Why Combining AI with Human VAs Is the Real Game Changer

99 - Why Combining AI with Human VAs Is the Real Game Changer

Vit sits down with entrepreneur and systems thinker Louis Swart to unpack what truly makes a business scalable and sellable—so it can run without you. Louis shares the hard-won lessons that took him from "I do everything" to selling one business in two weeks for $5M and later scaling another to $35M with 450 staff. They dive into how to combine strategy, people, process, technology, and AI-enabled VAs to escape burnout, boost margins, and increase exit value. You'll also hear a clear-eyed take on AI's realities—where it shines, where it gets expensive fast, and why the best ROI comes from the synergy of human VAs plus AI. Louis caps it off with three simple implementation tools you can use today to reclaim time and focus on high-value work.

Profit Roadmap System™ for GHL Agencies

This is a unique business model for GHL Agencies looking to offer more scalable deployment of systems to clients, faster results and more profitability thanks to it's 'productised' approach.

It includes 10 distinct systems, each designed as a standalone module (snapshot). These snapshots are installed into your SaaS customer's accounts gradually, over time, one on top of the next one like pieces of a puzzle. This approach contrasts with a single, expansive custom projects, which often proves tougher to market and deliver.

Profit Roadmap™ System and it's 'gradual rollout' method leads to faster fulfilment, onboarding, and delivery of results for your SaaS clients.

Vit Muller:

This technology's getting better.

Vit Muller:

Still a lot of businesses are not implementing it.

Vit Muller:

The ones that do are getting crazy advantage.

Louis Swart:

You don't have to spend all your time learning how to do the AI.

Louis Swart:

Get somebody that already knows how to do it, tell them what you want them to

Louis Swart:

do, get them to do it, and get it sorted.

Vit Muller:

Feel, feel like you've had a successful week.

Vit Muller:

You just sometimes you have to, you just have to look at, look back to realize that

Louis Swart:

I actually have a meeting with my team every Friday.

Louis Swart:

"What went well this week?

Louis Swart:

What could we have done better?

Vit Muller:

here's the pitch.

Vit Muller:

I'm looking for more guests and if you have something that's valuable, advice,

Vit Muller:

a strategy that you want to share,

Louis Swart:

I love it.

Louis Swart:

I love it.

Louis Swart:

Yeah, look, people do that.

Louis Swart:

they, coming on your podcast, your HighLevel podcast, and then trying to

Louis Swart:

sell their HighLevel is a bit weird,

Louis Swart:

Give some value, and if people like you, they will come and buy from you

Vit Muller:

You have this unique strategy how you help people

Vit Muller:

with creating content, isn't it?

Louis Swart:

I help you create 20 stories like that, that explain the concepts

Louis Swart:

in your business, but with a metaphor that people actually really understand.

Vit Muller:

Hello, everybody.

Vit Muller:

Welcome to another episode on the High Level Experience Podcast.

Vit Muller:

Our guest today is somebody who has spent more than three decades

Vit Muller:

building businesses, leading teams, and learning the hard lessons behind

Vit Muller:

what actually makes a company scalable.

Vit Muller:

He's worked with, industries across finance, rail, coaching,

Vit Muller:

systems, outsourcing, and now the HighLevel world, helping coaches and

Vit Muller:

service-based businesses escape the burnout cycle by combining strategy,

Vit Muller:

people, process, technology, and AI-trained human virtual assistants.

Vit Muller:

Today, we're going to dig into a question every agency owner, SaaSprenuer,

Vit Muller:

and HighLevel user eventually has to face: Are you building a real

Vit Muller:

business that can operate without you, or have you accidentally built

Vit Muller:

yourself a more complicated job?

Vit Muller:

Please welcome to the show, Louis Swart

Louis Swart:

Thank you so much, Vit.

Louis Swart:

super appreciate you.

Louis Swart:

Really happy to be here, man.

Louis Swart:

Really happy

Vit Muller:

Great to have you on the show, Louis.

Vit Muller:

mate, what's been… Take us back to that, initial beginnings when you

Vit Muller:

decided to, get into the marketing space.

Vit Muller:

What led to that?

Louis Swart:

Look, I think, I, I've always been an entrepreneur, so

Louis Swart:

I've always had my own business.

Louis Swart:

I remember sitting in the bank.

Louis Swart:

I just sold a business for 5 million, and I'm sitting in the bank.

Louis Swart:

I'm 30 years old, and, I had this dream board.

Louis Swart:

Sold a business, sitting in the bank, they're counting out the money,

Louis Swart:

and, it was such a cool feeling.

Louis Swart:

they got one of those machines, gr, and then they put the money

Louis Swart:

and they put elastic band on it, put it into our briefcase.

Louis Swart:

Man, it's a amazing feeling.

Louis Swart:

And, I thought back to when I, five years earlier, had a plumbing business.

Louis Swart:

In my plumbing business, I went to sell it, and I had 10 plumbers.

Louis Swart:

I was like, "Pfft, this is gonna be a … I'm gonna get a killing for this."

Louis Swart:

And the broker said to me, "Who does the accounts?" And I was like, "I do them."

Louis Swart:

"Who does quality control?" "I do it.

Louis Swart:

I do it.

Louis Swart:

I do it." Everything was me, me, me, me, me, me.

Louis Swart:

Because, if you want something done right, you need to do it

Louis Swart:

yourself, So we've all heard that.

Louis Swart:

We all believe that, and "Who does the accounts?" "Me.

Louis Swart:

It's done right 'cause I did it myself." "Who did the quality control?" "Me.

Louis Swart:

I did it myself.

Louis Swart:

It's done right." And he said, "Look, your business is worth nothing." And

Louis Swart:

I still remember that sinking feeling.

Louis Swart:

Here's this business that I've built, and I'm like, "This is worth nothing.

Louis Swart:

I've literally just built myself a job, and I've built… I

Louis Swart:

haven't even built a good job.

Louis Swart:

I've built a job where I'm working 18 hours a day, and I don't earn, as m- you

Louis Swart:

know, I'm not earning, massive amounts of money for the 18 hours that I'm doing."

Louis Swart:

And it was a big wake-up call to me.

Louis Swart:

Any case, fast-forward five years, man, I've learnt how to delegate.

Louis Swart:

I delegate everything, hey.

Louis Swart:

And, went to sell the business, and the guy's "Who does the accounts?

Louis Swart:

Who does quality control?

Louis Swart:

Who hires the people?

Louis Swart:

Who does this?

Louis Swart:

Who does that?" And the fingers all pointed somewhere other than me.

Louis Swart:

And so we were able to sell that business in two weeks for 5 million, which was

Louis Swart:

a massive learning curve for me.

Louis Swart:

most of us go into business for one of three reasons.

Louis Swart:

We want to have more time to spend with our family and doing the things we

Louis Swart:

love, or we wanna grow the business and sell it, or we wanna leave a legacy.

Louis Swart:

We wanna leave something for our kids.

Louis Swart:

And all three of those things have got one thing in common, you're

Louis Swart:

not in the business So how do you get yourself out of your business?

Louis Swart:

How do you get yourself out of the day-to-day of your business?

Louis Swart:

how do you put in better systems?

Louis Swart:

How do you put in better processes?

Louis Swart:

what, how do you delegate better to people to be able to do those tasks for you?

Louis Swart:

And literally, that's why, we love GoHighLevel.

Louis Swart:

We love GoHighLevel 'cause, we can use it for, we can use it to automate

Louis Swart:

funnels and create stuff so that now we don't have to, we don't have

Louis Swart:

to worry if we get a new customer.

Louis Swart:

We send them this email, we send them that.

Louis Swart:

or if somebody doesn't sign up, are they in a nurture sequence?

Louis Swart:

We know that they're gonna be in a nurture sequence 'cause they've signed up and

Louis Swart:

got a lead magnet from us, for example.

Louis Swart:

And yeah, so that's literally what I do.

Louis Swart:

And as time went along, I actually came to Australia.

Louis Swart:

I'm, I made some big mistakes, lost lots of money, made some cool, epic wins.

Louis Swart:

the last business we grew to turning over 35 million, 450 staff, purely

Louis Swart:

because I learnt how to delegate.

Louis Swart:

I was amazing at delegating.

Louis Swart:

Okay.

Louis Swart:

and along the way, I kind of got to this point where I felt like I didn't,

Louis Swart:

I wasn't actually… I felt like I, I wasn't happy, And I should be happy.

Louis Swart:

I had the big business, I had the teams, I had everything, but I wasn't happy.

Louis Swart:

And so then I went on this journey of self-discovery to try and

Louis Swart:

find out what's wrong with me.

Louis Swart:

What's wrong with me?

Louis Swart:

I should be happy.

Louis Swart:

And my money had gone like this, and lots of money, no money, lots of money,

Louis Swart:

no money, lots of money, no money.

Louis Swart:

And I was like, "How do I fix this? How do I fix this?" And I

Louis Swart:

became an NLP master practitioner.

Louis Swart:

I became a hypnotherapist, timeline therapist.

Louis Swart:

I did all these therapies and different things to actually

Louis Swart:

try and fix the problem.

Louis Swart:

And, along the way, I discovered all these incredible business owners, such

Louis Swart:

amazing business owners who are out there just trying to make a living or,

Louis Swart:

they're out there and they're coaches and they're trying to help other people.

Louis Swart:

They're not making any money.

Louis Swart:

And I was like, "Man, how do I help these people? How do I help the

Louis Swart:

smaller people to actually make money?" Because I know as corporates or big

Louis Swart:

companies, it was easy to make money.

