not understand real

Priya Jaganathan:

estate inspection, we would not understand so many terminologies, like

Priya Jaganathan:

convincing lawyers and others, that are very specific to the Australian,

Priya Jaganathan:

you know, industries and lingos.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when you're working with an offshore team or when you're

Priya Jaganathan:

hiring someone to do the sales and fulfillment, it's like chart GPT.

Priya Jaganathan:

They're only as good as the information you provide.

Priya Jaganathan:

They're only as good as your scope document.

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if you can tell us clearly what, where do you want the first touchpoint to be?

Priya Jaganathan:

What is the customer journey that looks like?

Priya Jaganathan:

Then we can do the whole strategy.

Priya Jaganathan:

If not, we are just gonna assume, okay, this will be perfect.

Priya Jaganathan:

We'll just do this.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when you're working with an offshore team, it's.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's very important to understand the cultural fit.

Priya Jaganathan:

And that's why I think I like to keep most of my team in India because

Priya Jaganathan:

culturally I can relate to them, I can relate to the issues and they stick

Priya Jaganathan:

with me for a longer period of time.

Priya Jaganathan:

And the other countries I hire on a need basis based on the skillset.

Priya Jaganathan:

So cultural alignment is key.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like Philippines has been amazing for a lot of people, but for me,

Priya Jaganathan:

I've not had, staff that have stuck with me for a longer period of time.

Priya Jaganathan:

it has to do something with cultural or maybe I'm biased, I don't know.

Priya Jaganathan:

so I think people have to understand what is their cultural fit for their

Priya Jaganathan:

company and that communication style.

Priya Jaganathan:

and the more clearer the scope and instructions, they

Priya Jaganathan:

would get a better outcome.

Vit Muller:

You mentioned India.

Vit Muller:

Indian market is huge and very soon at the time of recording this

Vit Muller:

podcast, you know, very soon GHL is gonna be hosting an event there.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm intrigued because India is a tough market

Priya Jaganathan:

Vit India a tough market.

Priya Jaganathan:

I tried, my staff member joined BNI in India, but not in the high level

Priya Jaganathan:

seat, obviously in the VA agency seat.

Priya Jaganathan:

I wanted more staff member.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right.

Priya Jaganathan:

but it's hard because in India they can hire someone full-time for,

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm just doing my math in my head.

Priya Jaganathan:

150, $200 a month, like full-time, someone come into the office

Priya Jaganathan:

and work an admin job for them.

Priya Jaganathan:

maybe my math is right in the morning.

Priya Jaganathan:

Yeah.

Priya Jaganathan:

So, you know, so if you tell a VA's gonna charge, per hour, or they're

Priya Jaganathan:

gonna work remotely, they just feel so insecure they can't accept because

Priya Jaganathan:

they're like, oh, I can hire someone for that price to come into my office.

Priya Jaganathan:

Why would I hire you?

Priya Jaganathan:

so similarly.

Priya Jaganathan:

Everybody is a builder in India, you know, it's a IT heavy market, so

Priya Jaganathan:

everybody custom builds stuff and Zoho is endorsed by the Indian government as

Priya Jaganathan:

an Indian product to take down Microsoft.

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't understand the politics behind it, but that's a very recent

Priya Jaganathan:

move by the Indian government.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I'm very interested to see how high level is gonna price.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I'm gonna go there, I'm gonna have a booth because it is a win-win for me.

Priya Jaganathan:

I wanna hire good talents from India and obviously from the global market.

Priya Jaganathan:

I wanna launch GHL growth partner.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I'm gonna have a booth, I'm gonna be speaking.

Priya Jaganathan:

So there's a lot of interesting stuff in India that's gonna happen.

Priya Jaganathan:

but I am really intrigued to say their pricing model and how they're

Priya Jaganathan:

going to, get the Indian market

Vit Muller:

That's the high level live event that's happening in Delhi.

Priya Jaganathan:

correct.

Vit Muller:

When is it happening?

Priya Jaganathan:

25 to 27 February, we've got the speaker, reveal.

Priya Jaganathan:

And there's so many events at our plant.

Priya Jaganathan:

Delhi is such a bad choice.

