Profit Roadmap Systemâ„¢ for GHL Agencies
This is a unique business model for GHL Agencies looking to offer more scalable deployment of systems to clients, faster results and more profitability thanks to it's 'productised' approach.
It includes 10 distinct systems, each designed as a standalone module (snapshot). These snapshots are installed into your SaaS customer's accounts gradually, over time, one on top of the next one like pieces of a puzzle. This approach contrasts with a single, expansive custom projects, which often proves tougher to market and deliver.
Profit Roadmapâ„¢ System and it's 'gradual rollout' method leads to faster fulfilment, onboarding, and delivery of results for your SaaS clients.

Welcome to another episode on the high level experience
Vit Muller:podcast, where we dive deep into strategies and stories that propel
Vit Muller:your sales and your agency's success.
Vit Muller:Now, today we have a truly multifaceted guest joining us.
Vit Muller:He's a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience.
Vit Muller:Oh, experience in building and exiting software companies, a take one, do
Vit Muller:a black belt and a devoted father of two as the co founder of white level
Vit Muller:suite and a gold award SaaSpreneur.
Vit Muller:He is someone who shapes his future with the decision he makes the day.
Vit Muller:Not to mention he's also stepping into the podcasting world with
Vit Muller:his new show influencer empires.
Vit Muller:Please welcome to the show.
Vit Muller:The one and only Walt Bailey's co founder of White Label Suite.
Walt Bayliss:Hey V, thanks so much, man.
Walt Bayliss:That's a great intro.
Walt Bayliss:I appreciate it.
Vit Muller:Yeah, they, yeah, great to have you here.
Vit Muller:It's been a long time coming.
Vit Muller:we've been, you know, we've been in commerce for the last, I don't know how
Vit Muller:long, four years, I think in the industry.
Vit Muller:So it's been really, really good.
Vit Muller:a lot of interactions always been, been, been great.
Vit Muller:And so, yeah, it's , fantastic to have you here today, mate.
Vit Muller:with, with your extensive experience.
Vit Muller:You know, in, in entrepreneurship and your recent venture into podcasting
Vit Muller:with influencer empires, could you share what initially sparked your interest
Vit Muller:in the tech and software industry?
Vit Muller:And how has that passion evolved into what you're doing today?
Walt Bayliss:yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Thanks, man.
Walt Bayliss:Appreciate it.
Walt Bayliss:so, I mean, my story goes back to when, when my first daughter was born.
Walt Bayliss:So I was working a job.
Walt Bayliss:I was working for someone else.
Walt Bayliss:And, when my daughter was born, she suddenly became the most
Walt Bayliss:important thing I've ever done.
Walt Bayliss:up until that point, I was the ultimate employee.
Walt Bayliss:I was in at the office at seven in the morning.
Walt Bayliss:I wouldn't get home until eight at night.
Walt Bayliss:You know, I was, I was dedicated, but when she was born, I remember the day very
Walt Bayliss:clearly, like, My, my wife was actually still in the hospital and I took her
Walt Bayliss:a croissant in the morning and headed to the office and I got to the office.
Walt Bayliss:I was the first one there had the keys unlocked sitting at my desk and I'm
Walt Bayliss:like, what the hell am I doing here?
Walt Bayliss:My wife's still in the hospital.
Walt Bayliss:It was that day.
Walt Bayliss:That I started a side hustle and I, well, I started looking for a side hustle.
Walt Bayliss:I started to think to myself, what can I do to get myself out of this space?
Walt Bayliss:And it took two, two and a half years.
Walt Bayliss:By the time my second daughter was born, I was, I was free.
Walt Bayliss:but I started to look for ways to make money outside of working
Walt Bayliss:for it, working in a job.
Walt Bayliss:And one of the first things that I created, was a, was a software platform.
Walt Bayliss:And I didn't really mean to, I just.
Walt Bayliss:I knew some people who were software developers and, I, I was
Walt Bayliss:working with a software company.
Walt Bayliss:so these, the developers that were working there were my friends.
Walt Bayliss:And I said to this friend of mine, Ian, dude, I've got this idea.
Walt Bayliss:can I share it with you?
Walt Bayliss:And you code it and we'll kind of, we'll go, we'll partner up and.
Walt Bayliss:Ian kept his side of the bargain.
Walt Bayliss:He created an amazing software.
Walt Bayliss:I absolutely failed because my marketing sucked.
Walt Bayliss:so he created this incredible software.
Walt Bayliss:I was spending a ton on advertising.
Walt Bayliss:but that led me to explore advertising online, lead generation
Walt Bayliss:online, creating, leads and opportunities using online methods.
Walt Bayliss:And then yeah, 20 years later, that's still where we play.
Walt Bayliss:So we, we have constantly.
Walt Bayliss:I'm focused on how to create business and opportunities and new clients
Walt Bayliss:using technology and online methods.