Louis Swart:

How do I help these smaller guys to do it?

Louis Swart:

And so the first thing I did was, I started coaching them.

Louis Swart:

I started helping them with getting virtual assistants.

Louis Swart:

and now recently I've been helping them with AI to be able

Louis Swart:

to put AI into their business.

Louis Swart:

So that was really the start of this journey.

Louis Swart:

That's how I got to this point where, I'm actually really trying to support all

Louis Swart:

local businesses and all small businesses.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant.

Vit Muller:

That's, that's… You made some important points there I want to come back to.

Vit Muller:

the one that, that stuck in my mind, we talked about the valuation of a business,

Vit Muller:

and I think it's a good one to highlight because a lot of us, who are trying to

Vit Muller:

sell HighLevel, who are trying to offer our marketing services, we are thinking

Vit Muller:

about now, how do we help business now?

Vit Muller:

And we pitch it, or they come to us and they're asking, "Hey, can you help

Vit Muller:

me generate leads?" So they're kind of thinking about now as well, right?

Vit Muller:

You don't often hear a business owner, "Hey, can you automate my business? Can

Vit Muller:

you streamline my business so that I can exit or that I can, have more free time?"

Vit Muller:

And ultimately, that's what it's all about.

Vit Muller:

you should not have started a business to, to get yourself a job.

Vit Muller:

Initially, we all have to do that.

Vit Muller:

But, I think that's an important distinction that we should

Vit Muller:

think about when we're educating our customers because it adds

Vit Muller:

additional value to the proposition.

Vit Muller:

It's "Hey, look, I can… we're really good at, automating businesses.

Vit Muller:

we can help you implement AI.

Vit Muller:

We know the benefits of all those things.

Vit Muller:

But by the way, as a result of, you might end up having more free time.

Vit Muller:

would that be okay?

Vit Muller:

Hey, by the way, as a re- as a result of, you, will not only potentially make

Vit Muller:

more money now, more profit, and have more free time, but it just happens

Vit Muller:

that, by streamlining your business will make your business more sellable in the

Vit Muller:

future should you decide to do that.

Vit Muller:

Mr. Customer, would that be okay to sign up for this plan just to get started?"

Vit Muller:

So now you've pitched it to something that's more than just, "Oh, these guys,

Vit Muller:

I'm gonna pay for this software and it's gonna help me nurture my leads." No,

Vit Muller:

this is me investing in the software as a vehicle to achieve More than I actually

Vit Muller:

thought before I got on this call.

Vit Muller:

This is brilliant.

Vit Muller:

And I think it's just a good message.

Vit Muller:

Even like just me thinking about it, just, it's just a good reminder even for myself.

Vit Muller:

I don't often say this enough.

Vit Muller:

I'm not, I'm not preaching to something that I'm doing every time.

Vit Muller:

Sometimes we have ideas and thoughts on this podcast, and it's just a reminder

Vit Muller:

of, oh, this is actually brilliant, and I need to think about that more

Vit Muller:

as well when I'm talking to customers.

Vit Muller:

And the same thing for you guys who are listening.

Vit Muller:

I want you to think about that too.

Vit Muller:

if you're running your agency, you're thinking about, I'm not closing enough,

Vit Muller:

or how do I differentiate myself, and all those different thoughts.

Vit Muller:

Think about this.

Vit Muller:

slide it into your pitch when you're talking to a potential customer next time.

Vit Muller:

Make them aware that this is more than that.

Vit Muller:

make them aware that this technology, AI, is not going anywhere.

Vit Muller:

AI automation, it's progressing further and further.

Vit Muller:

it used to be AI, you use it to give it, to give you an output.

Vit Muller:

You give it input, it gives you an output.

Vit Muller:

Then you got to a point where you've got AI that, that can be agentic

Vit Muller:

and do stuff in a system for you based on what you ask it to do.

Vit Muller:

But now we're actually getting to a point where AI is actually… You can

Vit Muller:

create these cron jobs, so basically these scheduled jobs that they just

Vit Muller:

happen every week, and AI can do them week by week and even learn on

Vit Muller:

its own, iterations and get better.

Vit Muller:

So why am I saying this?

Vit Muller:

Is because, right, it's not going anywhere.

Vit Muller:

This technology's getting better.

Vit Muller:

Still a lot of businesses are not implementing it.

Vit Muller:

The ones that do are getting crazy advantage.

Vit Muller:

They're getting cutting-edge advantage, scalability, profitability.

Vit Muller:

it's… there's a lot, there's a lot of different subset topics that

Vit Muller:

we can get into, Louis, I think.

Vit Muller:

a good one might be even like the AI in, in the sense of VAs.

Vit Muller:

That's an interesting one, 'cause I'm s- I'm seeing a shift.

Vit Muller:

I'm starting to notice a shift.

Vit Muller:

Philippines, VAs in Philippines starting to look at how they're gonna launch

Vit Muller:

their own agencies because they're realizing that a lot of businesses

Vit Muller:

are now think… I had a, put simply, had a meeting with my client.

Vit Muller:

My client has, a legal business.

Vit Muller:

He had VAs to help process some paperwork, some, assessing

Vit Muller:

some data, things like that.

Vit Muller:

And now he's letting them go because he's tried an AI tool that does

Vit Muller:

it in seven and a half minutes.

Vit Muller:

That was something that a staff member would, would take them

Vit Muller:

two to three weeks to go through

Louis Swart:

Yeah.

Louis Swart:

Yeah

Vit Muller:

So

Louis Swart:

So look, for me, I had, I've got 50 staff in the Philippines and staff

Louis Swart:

in Nepal and Egypt and South Africa.

Louis Swart:

And, when AI first came out, to be truthful, I panicked.

Louis Swart:

And I'm like, "Man, I need to get rid of the VAs and I need to get into

Louis Swart:

the AI as quickly as I can." And so I started just throwing myself into AI.

Louis Swart:

I started training people A- on AI.

Louis Swart:

I started spending all my time learning AI.

Louis Swart:

I got my team just like studying AI And then I found that, you know what?

Louis Swart:

AI is awesome, but it's got heaps of limitations.

Louis Swart:

I'm sure that as things go along, there'll be less and less

Louis Swart:

limitations, but there's limitations like… I'll give you an example.

Louis Swart:

I've got a virtual assistant, and what she does is when I have a meeting on my

Louis Swart:

calendar, she gets into my-- she goes in, she would search them up on the internet,

Louis Swart:

get their details, fill out a meeting form, and then give me a meeting form.

Louis Swart:

So when I'm in a meeting with them, I've got an idea of who I'm talking

Louis Swart:

to and what they do and how we can work together And then I was like,

Louis Swart:

"Oh, I'll just use AI to do this."

Louis Swart:

So I went to N8N, and I've

Louis Swart:

got, I got one of my programmers to actually build me an agent in N8N.

Louis Swart:

So what the agent did was, a person would book on a calendar, the agent would

Louis Swart:

look at the calendar, would separate it.

Louis Swart:

One of the agents would go and look on the internet, the other agent

Louis Swart:

would go and actually look through my computer, and then they'd come back,

Louis Swart:

and then they'd discuss it, and then they would give me a meeting report.

Louis Swart:

And that was okay.

Louis Swart:

But that took us about, that took us about th- two months to

Louis Swart:

actually put in to get in place,

Louis Swart:

and the getting it to integrate with the Google and my Google

Louis Swart:

tr- calendars and w- not me.

Louis Swart:

And then a couple of months, about a month ago, I installed

Louis Swart:

Hermes on one of my computers.

Louis Swart:

So in the back, I don't know if you can see there, over there where my, where

Louis Swart:

I'm pointing, that's actually a, that's actually a laptop.

Louis Swart:

So it's actually a laptop there.

Louis Swart:

I've got the screen just on dull because it runs twenty-four seven,

Louis Swart:

and I've got Hermes loaded on there.

Louis Swart:

So Hermes is just working all day in the background, okay?

Louis Swart:

And what Hermes does is I was like, "Wonder if I could do this myself?"

Louis Swart:

So I got into my Hermes, and I just talked to it through WhatsApp.

Louis Swart:

So I just use WhatsApp Hermes.

Louis Swart:

I've got WhatsApp on a phone that's connected to Hermes, and I go on my

Louis Swart:

phone and I just say, "Hey, I want you to create meeting notes for me

Louis Swart:

for every meeting that I'm going into.

Louis Swart:

I want you to go at six o'clock in the morning, look what meetings I've got

Louis Swart:

for the day, create notes for them, and create notes for the next day.

Louis Swart:

And I want you to do that every morning at six o'clock.

Louis Swart:

And then if I'm in a meeting or I'm going into a meeting, I'm gonna call you.

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna, I'll just text you, and then I want you to give me the meeting

Louis Swart:

notes." So now I can just put meeting notes and it'll come up and tell

Louis Swart:

me all the meeting notes about you.

Louis Swart:

But what it also does is it goes into, y- when I'm talking to people,

Louis Swart:

I'm recording stuff on Fathom.

Louis Swart:

So I'm recording stuff on Fathom.

Louis Swart:

It goes in and finds the Fathom recording, renames the Fathom recording,

Louis Swart:

saves the Fathom recording to your file, creates a file for you if there

Louis Swart:

isn't a file, renames the Fathom recording, puts the Fathom recording

Louis Swart:

into the file, attaches the meeting notes to the file, and attaches

Louis Swart:

the meeting notes to the calendar.