Priya Jaganathan:

Oh, sorry.

Priya Jaganathan:

Delhi heights.

Priya Jaganathan:

But you know, the air quality is so bad.

Priya Jaganathan:

I wouldn't want the world to come to India and get that feeling of India just

Priya Jaganathan:

by judging bloody Delhi where people wear masks because the air quality is so bad.

Priya Jaganathan:

You know, Mumbai would've been perfect.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's a business hub.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's like Sydney.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's vibrant, it's Bollywood and you get lots of masala, good flavor.

Priya Jaganathan:

but out of all the cities, Delhi, oh my god.

Vit Muller:

Hmm.

Priya Jaganathan:

Hmm.

Priya Jaganathan:

But they know better.

Priya Jaganathan:

They've done the market research well.

Vit Muller:

So guys, if you're listening, if you are looking for talent, if you're

Vit Muller:

looking to grow your team, Indian, you know, workforce can be very affordable

Vit Muller:

and, and, and a good option, Priya will be there so she can walk you through it and

Vit Muller:

she can help you relate to that culture.

Vit Muller:

I, yeah, I recommend if you have a time, and it's within, you know, your

Vit Muller:

budget, go and visit high level life in India and Delhi in 26 to 28, did you

Priya Jaganathan:

25 to 27th of February.

Priya Jaganathan:

and the pricing, the tickets are dirt cheap.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's 347 US and nowhere in the world they priced it that way.

Priya Jaganathan:

but even then there are so many complaints because in India

Priya Jaganathan:

it's just a mindset issue.

Priya Jaganathan:

When they see a dollar sign, that they immediately, your brand goes

Priya Jaganathan:

into converting it to Indian rupees.

Priya Jaganathan:

And that is a lot of money, for people to think.

Priya Jaganathan:

But I want most people to think if they come in there and sign a client for, you

Priya Jaganathan:

know, $300 or $3,000, it'll be worth it.

Priya Jaganathan:

And that's how you program to believe that it is an investment, which you and I

Priya Jaganathan:

spent money to go to the other side of the world in us, but it's our responsibility.

Priya Jaganathan:

Exactly.

Priya Jaganathan:

And it's our responsibility to make that investment turn

Priya Jaganathan:

into a return on investment.

Priya Jaganathan:

Nobody is gonna serve us on a platter.

Priya Jaganathan:

Oh Vit, you came all the way from Australia, mate, take my money.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm going to use you.

Priya Jaganathan:

No, you put in the effort and I know how organized you were with your

Priya Jaganathan:

podcast and you know, doing everything.

Priya Jaganathan:

and Nick Papp is amazing at this, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

He's also very organized in getting the content.

Priya Jaganathan:

So he makes sure he gets a return on investment.

Priya Jaganathan:

And you had Tanner and so many great people on your podcast

Priya Jaganathan:

just from that one event, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So you made sure your brutal travel of 20 plus hours was worth it, and all the money

Priya Jaganathan:

comes back into either an income directly or your podcast reach or whatever.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it's people's responsibility to turn every investment

Priya Jaganathan:

into a return on investment.

Priya Jaganathan:

It's up to them to change it.

Priya Jaganathan:

Nobody will come and serve it to you on a platter.

Vit Muller:

A hundred percent.

Vit Muller:

But when you do start to get your clients and need help with

Vit Muller:

fulfillment, you could be the solution.

Vit Muller:

Now we've skipped past it, but I wanted to ask you, about the offer.

Vit Muller:

we've talked about it briefly before the show.

Vit Muller:

did you wanna pitch it?

Priya Jaganathan:

Sure.

Priya Jaganathan:

so you can, choose, either an eight expert pod or sometimes people feel

Priya Jaganathan:

I don't need a full fledge team.

Priya Jaganathan:

I might just need 1, 2, 3, 4.

Priya Jaganathan:

So you can choose a four, team of experts.

Priya Jaganathan:

Even that you can choose them part-time or full-time, or you

Priya Jaganathan:

can just choose one exclusive VA for yourself in whatever stream.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if it's high level, if we can have one high level expert deployed for your

Priya Jaganathan:

business, working full-time or part-time, so it gives you the flexibility.

Priya Jaganathan:

Whatever income level you are at, you get to have your own team that will work

Priya Jaganathan:

for you in making sure we make this work.

Priya Jaganathan:

Because everybody knows it's not just high level.

Priya Jaganathan:

Once you go into the high level, it's not just high level.

Priya Jaganathan:

You've got a pretty landing page designer, you've got a book.

Priya Jaganathan:

You know, a workflow automation builder, and you've got some

Priya Jaganathan:

graphics guys that do the magic.

Priya Jaganathan:

You've got paid ads expert if you are, you know, focusing like me.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm, I'm investing a lot in SEO, which is a IEO this year.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we've got that particular team working very, very hard, in doing that.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if that's your angle that you're taking, we can

Priya Jaganathan:

definitely help you with that.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if you go to HL growth partner.com, it's very clear, transparent pricing.

Priya Jaganathan:

You can choose the number of experts full-time, part-time, and

Priya Jaganathan:

there's pricing if you want us to do your onboarding and support.

Priya Jaganathan:

We know when people start, zero to 15 is kind of, you know, the challenge.

Priya Jaganathan:

So we offer onboarding and support for 15 sub accounts for.

Priya Jaganathan:

$600 and then from 15 to 50 is a different level, and above 50 is a different level.

Priya Jaganathan:

So if you are an agency owner that wants to scale, and for us

Priya Jaganathan:

to take care of your, onboarding and support, we do that for you.

Priya Jaganathan:

So 24/7 live chat support, email support, and on onboarding calls on Zoom.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that's what, typically we do.

Priya Jaganathan:

And from today, Vit, I'm launching a free office hours community, office

Priya Jaganathan:

hours for Australia, from 9:00 AM Brisbane time on every Friday.

Priya Jaganathan:

so I just wanted it to be a cool casual, event where people who need

Priya Jaganathan:

help to just come and ask questions, share their wins and build a little

Priya Jaganathan:

community of people that just want that, you know, Like, soundboarding session,

Priya Jaganathan:

have a non-judgmental soundboard, to get access and, you know, to,

Priya Jaganathan:

speak about all things, high level.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that is also another thing that I'm doing to get more people to understand

Priya Jaganathan:

that they can do it on their own.

Priya Jaganathan:

And these are the easiest way to do it on their own.

Priya Jaganathan:

And if they want us to do it, then we can definitely help them do it.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant.

Vit Muller:

I love it.

Vit Muller:

So guys, if you're interested to learn more, head over to

Vit Muller:

highlevelexperience.com/priya.

Vit Muller:

That's P-R-I-Y-A, and you can learn more about, Priya's Service.

Vit Muller:

Now, Priya, where do you see the biggest opportunities for high

Vit Muller:

level agencies in 2026 and beyond?

Priya Jaganathan:

Everywhere Vit everywhere, every room you walk into.

Priya Jaganathan:

I remember when I walked into networking events back in early 2025, even early

Priya Jaganathan:

20, 25, people were like, go, what?

Priya Jaganathan:

Go high.

Priya Jaganathan:

What?

Priya Jaganathan:

They didn't know.

Priya Jaganathan:

But mid 2025, something shifted.

Priya Jaganathan:

Every room I walk into, at least three people are using high level.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the, the market is changing so quickly.

Priya Jaganathan:

So people who have done white label back in 20 21, 20 22, they're good.

Priya Jaganathan:

But now when people wanna hide it and not disclose, it's high level,

Priya Jaganathan:

a lot of complaints that I've heard is people feel very deceived.

Priya Jaganathan:

They feel cheated, that people didn't tell me that it's high.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right, because they would trust a billion dollar company with that

Priya Jaganathan:

resource than someone sitting in a corner in Dubbo, for example, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So I'm like, why would you not, you know, latch on that marketing and

Priya Jaganathan:

the whole brand that they've built a billion dollar brand, which is not easy.

Priya Jaganathan:

for me, I would say walk into every room and show them what you can do.

Priya Jaganathan:

Okay?

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm gonna give this simple tip for people who are doing networking.