Louis Swart:

And all that was just done with me talking to it for literally maybe 10

Louis Swart:

minutes, and I set that whole agent up on Hermes, which runs locally on a machine

Louis Swart:

Now, this is how fast technology's gone.

Louis Swart:

Four months ago, my guys were building an agent.

Louis Swart:

It took forever to try and get the APIs and everything done, and

Louis Swart:

now, bang, it's done and quickly.

Louis Swart:

Super easy, And for me, I was like, "Man, this is amazing. I don't need

Louis Swart:

a VA." This is it's almost, it's like free and like I'm gonna be good.

Louis Swart:

And then I got the bill.

Louis Swart:

And then I got the bill because the problem is logging into Google through

Louis Swart:

an API, and I'm paying for the API.

Louis Swart:

Every time there's an API request, bang, I get paid.

Louis Swart:

I get cha- you know, thing.

Louis Swart:

So it ran up to $100 and then timed out.

Louis Swart:

And then I started thinking, "Hang on a second. This AI is amazing,

Louis Swart:

but at the moment it's as cheap as it's ever gonna be." Right?

Louis Swart:

It's not gonna be this cheap again.

Louis Swart:

And so we all go, "I'll just use AI.

Louis Swart:

I'll use AI." And AI is cool, but companies are actually relying so much

Louis Swart:

on AI now, if AI doubles the price or if AI goes out of business, where are you

Louis Swart:

gonna go and try and find those people that you laid off because you replaced

Louis Swart:

them with an AI if that AI's in, goes out of business or doubles in price?

Louis Swart:

So I think the value, the best value is a combination of a human and AI.

Louis Swart:

and I always talk about it like this.

Louis Swart:

if you were hiring people, let's say you had a factory and you said to me,

Louis Swart:

"Hey, Louis, I want, I wanna hire some staff to, to, carry stuff on the, in

Louis Swart:

the factory for me." And I said to you, "Oh, I can give you a staff member

Louis Swart:

A. He's a really muscly, big guy.

Louis Swart:

Or I can give you staff member B. He's a bit skinnier.

Louis Swart:

He's a bit skinnier, but he comes with a Iron Man suit." And so he can pick up

Louis Swart:

a whole crate of box, he can pick up a whole crate, a whole pallet of boxes.

Louis Swart:

You don't need a forklift.

Louis Swart:

You just get him.

Louis Swart:

He'll pick it up 'cause he's got this suit on.

Louis Swart:

You'd be crazy to take the guy, the big muscly guy.

Louis Swart:

you'd take the guy that could do the, had the bionic suit.

Louis Swart:

And it's exactly the same with us.

Louis Swart:

AI is that bionic suit.

Louis Swart:

So if you get a VA, you want the VA that uses AI.

Louis Swart:

If you get a VA that knows how to use AI, you don't have to spend all the

Louis Swart:

time, and I can tell you it'll just suck up your time like there's no tomorrow.

Louis Swart:

You don't have to spend all your time learning how to do the AI.

Louis Swart:

Get somebody that already knows how to do it, tell them what you want them to

Louis Swart:

do, get them to do it, and get it sorted.

Louis Swart:

as opposed to you trying to learn how to do it, which is a total waste of time.

Vit Muller:

This is where

Louis Swart:

it's-

Vit Muller:

yeah, experience and strategy experience in running a business for

Vit Muller:

that AI is crucial so that they can use the AI in effective way to produce

Vit Muller:

or do regular tasks for you that, that actually, that have a… That I either

Vit Muller:

create efficiency in saving somebody else's time, or help bring more money.

Vit Muller:

But, but the crucial one is understanding the value of

Vit Muller:

those particular tasks, I think.

Vit Muller:

Because you brought an important point, you brought an important point.

Vit Muller:

The tokens and the c- expense can go way up.

Vit Muller:

I put a post up in my LinkedIn, a couple… I think it was, last week,

Vit Muller:

and I put up two examples of two big companies who have spent a crazy

Vit Muller:

amount on their marketing budget and there's, Uber and Starbucks.

Vit Muller:

Starbucks was trying to use it for their, I think it was inventory

Vit Muller:

management or something like that, and it didn't-- it, it cost them a huge

Vit Muller:

amount of money, I'm talking millions.

Vit Muller:

and, they didn't thought it out properly and they realized, oh,

Vit Muller:

this is too-- this is actually-- we actually overspent on this.

Vit Muller:

And The return wasn't that really that great.

Vit Muller:

That actually, it, it there was some diminishing in

Vit Muller:

churn in staff satisfaction.

Vit Muller:

So there's stuff that, we don't know what we don't know yet 'cause

Vit Muller:

it's a new, it's a new thing, right?

Vit Muller:

And when, a thing, leveraging AI for different things in your business.

Vit Muller:

this is… So for them it was like, well, that was reducing, staff satisfactions.

Vit Muller:

They felt useless.

Vit Muller:

and that had a, that had a negative impact on the customer satisfaction

Vit Muller:

because the employees weren't happy, and that showed in the said service.

Vit Muller:

you look it up, there's more to the story.

Vit Muller:

And same with Uber.

Vit Muller:

They were using it for something else.

Vit Muller:

I know another big company, can't remember the name.

Vit Muller:

They, they overspent.

Vit Muller:

So whilst it's incredible, powerful, amazing, there's always,

Vit Muller:

the other side of the coin.

Vit Muller:

And, I've been using, in my case, I've been using Victor AI.

Vit Muller:

I've got it plugged into my Slack channel.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant, amazing, but I'm cautious of the credits because I look at it and, if

Vit Muller:

you get really silly and you start like going at it for five hours straight,

Vit Muller:

well, you'd be in, you'd be in a bit of a surprise how much that actually costs you.

Vit Muller:

And in comparison to what a VA would've cost you.

Vit Muller:

Obviously, the productivity is somewhere else.

Vit Muller:

But this is not to say, AI is actually not great.

Vit Muller:

Don't use it because it's very expensive.

Vit Muller:

No, that's not that.

Vit Muller:

It's just think about what you use it for, and, use it… it's like in

Vit Muller:

business, you just gotta be savvy where you're putting your money,

Vit Muller:

where you're putting your focus.

Vit Muller:

Is it bringing return?

Vit Muller:

If it is, then justify that.

Vit Muller:

That's, that, that, that cost is easily justified.

Vit Muller:

But if it isn't, then you just, you're just tinkering with shiny

Vit Muller:

syndrome and you're paying for it.

Vit Muller:

So just be careful

Louis Swart:

Absolutely.

Louis Swart:

Absolutely.

Louis Swart:

But the thing is that this is just a tool.

Louis Swart:

AI is just a tool that's come along, and it's gonna help us massively

Louis Swart:

in all the stuff that we do,

Louis Swart:

right?

Louis Swart:

it able, enables us to do things much faster.

Louis Swart:

And, I spoke to an old man, and this old guy, he used to…

Louis Swart:

He was a draftsman, so you know, they… Like an architect.

Louis Swart:

And he used to draw out plans, and he s- and he told me about the good old

Louis Swart:

days, and he said, "In the good old days, we got a massive big piece of

Louis Swart:

paper, and we got a pencil and a ruler, and we'd, draw it." And then they'd

Louis Swart:

draw a house, and then you'd say, "Oh, look, I don't want the bathroom there.

Louis Swart:

I want the bathroom over there." And he said then they'd have to get

Louis Swart:

another piece of paper and then draw the bathroom and then sticky tape

Louis Swart:

it onto where the other bathroom used to be, sticky tape it on there.

Louis Swart:

And he said if he drew a house plan, took a week to draw a house plan.

Louis Swart:

And everybody was just like, if I'm doing a house plan, it takes a week."

Louis Swart:

He said, and then one day somebody came in and he said, "Hey, I've got, We've

Louis Swart:

got this new program called CAD, okay?

Louis Swart:

And you can now do a house plan in a day." And he said, "No, that's… I

Louis Swart:

can't believe this." And they said, "Well, we're gonna send you on this

Louis Swart:

training." Did the training and he said, "I thought, well, this is amazing.

Louis Swart:

So the rest of the week I'm gonna have four days off, I'm gonna

Louis Swart:

do the house plan on one day.

Louis Swart:

Boss will pay me for the week, and I have the rest of the week off." But

Louis Swart:

he said all that happened was the boss said, "Okay, you can do one a day.

Louis Swart:

I want five a week." And he said it didn't stop him.

Louis Swart:

He was still working just as hard, but now he was accomplishing five times as much.

Louis Swart:

And then he said a little while later they came out with new versions of CAD,

Louis Swart:

and now he said they could actually do a whole house plan in two hours.

Louis Swart:

And the boss didn't say, "Well, you can go home." The boss said,

Louis Swart:

"Well, you can do it in two hours.

Louis Swart:

I want four of those a day." About five a week, And it was just

Louis Swart:

because the tool got smarter, so more was expected of the people.

Louis Swart:

And I think that's what's happening now.

Louis Swart:

The tools are getting smarter, and so we expect more from people.

Louis Swart:

this is really where we're going along.

Louis Swart:

And if we can get our VAs to start using the tools We, the stuff that

Louis Swart:

they can do for us is amazing.

Louis Swart:

they can create content for us.

Louis Swart:

They can put it out on our socials.

Louis Swart:

They can, help us with the accounts.

Louis Swart:

They can help us with our emails, And you've got Victor looking at, looking

Louis Swart:

through your emails, doing a scan of all your things, and then telling you

Louis Swart:

your important emails, and your VAs can be responding to those, Whereas before

Louis Swart:

your VA would, like that thing with my VA, she used to do the meeting notes.