Priya Jaganathan:

This has worked really well for me and I have signed a lot of

Priya Jaganathan:

visitors in BNIS clients with this one simple automation, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

Everyone has access to their phone, everyone access to their high level, app.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when we look at a visitor or someone, even a BNI member,

Priya Jaganathan:

you take the business card.

Priya Jaganathan:

Scan the business card in the contacts, it extracts the name, email, phone

Priya Jaganathan:

number, which is not accurate always.

Priya Jaganathan:

So please double check and add them to the contact.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I have separate tags for the regular events that I attend.

Priya Jaganathan:

For example, BNI.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I've got a tag called BNI network.

Priya Jaganathan:

It immediately sends an email.

Priya Jaganathan:

Hey Vit, it was lovely to meet you at BNI this morning.

Priya Jaganathan:

This is a little bit about what I do and I would love to learn more about you and

Priya Jaganathan:

how we can collaborate or explore synergy.

Priya Jaganathan:

So those are the words that would do the magic.

Priya Jaganathan:

And there's my one-to-one calendar.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it's not my strategy calendar, it's not my sales calendar.

Priya Jaganathan:

I've got a BNI one-to-one calendar.

Priya Jaganathan:

So it's non salesy.

Priya Jaganathan:

So you say you just wanna have a chat, so I'm not gonna sell anything.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So that one-to-one calendar.

Priya Jaganathan:

So people book and then they automatically get added to my

Priya Jaganathan:

newsletter and then from then on.

Priya Jaganathan:

They can't get rid of me unless they hit unsubscribe and hate me, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

but that's kinda, one thing.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when you're talking to them in 10 seconds, two things happen.

Priya Jaganathan:

Their contacts get into your CRM with a specific tag, where they

Priya Jaganathan:

came from, and your details with your email lands on their inbox

Priya Jaganathan:

and they book a call take action.

Priya Jaganathan:

So your email deliverability increases and then they come into the CRM and

Priya Jaganathan:

they're like, Priya, how did you do this?

Priya Jaganathan:

Because the email looks pretty, it's personalized Hi Vit.

Priya Jaganathan:

So they're like, how do you do this?

Priya Jaganathan:

Oh, we can do this and much more.

Priya Jaganathan:

And then you start to tell them that this particular software works.

Priya Jaganathan:

So you know, you can literally go target a particular chamber of commerce

Priya Jaganathan:

you're part of, or BNI BX anything, and show this one automation and say,

Priya Jaganathan:

Hey, you know what, you can send out Google reviews to all your contacts

Priya Jaganathan:

and ask them to say, share a review.

Priya Jaganathan:

Now we can do video reviews.

Priya Jaganathan:

So things like that.

Priya Jaganathan:

So very non salesy, but every room you walk into, most

Priya Jaganathan:

people go without a strategy.

Priya Jaganathan:

Right.

Priya Jaganathan:

Every event that you walk into, like you had a clear intention when you went

Priya Jaganathan:

to Dallas, we could see that from every action that you took over that three days.

Priya Jaganathan:

I didn't have that strategy, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

I didn't have that though.

Priya Jaganathan:

I had a podcast.

Priya Jaganathan:

See, I didn't have that strategy.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I learned it was my first time.

Priya Jaganathan:

I didn't know what to expect.

Priya Jaganathan:

I was speaking.

Priya Jaganathan:

So next time I would be much more prepared.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I want to share my you know, learnings and say, if you go with

Priya Jaganathan:

a clear intention on what you want, you will get what you want.

Priya Jaganathan:

But most people go to networking events, shake hands, and, attend all

Priya Jaganathan:

these events without knowing what they wanna get out of that event.

Vit Muller:

That is so important that you said that because, when you go to

Vit Muller:

event, like Level Up, there is a lot of people, there's so much happening.

Vit Muller:

And if you don't collect the people's details, if you don't put them into

Vit Muller:

an automated very specific level up sequence, by the time you get off the

Vit Muller:

plane, you are first you be buzzing.

Vit Muller:

But also retention is gonna be tricky because there's just been so much.

Vit Muller:

so for what worked for me is I made intention to, every time I spoke to

Vit Muller:

somebody and I did this little mini interviews, I got them, I showed

Vit Muller:

my phone, I got 'em to scan my QR code, landing a page, showed up

Vit Muller:

on their phone with a simple form.