Louis Swart:

In every meeting she'd do the meeting notes and it took a lot of time.

Louis Swart:

Now Hermes does the meeting notes, okay?

Louis Swart:

And she just has a scan of them, but now she can spend more time calling

Louis Swart:

more customers, spending more time with clients, which is a higher

Louis Swart:

level of service that she can provide than her doing the meeting notes

Vit Muller:

Managing the CRM, going through the contacts, clicking about

Vit Muller:

pipelines, following up with people who haven't been followed up in a while.

Vit Muller:

Yes, absolutely.

Vit Muller:

Actually bringing new business in.

Vit Muller:

Yeah

Louis Swart:

yeah.

Vit Muller:

It's an interesting

Louis Swart:

I think that we're living in a world, we're living in a world now where

Louis Swart:

we wear busyness as a badge of honor.

Louis Swart:

And we say to people, "Hey, Vit, how you going?" And you say, "I'm so busy.

Louis Swart:

I'm so busy." How many people do you know you say to them, "How are

Louis Swart:

you?" And they just go, "I'm so busy.

Louis Swart:

I, I'm just so busy.

Louis Swart:

I'm so busy.

Louis Swart:

I've got so much on.

Louis Swart:

So busy." And we treat I'm busy as I'm important, I'm worthy, I'm loved, okay?

Louis Swart:

I'm, like, successful.

Louis Swart:

And it doesn't mean that at all.

Louis Swart:

You can be super busy and actually have no money and, not

Louis Swart:

be successful at all, right?

Louis Swart:

But we treat the word busy, we associate it with the success.

Louis Swart:

somebody like Tony Robbins, he said, "Focus on the outcome. Don't fos-

Louis Swart:

focus on the activities." And so how do we get the outcome to be better?

Louis Swart:

How do we get more outcomes instead of us just being busy?

Louis Swart:

So I've written a book and it's called Behemoth, The Behemoth,

Louis Swart:

and it's all about this busyness.

Louis Swart:

how do we get away from being busy and actually get to being

Louis Swart:

able to have time to ourselves

Louis Swart:

and to enjoy

Vit Muller:

there's a similar book called E-Myth by Michael Gerber.

Vit Muller:

It's a, it's an interesting twist on that one.

Louis Swart:

Absolutely.

Louis Swart:

Absolutely.

Louis Swart:

I wrote it as a parable, so it's a relatively easy read.

Louis Swart:

It's currently on Amazon for a dollar or something.

Louis Swart:

but the, there's some tools that, I've got in there, and one thing I'd

Louis Swart:

love to tell all your, all the people listening to this podcast, you can

Louis Swart:

listen to podcasts all day and go, "Oh, that was interesting," or, "That was

Louis Swart:

interesting," or, "I learned something there," or, "That was interesting."

Louis Swart:

But if you don't implement anything, you're literally just being entertained.

Louis Swart:

You might as well watch something on TV.

Louis Swart:

So I've got one thing for your listeners to do, okay?

Louis Swart:

I've actually got three things.

Louis Swart:

I'll tell you three things that you can implement today, right

Louis Swart:

now, quite easy, all three things.

Louis Swart:

So the first thing is this.

Louis Swart:

Lots of us can't tell the difference between a low-value

Louis Swart:

task and a high-value task.

Louis Swart:

We don't know the difference, right?

Louis Swart:

So the easy way to work it out is there's a, I call it the 2K rule.

Louis Swart:

So imagine if you went and worked for a boss tomorrow, you'd

Louis Swart:

probably work 40 hours a week, hey?

Louis Swart:

About 40 hours a week.

Louis Swart:

And you'd probably work about 50 weeks a year.

Louis Swart:

Yeah?

Louis Swart:

So 40 times 50 will give you the figure of 2,000.

Louis Swart:

So that's how many hours you've got.

Louis Swart:

That's how many working hours if you worked for a boss, right?

Louis Swart:

Now, how much do you wanna earn this next year?

Louis Swart:

Let's say we wanna earn $200,000.

Louis Swart:

That sounds reasonable, hey?

Louis Swart:

$200,000. Okay?

Louis Swart:

So $200,000, we take that and we divide it by the 2,000 hours that we've got.

Louis Swart:

So you've only got 2,000 hours to make $200,000.

Louis Swart:

So that means that every hour you have to make at least $100 Does

Louis Swart:

that make sense?

Louis Swart:

Yeah

Vit Muller:

And then you just assign the activity.

Vit Muller:

Did you say 2,000?

Vit Muller:

Hang on 40 hours times

Louis Swart:

40 hours times 50 50 weeks

Vit Muller:

I would actually say, well, 52 weeks is in a year.

Vit Muller:

You're gonna take at least four years off for holidays 'cause

Vit Muller:

it's important to take time off.

Vit Muller:

I would actually plan for eight weeks 'cause I wanna have a nice lifestyle.

Vit Muller:

Go

Louis Swart:

You would and you'd, and you wouldn't wanna

Louis Swart:

work 40 hours, and you wouldn't

Louis Swart:

wanna work 40 hours.

Louis Swart:

So you probably would wanna work 30 hours.

Louis Swart:

But

Louis Swart:

what we're doing is I'm

Vit Muller:

hours because I wanna work out and have time.

Vit Muller:

I actually do that now since we moved back to Czech Republic.

Vit Muller:

I take two hours out of my day most days.

Vit Muller:

some days I can't, but, most days I try between, 11:00 AM

:

00 AM… 1:00 PM, sorry.

:

go hit the gym.

:

But I actually, actually, I used to go to hit the gym, and it'd be

:

like I've got an hour and a half.

:

Go to the gym, and I end up just having 30 minutes for a quick workout,

:

and it's rushed, and in my head I'm still actually working back in the

:

office even though I'm in the gym.

:

Now s- I'll allocate two hours, walk to the gym, walk through the park,

:

15 minutes just walking, warm up.

:

it's beautiful just walking, thinking, relaxing.

:

Hit the gym, do a proper workout, hour 15 minutes.

:

I actually have time to finish off some bicep curls as well

:

because that's a treat at the end.

:

I like to do compound first, just maximize, like all that, and then

:

tricep ice, 'cause it counts, right?

:

and then walk back and take a shower.

:

not rush.

:

Relax, take a shower, dress, put a clean T-shirt back on and walk back home.

:

Two hours, and I feel amazing.

:

But I feel like I'm not rushing it, So that's two hours out of my day,

:

but that's a luxur- that's a luxury.

:

But I have to commit 'cause that it…

:

whilst it's a luxury, it's tremendous impact on my wellbeing.

:

I hit the t- I hit the office after that.

:

I get a lunch, right?

:

Have a nice steak or something.

:

Get back in the office and I feel like, wow, invigorated, like fresh-minded,

:

everything, seeing things clearly.

:

Actually productivity goes up.

:

But yeah, so let's go 30 hours.

:

30 hours, and I wanna have eight hour, eight weeks of the year time off.

:

All right?

:

So that's 52 minus, minus eight, so

Louis Swart:

let's work it on the, let's

Louis Swart:

work it on the 2,000 for now.

Louis Swart:

We'll work it on the 2,000 for now, okay?

Louis Swart:

I'm just… 'Cause I'll show you the concept.

Louis Swart:

I'll show you the

Louis Swart:

concept, and then you can adjust it to whatever you want,

Louis Swart:

right?

Louis Swart:

So I'll ideally you'd want to do double that.

Louis Swart:

Ideally, you'd only wanna work 1,000 hours.

Louis Swart:

But if you work for a boss, you'd probably have 2,000 hours for the year.

Louis Swart:

Now, let's say we wanna earn $200,000.

Louis Swart:

We divide it by 2,000 hours, and that gives us a figure of $100 per hour.

Louis Swart:

So now you have got a benchmark figure.

Louis Swart:

You have to make $100 every hour, okay?

Louis Swart:

Now, what happens is people go, "Oh, you know what?

Louis Swart:

I need to just… Oh, no, I need to go on Canva and I need to adjust something,"

Louis Swart:

or, "I need to just do something," right?

Louis Swart:

And they do a $10 an hour task.

Louis Swart:

They do a low-level task.

Louis Swart:

And they go, "Oh, you know what? I just did it myself 'cause, like I just

Louis Swart:

quickly… It was only a, it was only a half-an-hour job, so I just did it."

Louis Swart:

And they made $10.

Louis Swart:

And they go, "Well, I saved 10 bucks." You didn't.

Louis Swart:

You lost $90 ' cause this is where you have to be.

Louis Swart:

So you lost $90.

Louis Swart:

Now, because you lost $90 that hour, if you want to stay on target the next hour,

Louis Swart:

you have to do something worth 190 to make up for that hour And that's the problem.

Louis Swart:

We don't actually realize that.

Louis Swart:

So now, here's what I want you to do to implement this.

Louis Swart:

I want you to take a Post-it Note.

Louis Swart:

Get a Post-it Note and work out what that figure is.

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna tell you some of the calculations.

Louis Swart:

If you wanna make $100,000, it's $50 an hour.

Louis Swart:

If you wanna make $500,000, it's $250 an hour, okay?

Louis Swart:

Quite simple.

Louis Swart:

Just write it down on a Post-it Note somewhere nice and big, stick it

Louis Swart:

on your computer, stick it on your monitor, stick it on your wall, stick

Louis Swart:

it somewhere where you're gonna see.