Vit Muller:

They had a couple of options, to check, and it was, they

Vit Muller:

could check more than one.

Vit Muller:

But it was relevant to that meeting add level up.

Vit Muller:

And I think I had option one.

Vit Muller:

I'm interested to be interviewed on the podcast.

Vit Muller:

Option two, interesting to collaborate on a project.

Vit Muller:

Option three, interested to, I can't remember what it was, interest, I

Vit Muller:

dunno, something else I had there.

Vit Muller:

But for each one of these options, and again, they could check multiple,

Vit Muller:

but had a workflow set up so they'd be follow up based on each of the options.

Vit Muller:

But it was also written so that that initial email they would get,

Vit Muller:

be like, Hey, got your details.

Vit Muller:

Don't worry about, you know, me logging your email, you're gonna get a ton

Vit Muller:

of stuff from all the other vendors.

Vit Muller:

I'll touch base in two weeks time.

Vit Muller:

And that's what had happened.

Vit Muller:

And then two weeks time they got one follow up on one of the things

Vit Muller:

they checked and then a week later.

Vit Muller:

So yeah, you have to have it because if you don't have anything like that,

Vit Muller:

Imagine you get off the plane, you might have 30, 40 business guards.

Vit Muller:

First of all, it's hard to remember who, who you were spoke by at that point.

Vit Muller:

And, and also you're gonna get back and you're gonna see your

Vit Muller:

inbox full of all the other stuff that you need to catch up on.

Vit Muller:

So the likelihood of you following through is, is lower.

Vit Muller:

whereas for me, I got off the plane and I just got straight into my day to day.

Vit Muller:

I didn't even, I didn't even do anything with all the people that I've met because

Vit Muller:

there was already in my automations and they were following those people up and

Vit Muller:

then they were reaching out and that's how I was able to book 15 guests and that

Vit Muller:

did 15 interviews before end of the year.

Vit Muller:

So it works.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

You're a hundred percent right, Priya.

Vit Muller:

If somebody's starting out now with high level, what's one thing you wish

Vit Muller:

you knew when you were getting started?

Priya Jaganathan:

there are so many things.

Priya Jaganathan:

I would definitely say, know your strength.

Priya Jaganathan:

Delegate the rest delegation is key.

Priya Jaganathan:

Know your hourly worth in the other side of the world.

Priya Jaganathan:

We know we don't factor time, a dollar value for our time spent, but

Priya Jaganathan:

always, be mindful about the time you spend in fiddling and learning.

Priya Jaganathan:

I mean, there's so much to learn every day with AI changing so fast,

Priya Jaganathan:

but will that get you a client today?

Priya Jaganathan:

So when you're starting out, segment your day and activities into three chunks.

Priya Jaganathan:

So the way I like to do it is today am I doing something to

Priya Jaganathan:

get in front of new people?

Priya Jaganathan:

So, like I said, the more hands you shake, the more money you make.

Priya Jaganathan:

So are you shaking the right hand?

Priya Jaganathan:

So the first thing is getting in front of new people and number two

Priya Jaganathan:

is, I always think about delivering to people who have already paid us.

Priya Jaganathan:

Are we delivering are we on time?

Priya Jaganathan:

And number three, how can we add value to our existing clients and past clients?

Priya Jaganathan:

How can I get that non-salesy touch points?

Priya Jaganathan:

So if you can segment your activity to say, alright, today.

Priya Jaganathan:

This podcast checked my first box.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm gonna get in front of Vit's audience.

Priya Jaganathan:

Probably they've never heard my name.

Priya Jaganathan:

They don't know me.

Priya Jaganathan:

So that box is ticked.

Priya Jaganathan:

And after this, when I have my team meeting, I'll check that box.

Priya Jaganathan:

Where are we on track for our client deliverables?

Priya Jaganathan:

And number three is I'll prepare my newsletter, I'll prepare my events.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm gonna go for this coaching call, all of that.

Priya Jaganathan:

We'll check that box where you bring your current clients, past clients, prospects,

Priya Jaganathan:

into a non-sale C sales cycle for them to come back to you and upsell and stay

Priya Jaganathan:

with you and retain for a lifetime.

Priya Jaganathan:

So even like networking events, if you have a clear strategy for

Priya Jaganathan:

every activity that you do on a daily basis, if you can check these

Priya Jaganathan:

three boxes, then you are good.

Priya Jaganathan:

I promise you, if you do that very well, 90 days is a sweet spot for you to.

Priya Jaganathan:

To try and implement everything.

Priya Jaganathan:

So when I did my agency framework talk in Sydney, this is what I told them.

Priya Jaganathan:

I channel my act because for me working in the multicultural community is huge Vit.

Priya Jaganathan:

I want to empower multicultural women.

Priya Jaganathan:

I wanna empower Indian women.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I spend a lot of time, I volunteer a lot, I spend a lot of time where I

Priya Jaganathan:

don't factor the dollar value because I channel my activity into three buckets.

Priya Jaganathan:

Income.

Priya Jaganathan:

Impact and influence, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So direct income generating activity are sales conversations that I have

Priya Jaganathan:

where I will get straight to the sales conversation, how can I help you?

Priya Jaganathan:

This is who I can help and this is how much it's gonna charge.

Priya Jaganathan:

Whereas when I'm going to my multicultural events, multicultural

Priya Jaganathan:

organizations that I head and be part of different organizations,

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm not focusing on selling them.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm not focusing on money there.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's my impact bucket.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's to grow my personal brand and feel fulfilled and purposeful and

Priya Jaganathan:

influence this podcast and YouTube and all the social media stuff.

Priya Jaganathan:

So over time, if done right, each of these bucket kind of overflows into each other.

Priya Jaganathan:

The stuff that I do in the multicultural community eventually comes back into some

Priya Jaganathan:

kind of an, income generation, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

From income.

Priya Jaganathan:

I can do a lot for my multicultural community.

Priya Jaganathan:

So they kind of pour into each other.

Priya Jaganathan:

So.

Priya Jaganathan:

If you are starting out, try to find that core aspect of why

Priya Jaganathan:

you're doing what you're doing.

Priya Jaganathan:

That lights you up.

Priya Jaganathan:

All of them say, I need money, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

But eventually you'll understand it's not about the money, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

So I don't wanna become too boo-hoo about this topic, but channel your everyday

Priya Jaganathan:

activities into clear deliverables and KPIs that you can track, right?

Priya Jaganathan:

Did I meet, new people?

Priya Jaganathan:

Did I have an opportunity to get in front of new people?

Priya Jaganathan:

Check if I don't have paying clients, how can I get paying clients?

Priya Jaganathan:

If you already have paying clients, have you delivered to those paying clients?

Priya Jaganathan:

Do you have other clients or people in your family and friends that you can

Priya Jaganathan:

bring and sell them something as a beta client in exchange for testimonials?

Priya Jaganathan:

So all you have to do is get started because your brain will believe.

Priya Jaganathan:

Anything and everything you say, you just have to feed it the right evidence that

Priya Jaganathan:

this is working and you can do the job.

Priya Jaganathan:

So for you to do that, you will get it only with real term

Priya Jaganathan:

experience, real time client work.

Priya Jaganathan:

So go out there, shake the right hand.

Priya Jaganathan:

If you're not confident to charge them money, just tell

Priya Jaganathan:

them I can help you to do this.

Priya Jaganathan:

Can you give me a testimonial?

Priya Jaganathan:

Just do when you don't.

Priya Jaganathan:

Like Alex Hormozi says, right when you don't have clients, all you have is time.

Priya Jaganathan:

So use time.

Priya Jaganathan:

And if you are in a stage where you're not, you don't wanna trade time for money,

Priya Jaganathan:

that's when you delegate and you know, make sure that your time is worth it.

Priya Jaganathan:

So someone starting out, go out there, meet people, shake the right hand sign.

Priya Jaganathan:

Clients.

Priya Jaganathan:

Selling is the only.

Priya Jaganathan:

That whatever million dollar idea that you're working on is actually worth it

Priya Jaganathan:

because million dollar ideas are free and cheap unless someone swipes their card.