Louis Swart:

And for the next month, when you're working, look up at that note and go,

Louis Swart:

"Would I pay somebody $100 an hour," or whatever that figure is, "Would I

Louis Swart:

pay somebody $100 an hour to do this job, to work in Canva, to move my photo

Louis Swart:

around?" And I'd go, "There's no way I'm gonna pay somebody 100 bucks an hour.

Louis Swart:

That would be ridiculous.

Louis Swart:

That would be a rip-off."

Louis Swart:

And if that's your answer, you're ripping yourself off.

Louis Swart:

You are ripping yourself off because you're paying yourself

Louis Swart:

$10 an hour for a hund- where you should be earning $100 an hour.

Louis Swart:

And just that one trick is gonna completely open your eyes

Louis Swart:

to exactly what is available.

Louis Swart:

So I suggest everybody listening to this podcast, get yourself a Post-it

Louis Swart:

Note and write down that figure.

Louis Swart:

Every 100,000 is $50.

Louis Swart:

Write down that figure.

Louis Swart:

Now, remember that it's gotta be at least that, because we

Louis Swart:

want to have a bit more holiday.

Louis Swart:

We want to be able to go to gym for two hours.

Louis Swart:

We want to be able to do all these things.

Louis Swart:

But if we're not even getting to that basic figure, there's no way we're

Louis Swart:

gonna get to the goal at the end

Vit Muller:

I love

Louis Swart:

just can't, we just can't get there.

Louis Swart:

That's tool

Louis Swart:

number one.

Louis Swart:

Okay, tool number two

Vit Muller:

I was gonna-- Can I slide into that before you jump into that tool number

Louis Swart:

yep.

Louis Swart:

Let's go

Vit Muller:

Just, just on the money side.

Vit Muller:

I was in the Level Up, in Dallas last year, and one of the speakers,

Vit Muller:

Michael… I think Michael Michalowicz.

Vit Muller:

I forgot the name properly.

Vit Muller:

I think that's his name.

Vit Muller:

He talked about the money bit where, allocating, a certain amount

Vit Muller:

of money from your bank account and putting it aside in savings.

Vit Muller:

And it was the whole context was people wonder why they are not rich, and in

Vit Muller:

business, and how everything just goes into the main account and just pay out

Vit Muller:

of it, pay for expenses and everything, and then what's left, you deal with it.

Vit Muller:

And he says that's wrong.

Vit Muller:

You do the other way.

Vit Muller:

you put aside every week, you put aside what goes towards the savings,

Vit Muller:

and that just forces you to be a little bit more critical where

Vit Muller:

you're spending on expenditures.

Vit Muller:

So it's just a mindset shi- mindset shift and dealing with money so that

Vit Muller:

you actually end up growing, your wealth rather than just spending it

Vit Muller:

and not, It's just a mindset shift.

Vit Muller:

So I was just adding to that 'cause if you are doing it and you are saving

Vit Muller:

100 bucks an hour now, you might…

Vit Muller:

Sorry, you are making 100 bucks an hour, make sure you actually manage that money

Vit Muller:

too so it's not getting drained the other way because of some other expenses.

Louis Swart:

Absolutely.

Louis Swart:

Absolutely.

Louis Swart:

So we think about money and we go, "Money, how can I save some money?

Louis Swart:

How can I save some money here?

Louis Swart:

How can I do this?

Louis Swart:

I don't wanna spend that much 'cause, I don't wanna spend 100 bucks.

Louis Swart:

That's a lot of money." But when it comes to our time, we don't think about that.

Louis Swart:

And I can tell you personally, I've been a multimillionaire and I've

Louis Swart:

had nothing, and then I've been a multimillionaire and had nothing.

Louis Swart:

I've been on this journey.

Louis Swart:

And money is so easy to get again.

Louis Swart:

Time, you can never, ever get back.

Louis Swart:

Look at the boys at Lovable.

Louis Swart:

Lovable, they went from nothing to being worth 200 million in eight months

Louis Swart:

You can get money, you can't get time.

Louis Swart:

So how do we preserve our time?

Louis Swart:

And the best way to preserve it is to start delegating.

Louis Swart:

like delegate.

Louis Swart:

Delegate to AI, delegate to virtual assistants.

Louis Swart:

But okay, back to tool number two.

Louis Swart:

So tool number two is this.

Louis Swart:

I believe that we should all have a post-time planner.

Louis Swart:

Now, I'll tell you what a post-time planner is.

Louis Swart:

The other morning, I woke up, okay?

Louis Swart:

And I normally get up at about 7:00.

Louis Swart:

I got up at 5:00.

Louis Swart:

It was, one of those mornings you wake up and you're like, "Okay, I'm up now."

Louis Swart:

I got out my phone and I thought, "I'll just play on TikTok." I love TikTok, okay?

Louis Swart:

I'll play on TikTok for a bit.

Louis Swart:

So I played on TikTok for about, I don't know, 20 minutes or so, and

Louis Swart:

then I thought, "Oh, you know what?

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna go to- I'm gonna have a shower." I had a shower, and then

Louis Swart:

I went to my computer, and I'm like, "Wow, it's half past 7:00.

Louis Swart:

I'm actually almost late for my meeting." And I'm like, "How is that possible?

Louis Swart:

I was on TikTok for 20 minutes, and I had a shower for, I don't know, five or

Louis Swart:

10 minutes," Where did I lose the time?

Louis Swart:

And I lost the time because I actually was on TikTok for two and a quarter hours.

Vit Muller:

Mm-hmm.

Louis Swart:

that ever happened to you when you go in somewhere and you go, "Oh,

Louis Swart:

I'm just… I'll be there in a… I'll be there now. I'll be there now, just

Louis Swart:

give me a minute," and then five hours later you're still at the same place?

Louis Swart:

Now, we don't plan for that.

Louis Swart:

We have no plan in our society currently for that.

Louis Swart:

We plan ahead.

Louis Swart:

We go, "Okay, tomorrow I'm gonna go to this meeting.

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna spend some time doing this.

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna do this.

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna do that.

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna do that other thing." And then we go to our day, and lots of

Louis Swart:

us… I would have a day and I'd be like, I'd come back from my day and

Louis Swart:

I'd be like, "I was so busy today, I got no idea what I even did, but I

Louis Swart:

didn't actually accomplish anything."

Louis Swart:

When I sit down and I think, "What did I actually accomplish? I haven't

Louis Swart:

accomplished anything." Right?

Louis Swart:

And so how a post-time planner works is you literally sit down and you write

Louis Swart:

down, let's say you start at 6:00.

Louis Swart:

You write down on a piece of paper 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, every hour.

Louis Swart:

And then you set a chime on your watch, so every hour it goes ding.

Louis Swart:

Right?

Louis Swart:

When your watch goes ding, you look down at the piece of paper and you go, "Okay,

Louis Swart:

what have I spent the last hour doing?

Louis Swart:

Okay, the last hour I was in a podcast," or, "The last hour I was

Louis Swart:

talking to clients," or, "The last hour I was playing with the kids,"

Louis Swart:

or, "The last hour I was at gym." Whatever that is, you write it down.

Louis Swart:

And at the end of two weeks, you're gonna look at that time and you're

Louis Swart:

gonna go, "Wow, I can't believe I spent so much of my time doing X or Y," or

Louis Swart:

whatever that thing is that you're doing.

Louis Swart:

And that's gonna allow you to see what you're actually spending your time

Louis Swart:

on, which will allow you to adjust it.

Louis Swart:

But if you don't do that, you're not gonna have an idea where you're spending your

Louis Swart:

time, and so you're just gonna carry on like you are now, not having any time

Louis Swart:

and being busy and, overrun by stuff

Vit Muller:

Mm-hmm.

Vit Muller:

I like it.

Louis Swart:

And the

Vit Muller:

There-- I like it.

Vit Muller:

I've got something to add to your point number two as well, I think.

Louis Swart:

I love it

Vit Muller:

We got a bit of a streak here.

Vit Muller:

so busy being busy and actually not even realizing what's been done.

Vit Muller:

And sometimes it's not that it wasn't productive, sometimes it's just

Vit Muller:

that you were so busy to actually, acknowledge the successes you've made.

Vit Muller:

And I think that's also important because me personally, you get to a time every now

Vit Muller:

and then that you're just working yourself out so much that you are no longer

Vit Muller:

enjoying work or you're feeling miserable and you're not fully acknowledging

Vit Muller:

the good work that you've done.

Vit Muller:

So by logging it into your calendar, log in what you've done every day And then

Vit Muller:

looking at it backwards for the week and just looking at, okay, oh, actually,

Vit Muller:

yeah, so I actually had a meeting with this person, and we talked about referral

Vit Muller:

partnerships, and she was excited.

Vit Muller:

Oh, that was actually… That's a positive thing, and now I'm gonna follow

Vit Muller:

it up next week and just close, close that relationship and make it happen.

Vit Muller:

or you could look at something else.

Vit Muller:

Oh, I've… This week I've actually configured a new task for AI

Vit Muller:

that will do it every week now.

Vit Muller:

That's actually a positive thing.

Vit Muller:

So I think there's a flip side to it too, right?

Vit Muller:

It's just do-- make sure that you're not wasting time on stuff.

Vit Muller:

But if you are working so much and you're not recognizing, you're not

Vit Muller:

giving yourself a pat on the shoulder at the end of the week, then do

Vit Muller:

that 'cause it's important to finish off and feel strong, like finish…

Vit Muller:

Feel, feel like you've had a successful week.

Vit Muller:

You just sometimes you have to, you just have to look at, look back to realize that

Louis Swart:

Yeah.

Louis Swart:

well, on that to- on that point, I actually have a meeting

Louis Swart:

with my team every Friday.

Louis Swart:

Okay, we have a standup meeting at the end of a Friday, and I literally

Louis Swart:

go, "What went well this week?

Louis Swart:

What could we have done better?

Louis Swart:

What are we planning for next week?

Louis Swart:

And what's one, piece of good news that you've got from the week?"

Louis Swart:

And we do that every single Friday, and so they'll say to me, "Oh, we

Louis Swart:

accomplished this and this and this.

Louis Swart:

we could have done better with this.

Louis Swart:

we could have helped a client more with here.

Louis Swart:

and then next week I'm gonna be working on this, and the good news is

Louis Swart:

I'm doing this for the weekend," or, "The good news is a client said I was

Louis Swart:

amazing," or whatever that good news is.

Louis Swart:

So that's really good, to help you to actually see where you're going.

Vit Muller:

Mm-hmm.

Louis Swart:

But, the third point, okay, the third point,

Louis Swart:

and this is an important one.

Louis Swart:

When I was growing businesses, I used to have a to-do list, like a gazillion

Louis Swart:

things, hey, like a whole heap of things on a to-do list, and I'd go into the

Louis Swart:

office and I'd do the stuff on the to-do.

Louis Swart:

I'd work my way through the to-do list.

Louis Swart:

But as I got busier, I realized that you actually need only one to three

Louis Swart:

things that you have to accomplish.

Louis Swart:

So in your business There's one thing that you don't really want to do, okay?

Louis Swart:

You don't… You know you're supposed to do it, you know that you should be doing

Louis Swart:

it, but you don't really want to do it.

Louis Swart:

Okay, I spoke to a podcaster earlier on today, and I said, "What's that one

Louis Swart:

thing that you know you should have done today that you haven't done yet?" And

Louis Swart:

she said, "I'm supposed to invoice my clients today, and I've done everything

Louis Swart:

else except invoice my clients." Okay.

Louis Swart:

So what's that one thing that you haven't done today?

Louis Swart:

Or what's that one thing that you need to do today?

Louis Swart:

And it might be that one thing, you know that one conversation

Louis Swart:

you need to have with somebody.

Louis Swart:

Might be that one conversation you maybe even have to have with your partner.

Louis Swart:

Might be that one thing you have to do in business today that's

Louis Swart:

gonna change your business.

Louis Swart:

Might be that one thing that you've gotta do in your health.

Louis Swart:

But what is one thing that you can do today?

Louis Swart:

You're not gonna win.

Louis Swart:

it's gonna be the thing that you really don't want to do.

Louis Swart:

But what's that one thing that you're gonna do that's gonna

Louis Swart:

change the way you do stuff?

Louis Swart:

And this brings me to a term that I've got called productive procrastination.

Louis Swart:

Okay.

Louis Swart:

And I'm a champion.

Louis Swart:

I'm a champion, world champion, productive procrastinator.

Louis Swart:

and I'll tell you the other day, I had to reconcile my credit card.

Louis Swart:

Now, worst job in the world.

Louis Swart:

I don't like doing it, okay?

Louis Swart:

Because I've gotta go back three months ago, and I've gotta look for, XYZ PTY

Louis Swart:

Limited, and I spent $47, and I've got no idea who that was, where it was.

Louis Swart:

Was it company, personal?

Louis Swart:

okay.

Louis Swart:

But I've gotta go and somehow try and find it, and don't like the job.

Louis Swart:

Don't like the job.

Louis Swart:

So I come in the morning and I'm like, "Okay, I'm gonna do my

Louis Swart:

credit card." So I get my thing.

Louis Swart:

I get my credit card up on my computer, and I'm like, "Okay, I'm

Louis Swart:

ready." And then I go, "You know what?

Louis Swart:

My desk's a bit dir- My desk's a bit untidy, hey?

Louis Swart:

So I'm just gonna

Louis Swart:

quickly tidy up my desk 'cause I don't really wanna work… it's not good to

Louis Swart:

work in a untidy desk." So I tidy up my desk, and then when I've tidied up my

Louis Swart:

desk, I look down and I'm like, "Man, there's a couple of stuff on the floor.

Louis Swart:

while I've tidied my desk, some stuff's fallen on the floor.

Louis Swart:

I might as well just vacuum it, hey.

Louis Swart:

I'll just quickly vacuum it," okay? So I go and get the vacuum, and

Louis Swart:

now I'm vacuuming the floor, okay, and I'm doing all this stuff And

Louis Swart:

by the end of the day, I go, "I was so busy today, and you know what?

Louis Swart:

I really have to reconcile my credit card tomorrow." Okay?

Louis Swart:

Because I've been productive.

Louis Swart:

I've been extremely productive.

Louis Swart:

S- The desk has to get tidied at some point.

Louis Swart:

The floor has to get vacuumed at some point.

Louis Swart:

But am I doing it because I don't want to do something else?

Louis Swart:

Am I doing something because I'm actually avoiding something else?

Louis Swart:

'Cause that's productive procrastination.

Louis Swart:

on productive tasks, so I feel good about it.

Louis Swart:

And you know where a lot of us do this?

Louis Swart:

A lot of us do it with education.

Louis Swart:

We go, " I should actually call customers.

Louis Swart:

I should call customers, five a day.

Louis Swart:

Okay, I need to call customers." there's a seminar on, and it's on about, how to

Louis Swart:

get more people online, and I'm like, "I'm gonna go there 'cause I'm gonna learn.

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna learn so much.

Louis Swart:

This is gonna help me.

Louis Swart:

This is gonna help me massively," okay? And then I'm learning at this

Louis Swart:

seminar, and then I go, "Okay, there's another learning that I can go… I'm

Louis Swart:

gonna go to this training about, GHL.

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna go to this training.

Louis Swart:

I'm gonna go to this training." And I don't call the five customers a day.

Louis Swart:

And then now

Louis Swart:

at the end of the month, I go, "I didn't make any money. I was, like, busy,

Louis Swart:

and I've got new… no new customers coming through my pipeline," because

Louis Swart:

I was productively procrastinating.

Louis Swart:

Go doing a-- going to a, an education, productive.

Louis Swart:

Listening to this podcast, productive.

Louis Swart:

If you don't do a Post-it note and you don't do a pros planner

Louis Swart:

and you don't make one task, literally it's just procrastinating.

Louis Swart:

There's probably something that you should be doing that's more important than this.

Louis Swart:

So how do we do that?

Louis Swart:

We choose one task.

Louis Swart:

Every day, choose one task.

Louis Swart:

And you can go to work and you can do 100 tasks, but start off by doing that one

Louis Swart:

task that you know that you need to do So

Louis Swart:

those are my three tips for you.

Louis Swart:

Get a

Louis Swart:

Post-it

Vit Muller:

it done the f… Yeah

Louis Swart:

Yep, get a Post-it Note, do a post planner every hour, look

Louis Swart:

back at the hour before, and choose one task, one task that you're going to do

Vit Muller:

Get a post-it note, write down how much money you need to make a day

Louis Swart:

An hour.

Louis Swart:

An hour.

Vit Muller:

An hour

Louis Swart:

what your hourly rate should be.

Louis Swart:

Yeah

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, and this is okay, so you might get a deal that you're gonna close for $5,000.

Vit Muller:

So obviously you're not gonna try and make the amount every hour, but

Vit Muller:

working towards that as well, right?

Louis Swart:

Well, how that works is, let's think about a podcast.

Louis Swart:

we'll just use that as an example.

Louis Swart:

So what are the things that are worth $100 an hour in a podcast?

Louis Swart:

What you're doing now, being on a podcast, worth $100 an hour.

Louis Swart:

People can't really do it for you.

Louis Swart:

actually potentially interviewing the client before you bring them on

Louis Swart:

the podcast, definitely worth it.

Louis Swart:

Creating a lead magnet in order to promote your podcast, definitely worth it.

Louis Swart:

Going to a networking event to actually promote your podcast, definitely worth it.

Louis Swart:

talking to the clients about the coaching products that

Louis Swart:

you've got, definitely worth it.

Louis Swart:

Telling people about the Goha level, coaching them, setting up

Louis Swart:

people's Goha levels, all that is worth more than $100 an hour.

Louis Swart:

Going on Canva, editing this video is a $10 an hour job

Vit Muller:

Mm-hmm.

Louis Swart:

Reaching out to people on LinkedIn who are your potentials is a 10

Louis Swart:

hour dollar an hour job Doing that initial chat like, "Hey, I see you do this. I see

Louis Swart:

you're in GoHighLevel. I'd love to have a chat," da, that's a $10 an hour job.

Louis Swart:

Arranging your images in Canva, $10 an hour job.

Louis Swart:

Putting this stuff onto social media, $10 an hour job.

Louis Swart:

Creating the shorts, $10 an hour job.

Louis Swart:

Actually

Vit Muller:

on a podcast,

Louis Swart:

and saying, " Hey"

Vit Muller:

on a, on somebody else's podcast as a guest and getting

Vit Muller:

six months worth of social media on the back of it, high value.

Vit Muller:

Which is what we do by the way guys.

Vit Muller:

a little plug here.

Vit Muller:

this podcast, I don't know if you know it, but we create about six months worth

Vit Muller:

of social media for our guests, right?

Vit Muller:

We repurpose the heck out of it, all the best bits, the

Vit Muller:

reels, the social media posts.

Vit Muller:

We do it all.

Vit Muller:

We have a CSV file that you get supplied with and you use

Vit Muller:

that for your own marketing.