Priya Jaganathan:

All you have to do is get that evidence that people are gonna

Priya Jaganathan:

tap their card and pay you

Vit Muller:

And with that, your confidence grows and then you can do more Priya.

Priya Jaganathan:

I used to be that person that used to stutter for a

Priya Jaganathan:

thousand dollars with, to tell you it's going to cost a thousand dollars.

Priya Jaganathan:

I used to stutter because I used to feel that I'm ripping you off.

Priya Jaganathan:

Or it, it, again, it comes down to self-worth that can

Priya Jaganathan:

I charge thousand dollars?

Priya Jaganathan:

Will people pay me a thousand dollars?

Priya Jaganathan:

So for my very first, I still remember the 9 97 US that someone

Priya Jaganathan:

paid me from Singapore, in, yeah, I think 2021, I would say 2020.

Priya Jaganathan:

but that gave my confidence so much boost.

Priya Jaganathan:

I gave them four payment plans, even without them asking, because I thought

Priya Jaganathan:

they will not pay me 9 97 upfront.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I gave them 250 in four installments.

Priya Jaganathan:

but we all start somewhere.

Priya Jaganathan:

That's how we start.

Priya Jaganathan:

And now we can talk about a hundred thousand dollars projects without

Priya Jaganathan:

stuttering or stammering because you know you're gonna make a million dollars due.

Priya Jaganathan:

So, you know, there's no problem in you paying me a hundred grand.

Priya Jaganathan:

So, but I think that confidence comes once you know what

Priya Jaganathan:

value you bring to the table.

Vit Muller:

A 100

Vit Muller:

% Priya Jaganathan: It takes time.

Vit Muller:

It takes time, but you have to just keep going.

Vit Muller:

Even when you don't get results, you'll have shitty days more than you would like.

Vit Muller:

I've cried in the shower more than I would like.

Vit Muller:

There have been days I would go on seek.com au 2:00 AM in the

Vit Muller:

morning and search for jobs, right?

Vit Muller:

So, but then, you know, you eventually when you get up in the morning, you

Vit Muller:

realize, nah, I'm not gonna do it.

Vit Muller:

And you just get back into the grind because you believe in

Vit Muller:

me more than anyone else in the world, which is the hardest part.

Vit Muller:

But once you get through that, you attain a state of not giving a freak anymore.

Vit Muller:

But it's a heart.

Vit Muller:

It's hard.

Vit Muller:

I went to Matt Rife's concert all alone.

Vit Muller:

You can imagine what level I have reached.

Vit Muller:

I was the only person who was solo.

Vit Muller:

Everyone came with group of friends and boyfriend, girlfriend, friends.

Vit Muller:

I was there sitting alone, got my drink, got my snack, went

Vit Muller:

and sat, and I had a great

Vit Muller:

you get picked on?

Priya Jaganathan:

No, I was in the last, I was in the cheap seat.

Priya Jaganathan:

I was like, you know, I, I'm, I'm alone.

Priya Jaganathan:

I just wanted to watch him live.

Priya Jaganathan:

That was my bucket list item.

Priya Jaganathan:

My girlfriend shared, she doesn't wanna spend a hundred

Priya Jaganathan:

dollars to sit at the back.

Priya Jaganathan:

I'm like, who cares?

Priya Jaganathan:

I wanted to check that box.

Priya Jaganathan:

You know, it doesn't matter where I sit.

Priya Jaganathan:

I got to hear him.

Priya Jaganathan:

I had a great time.

Priya Jaganathan:

And I was like, just because my girlfriend is not going, I didn't wanna lose that.

Priya Jaganathan:

So I think it takes a level of personal development, you do, to

Priya Jaganathan:

get to that level where you don't need that external validation.

Priya Jaganathan:

You just wanna do things because you wanna do it.

Priya Jaganathan:

And that comes from that amount of work you do internally and your

Priya Jaganathan:

tolerance to bullshit becomes zero, and you just do things for yourself.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant guys.

Vit Muller:

You only fail if you stop, if you stop trying.

Vit Muller:

So don't give up.

Vit Muller:

Keep trying.

Vit Muller:

You'll find your way.