Vit Muller:

We use that to grow the podcast and the audience.

Vit Muller:

Everybody wins.

Vit Muller:

So here's the pitch.

Vit Muller:

I'm looking for more guests and if you have something that's valuable, advice,

Vit Muller:

a strategy that you want to share, not to get on the podcast to promote yourself.

Vit Muller:

That's, that, that happens without saying but if you've got something

Vit Muller:

that's gonna provide value to the audience, I would love to consider

Vit Muller:

you as a guest on the next show.

Vit Muller:

I had a pitch the other day.

Vit Muller:

Here's how not to do it You've got, there's a l- there's

Vit Muller:

somebody I'm not gonna mention.

Vit Muller:

Somebody n- in HighLevel ecosystem call themselves an expert.

Vit Muller:

I've been in the HighLevel c- ecosystem for five years, couldn't find them.

Vit Muller:

Couldn't find them, couldn't find them on Facebook.

Vit Muller:

no, no connections with people I know.

Vit Muller:

Couldn't find them in the HighLevel community at all.

Vit Muller:

So they're HighLevel and they're not in the HighLevel community as a member?

Vit Muller:

It's a red flag.

Vit Muller:

Couldn't find them.

Vit Muller:

Their website was… Yeah, it was, like, terrible.

Vit Muller:

And their pitch was, "I wanna be on your podcast to get visibility And what,

Vit Muller:

and what's your, and what's my offer?

Vit Muller:

And my offer is, I've got an affiliate link for HighLevel and, happy to promote

Vit Muller:

HighLevel So don't do that, guys.

Vit Muller:

Like if-- I don't… Look, the fact that you may not have a, a reach, you might not

Vit Muller:

have a huge amount of reach, that's fine.

Vit Muller:

Although it's important, because that kind of shows if you have some

Vit Muller:

notoriety in the business world.

Vit Muller:

But if you have something really valuable, like a strategy that's proven that's g-

Vit Muller:

that's gonna help everybody else on the podcast, I'd love to consider you guys.

Vit Muller:

I mean it.

Vit Muller:

So reach out.

Vit Muller:

All right.

Vit Muller:

that's enough of that one.

Louis Swart:

I love it.

Louis Swart:

I love it.

Louis Swart:

Yeah, look, people do that.

Louis Swart:

they, coming on your podcast, your HighLevel podcast, and then trying to

Louis Swart:

sell their HighLevel is a bit weird, eh?

Louis Swart:

give some value.

Louis Swart:

Give some value, and if people like you, they will come and buy from you

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, absolutely.

Vit Muller:

Now, Louis, there's one thing, that, The first time we connected

Vit Muller:

on LinkedIn, I think it was, on one of the networking calls with Ed,

Vit Muller:

and you have this same strategy.

Vit Muller:

You have this unique strategy how you help people with creating content, isn't it?

Vit Muller:

you do it a similar way, don't you?

Vit Muller:

You get them on an interview, or how do you do it?

Louis Swart:

I do.

Louis Swart:

So what I do is I actually interview people for an hour, for one hour, and

Louis Swart:

I've actually created a, I've created some software where, I've actually built

Louis Swart:

in all the NLP, the hypnotherapy, the timeline therapy, the business stuff,

Louis Swart:

I've built it all into this program.

Louis Swart:

So I can literally sit with you for an hour and I can tell you, I can

Louis Swart:

clarify who your avatar is, I can clarify what your service is, probably

Louis Swart:

better than you've done before, right?

Louis Swart:

Where you'll go "Wow, that explains what I actually do." And then I give

Louis Swart:

you the top 10 fears, frustrations, dreams, and desires of your ideal client.

Louis Swart:

What are their top fears?

Louis Swart:

What are they really scared about, and what do they really want in life?

Louis Swart:

And this helps you, because I then go and I give you about 10,000, video

Louis Swart:

ideas where you can make short videos.

Louis Swart:

And that's already enough.

Louis Swart:

But then I go in and I give you 20 hooks.

Louis Swart:

So 20 hooks that are gonna be, perfectly targeted for those fears,

Louis Swart:

frustrations, dreams, and desires.

Louis Swart:

And then the next stage of this is we actually help you create, 20 stories.

Louis Swart:

So I create 20 stories or metaphors for you that explain exactly what you do.

Louis Swart:

So sometimes, it's hard to explain what you do.

Louis Swart:

like I'd say, I say to people, "I've got a virtual assistant team,

Louis Swart:

and I can help you get a team.

Louis Swart:

And if you've got a team, it's much easier to work if you've got a team, and it's

Louis Swart:

much, much easier to stay in business if you've got a team." And you may or may

Louis Swart:

not remember that, but if I tell you the story about this old man, and he had three

Louis Swart:

sons, and they were always fighting, okay?

Louis Swart:

And then he was dying.

Louis Swart:

He was dying, and he needed them to work together.

Louis Swart:

And so he said to them, "I want you each to go outside and get two sticks."

Louis Swart:

Each of them came back with two sticks, and he said, "Okay, break the first

Louis Swart:

stick." They break the first stick.

Louis Swart:

And then he said to the oldest son, "I want you to take the other three

Louis Swart:

sticks and I want you to tie them together." And then he said to the

Louis Swart:

youngest, "Break it." And he couldn't break it, and the ne- couldn't break

Louis Swart:

it, and oldest couldn't break it.

Louis Swart:

And he said, "You see?

Louis Swart:

If you work together, nobody can break you.

Louis Swart:

But if you work on your own, people are gonna easily be able to break you

Louis Swart:

Now, you might not remember my thing that I told you earlier about the

Louis Swart:

team, but you'll probably remember that story next time you see a stick.

Louis Swart:

Now, that's what I help you do.

Louis Swart:

I help you create 20 stories like that, that explain the concepts in

Louis Swart:

your business, but with a metaphor that people actually really understand.

Louis Swart:

And then I create 20 Facebook posts, 20 LinkedIn posts.

Louis Swart:

I g- I give you five examples of lead magnets, and we actually

Louis Swart:

build out one lead magnet for you.

Louis Swart:

And then I actually give you the software to be able to finish it off and, get

Louis Swart:

all the rest of the stuff done on it.

Louis Swart:

and That's a guaranteed, that's already six months worth of content.

Louis Swart:

Then I interview you for 20 minutes, and after I've interviewed you, my team

Louis Swart:

breaks it up into shorts, and you put those shorts out onto your content.

Louis Swart:

So you've got a genuine six months worth of content, video ideas, Facebook,

Louis Swart:

LinkedIn posts, stories to use, and video stuff from your interview

Vit Muller:

Okay, here's what I like about this.

Vit Muller:

All right?

Vit Muller:

And straight away, I'm a big fan of leverage, guys.

Vit Muller:

So here's where my brain goes, right?

Vit Muller:

It's if you're wondering, what's Vit thinking?

Vit Muller:

How he would leverage this?

Vit Muller:

So here's… There's two things.

Vit Muller:

The first thing that popped in my mind is like, this is more on the sense of

Vit Muller:

selling HighLevel, like how can we get more customers sign up for our white label

Vit Muller:

version of HighLevel for the subscription?

Vit Muller:

And then obviously, that creates that relationship, opens the doors to

Vit Muller:

then upsell them for agency services.

Vit Muller:

Foot in the door offers, right?

Vit Muller:

You can't just sell people, send people to your pricing page to sign up for a plan.

Vit Muller:

But foot in the door offers.

Vit Muller:

"Hey, I made you a website. Would you like to look at it using AI Studio?"

Vit Muller:

"Hey, just built a voice AI agent that knows everything about your

Vit Muller:

business. Would you like to check it out?" foot in the door offers, right?

Vit Muller:

this is a foot in the door offer.

Vit Muller:

The first thing that popped in my mind like, "This would be

Vit Muller:

brilliant." I could do the same thing.

Vit Muller:

I'm already doing it for the podcast.

Vit Muller:

I just haven't commercialized it the way you've done it.

Vit Muller:

But going to businesses and offering a free business spotlight interview,

Vit Muller:

on the back of it, you get some stuff.

Vit Muller:

how many business owners you speak to and you're assisting their social media,

Vit Muller:

and they either, it's crickets, they don't have any content, or they have

Vit Muller:

some really lame, ugly graphics, which is like not gonna hit on anyone's ears.

Vit Muller:

They need it.

Vit Muller:

They don't have time.

Vit Muller:

They need it.

Vit Muller:

this is a, and the deliver, deliver, the deliverability of it is like,

Vit Muller:

"Hey, just jump on a meeting for 20 minutes." that's a low effort.

Vit Muller:

So that's straight, straight was like, well, I could repurpose that strategy

Vit Muller:

and create my own version of this.

Vit Muller:

I already have a podcast.

Vit Muller:

I've got another podcast.

Vit Muller:

That adds value to the podcast.

Vit Muller:

I've got something.

Vit Muller:

But then I thought, and here's my follow-up thought, is

Vit Muller:

well, I could do all that.

Vit Muller:

I could do all that.

Vit Muller:

I could sign up for Louis's program.

Vit Muller:

I could see how he does that, and I could build a version of it myself.

Vit Muller:

but do I wanna do that?

Vit Muller:

Or wouldn't it be better, wouldn't it be better to partner up with somebody

Vit Muller:

like Louis, who already has done that, and create a referral partnership?

Vit Muller:

Wouldn't that be more leveraged?

Vit Muller:

Here's, this is what I'm thinking, right?

Vit Muller:

So what do you call this?

Vit Muller:

What do you call this, Louis?

Vit Muller:

for the guys listening

Louis Swart:

I call it the Clarify program, because I'm really

Louis Swart:

clarifying your avatar, and I'm clarifying what your service is.

Louis Swart:

And I'm clarifying in your mind what their fears and frustrations and dreams are.

Louis Swart:

And I'll tell you something interesting.

Louis Swart:

I actually, I was like, "Oh, yeah, AI."

Louis Swart:

And, I created a whole lot.

Louis Swart:

And, in one week I work with some healers, and I had two people crying when I read

Louis Swart:

back the fears and frustrations and dreams and desires that it had come back with.

Louis Swart:

That's how powerful they were.

Louis Swart:

Because to them, those were such real things.

Louis Swart:

they'd really, it, it really had captured what those fears were.

Louis Swart:

'Cause lots of times we think we know what the fears are, and we

Louis Swart:

know sort of what they are, but this really captures those deep fears.

Louis Swart:

We all have that… we have all these fears.

Louis Swart:

we have fears that lots of us don't even think about.

Louis Swart:

we have obviously fear of failure, fear of, being seen, fear of being judged.

Louis Swart:

But have you thought about fear of success?

Louis Swart:

Have you ever thought about that?

Louis Swart:

Fear of success.

Louis Swart:

you're really successful, if I put this post out, maybe everyone's gonna buy my

Louis Swart:

program, and then I'm gonna get all this money, and then, my friends are gonna

Louis Swart:

think I'm a bit of a, thing because I've got more money than them now, okay?

Louis Swart:

And my family might think I'm, like, stuck up because I've got more money,

Louis Swart:

And people will see me in a nice car, and I might have to move to a new s- suburb

Louis Swart:

because I've got so much money, and I'm gonna have to leave my friends behind.

Louis Swart:

I don't want that.

Louis Swart:

I don't want that.

Louis Swart:

So I play small.

Louis Swart:

And that's a weird fear, hey.

Louis Swart:

It's a weird fear, but it's a s- it's a very genuine fear that we have.

Louis Swart:

Fear of success, It's not one that you normally think about

Vit Muller:

It is interesting because I saw, somebody,

Vit Muller:

Jesus, it'll come back to me.

Vit Muller:

somebody well-known, a celebrity.

Vit Muller:

Ah, damn it, I forgot the name.

Vit Muller:

Anyway, doesn't matter.

Vit Muller:

The concept is important.

Vit Muller:

asked him, "Would you rather be, would you rather be s- you know,

Vit Muller:

this celebrity status or just have wealth but pri- private life?"

Vit Muller:

And they would take, just be wealthy but be private life, no- nobody needs to know.

Vit Muller:

They would take… I think a lot of people who are famous would take it any day.

Vit Muller:

The ability to just go out on the street and walk, enjoy yourself, speak

Vit Muller:

to your friends, and them not having to look at you through a filter.

Vit Muller:

I think it's an interesting thing.

Vit Muller:

It's a-- Not saying it's for everybody, but I think to me that's important.

Vit Muller:

Like I, I would certainly not wanna get people know, like, how much money

Vit Muller:

I make or how much money I will make in the future when I make more money,

Vit Muller:

either way, So Louis, this thing, and then you've-- we've put together

Vit Muller:

a bit of an offer for you guys.

Vit Muller:

So you have another thing which is the VIP content launch kit, which

Vit Muller:

is the repurposing of the videos.

Vit Muller:

Is that right?

Louis Swart:

Yes.

Louis Swart:

Yes.

Louis Swart:

so we've got, we've got the, we can do all the videos, give them to you, give you

Louis Swart:

all the content, give you all that thing.

Louis Swart:

and then we've got another, and then we've got another program where

Louis Swart:

we've actually got virtual assistants where we can actually implement it.

Louis Swart:

So if you don't know how to put it onto your socials, we've got a team and we can

Louis Swart:

just actually put it onto your socials, schedule it for you, get all that done.

Louis Swart:

So it's literally a one-stop.

Louis Swart:

You come to us and we can help you with all the different things

Louis Swart:

to really get yourself out there.

Louis Swart:

and even branding, if you need your branding done, we can do all of

Louis Swart:

that as part of the thing for you

Vit Muller:

You're brilliant.

Vit Muller:

No, I like it.

Vit Muller:

So guys, so if if you're listening, if you're running an agency, this

Vit Muller:

might not be for you obviously.

Vit Muller:

But if you, are listening, if you're a regular business owner who's using

Vit Muller:

HighLevel and you don't wanna worry about creating new content, then

Vit Muller:

that's a great offer to check out.

Vit Muller:

just head over to highlevelexperience.com/launchkit,

Vit Muller:

highlevelexperience.com/launchkit.

Vit Muller:

When you land on that page, you're gonna see a couple of other offers.

Vit Muller:

We have sponsors on this podcast, make sure you check out their offers.

Vit Muller:

I've got some lead magnets that might be helpful more if you're

Vit Muller:

an agency, so have a look at it.

Vit Muller:

but really appreciate you, being on the show today, Louis.

Vit Muller:

we've dived into some, some valued topics here, I think some thoughts

Vit Muller:

provo- thought-provoking, ideas.

Vit Muller:

I really like that three, the three tips you give us.

Vit Muller:

let's bring those up back to the surface.

Vit Muller:

So number one, value your time.

Vit Muller:

Value your time.

Vit Muller:

put a sticker on and think about how much money you need to make an hour,

Vit Muller:

and that'll think-- that'll put things in your perspective, especially when

Vit Muller:

you look at tasks that you're doing.

Vit Muller:

Number two, damn it.

Vit Muller:

Num- what's number two?

Louis Swart:

The post planner, the p- after the hour.

Vit Muller:

After the hour planned.

Louis Swart:

hour.

Vit Muller:

That's right.

Vit Muller:

Look back, make sure you're not wasting time.

Vit Muller:

And number three was… See, there you go.

Vit Muller:

See, I'm already forgetting this stuff

Louis Swart:

One task.

Vit Muller:

Wantask.

Vit Muller:

Yes.

Louis Swart:

If you leave this podcast, do the Post-it Note.

Louis Swart:

Trust me, it's gonna be the best thing you ever do.

Louis Swart:

Do the Post-it Note with the time on it, with the amount on it.

Louis Swart:

I can't tell you the amount of people that come up to me and say, "Louis, you

Louis Swart:

changed my life with one Post-it Note." Because up until this point, you haven't

Louis Swart:

thought about your time in money terms.

Louis Swart:

And obviously

Louis Swart:

you wanna make more than $100 an hour.

Louis Swart:

You wanna sell packages, and you don't wanna sell time for hours, but

Louis Swart:

you wanna be doing stuff that's worth more than $100 at least an hour,

Vit Muller:

you know what I've realized?

Vit Muller:

less is more.

Vit Muller:

Like sometimes we just think about the next thing we need to do.

Vit Muller:

what's the next thing?

Vit Muller:

What's the next idea how I'm gonna generate leads?

Vit Muller:

What's the next thing?

Vit Muller:

And then we forget to focus on what we've done.

Vit Muller:

A simple meeting you've had with somebody, and they mentioned something that,

Vit Muller:

that just, passed your ears, and it actually was something that you should

Vit Muller:

have followed up on, and it could have been a referral partner, relationship.

Vit Muller:

You just needed to focus on that.

Vit Muller:

So I think there's real power in focusing on like less of the stuff

Vit Muller:

that you do day-to-day and just zeroing in on more depth to, to actually get

Vit Muller:

to the real leverage on those things.

Vit Muller:

'Cause sometimes we only we skim the surface, and we move on to the next thing.

Vit Muller:

We skim the surface, we move on to the next thing.

Vit Muller:

We never go into the depth of it to really, harvest the value that

Vit Muller:

there is just waiting for us.

Vit Muller:

We just have to put a bit of an extra effort.

Vit Muller:

So I think it goes hand in hand with what you're saying.

Vit Muller:

It's focus on that one thing, dig in, and, and create results.

Vit Muller:

So thank you so much, Louis.

Vit Muller:

If there's one piece of advice, that you'd like the guys to leave with after

Vit Muller:

today, I think, yeah, I already know what you're gonna say, so you might

Vit Muller:

wanna just repeat what you said really.

Vit Muller:

But if there's anything else, go ahead, mate.

Louis Swart:

Well, look, you're gonna do the Post-it Note.

Louis Swart:

That's a given, okay?

Louis Swart:

You're gonna… If you're serious about this, you're gonna

Louis Swart:

do the Post-it Note, right?

Louis Swart:

my book, "The Bee Myth,"

Louis Swart:

is literally gonna have a whole lot more.

Louis Swart:

I've given you three little tips.

Louis Swart:

My book is full of these things, okay?

Louis Swart:

It's full of ways that you can actually do it.

Louis Swart:

It's written as a parable, so it's super easy to read.

Louis Swart:

but I really want you to succeed.

Louis Swart:

And if if you're stuck and you wanna, you can book in a coffee call with me.

Louis Swart:

Let's have a chat.

Louis Swart:

Let's work on how I can help you to succeed because, my whole thing is

Louis Swart:

about how do I help people to succeed?

Louis Swart:

And the first way is implementation.

Louis Swart:

Information without implementation is just educa- is just entertainment

Vit Muller:

And on that, let's wrap it up.

Vit Muller:

Louis, thank you so much for being on the show.

Vit Muller:

Thank you for sharing your story.

Vit Muller:

Thank you for, providing us and with the strategies.

Vit Muller:

yeah, thank you so much, mate.