Walt Bayliss:And, these days, yeah, we have a, an amazing software company, bedded
Walt Bayliss:in with high level, of course, why would you go anywhere else?
Walt Bayliss:And, yeah, just, just love that journey.
Walt Bayliss:So it was desperation for time that led me to becoming an entrepreneur
Walt Bayliss:and, just, I guess, luck that it was technology and it was, it was software
Walt Bayliss:itself that led me down that path.
Vit Muller:Yeah, man, I can totally relate to this.
Vit Muller:And I think a lot of the listeners listening right now can relate to
Vit Muller:this, this whole thing of hustle.
Vit Muller:Like we try and do our best.
Vit Muller:And like I said, work in long days, just trying to make.
Vit Muller:Make it, make it, you know, make it, make it, make the break, like
Vit Muller:get the final break in the industry.
Vit Muller:And, yeah, it's a journey that we all can relate to, I'm sure.
Vit Muller:but, but there's also something that, that I know about you, that you didn't tell
Vit Muller:me, but I know it from Johan when I had Johan on and he, he shared that experience
Vit Muller:when, He came across to you at the time before you start working with Johan,
Vit Muller:you were doing a whole bunch of stuff.
Vit Muller:I think it was like 10 different projects he mentioned.
Vit Muller:You were just juggling the balls, right?
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:So I got busy.
Walt Bayliss:we launched, we launched company after company after company, and they were
Walt Bayliss:all kind of around the same framework or all about businesses, growth and
Walt Bayliss:expansion and that kind of stuff.
Walt Bayliss:And when I caught up with Johan, who's now my business partner with white level
Walt Bayliss:suite, we had a breakfast and he said, you know, Hey Dylan, I'm tired, man.
Walt Bayliss:I'm exhausted.
Walt Bayliss:We were running six different companies, six different software brands.
Walt Bayliss:And it was, it was Johan who actually said, dude, these are
Walt Bayliss:all angled at the same audience.
Walt Bayliss:You know, you're going after the same, the same group of people.
Walt Bayliss:Why don't you bring it all under one banner and, and run it from there.
Walt Bayliss:And I was like, that's a great idea.
Walt Bayliss:Why don't you come and do it with me?
Walt Bayliss:to which Johan said, no.
Walt Bayliss:Cause he was already doing his own stuff and, it was actually, you know,
Walt Bayliss:24, 48 hours later, he was coming, we, obviously keeping in, keeping in
Walt Bayliss:conversation, having a, having a chat.
Walt Bayliss:And, he said, no, no, look, you know, here's the idea.
Walt Bayliss:You take it, you go with it.
Walt Bayliss:And, he was.
Walt Bayliss:Busy running his own business there at the same time, but through
Walt Bayliss:the next, you know, 24, 48 hours, we just kept talking it through.
Walt Bayliss:So what would it look like?
Walt Bayliss:How would that happen?
Walt Bayliss:You know, what could we create together?
Walt Bayliss:And, so we formed the company in, in 2021, as a partnership.
Walt Bayliss:And, yeah, we, we found high level very soon after that and realized that
Walt Bayliss:that was going to be a great hub to keep everything, together and along
Walt Bayliss:that way, like high level has just.
Walt Bayliss:just massively improved as you know, and as anybody who's listening would
Walt Bayliss:attest, they just continuously evolve.
Walt Bayliss:And so all of those different brands of companies or different software that we
Walt Bayliss:had, really was taking a second string to high level with their advancement.
Walt Bayliss:So we had a reputation management program, high levels, reputation
Walt Bayliss:management just took off.
Walt Bayliss:We had a social media management platform.
Walt Bayliss:High level has now an incredible social media management tool in there.
Walt Bayliss:So we, we wound back.
Walt Bayliss:The six different programs that we had, we went all in on high level.
Walt Bayliss:And we then, we then realized that the one key focus for all of our people using
Walt Bayliss:high level for anybody that was speaking for any of our high level agencies that
Walt Bayliss:we were talking to was lead generation was ability to open doors with lead.
Walt Bayliss:So we, we shut down all of the other.
Walt Bayliss:brands of the software and we just went all in on that one focus with Legion.
Walt Bayliss:So, yeah, Johan's right.
Walt Bayliss:We were, I was juggling, man.
Walt Bayliss:I was, it was hard work, but bringing everything together
Walt Bayliss:has been the best thing ever.
Vit Muller:Yeah, and I definitely wanna delve into that more.
Vit Muller:But also, what pops in my mind, right now is, is something that I said yesterday.
Vit Muller:I went to, there's a thing here in Canberra called,
Vit Muller:Canberra Innovation Center.
Vit Muller:And they do this, they do this program for startups, but it helps you clarify
Vit Muller:your market, clarify your page.
Vit Muller:And while stuff already been around enough, the, the company that I
Vit Muller:run been running for a few years, I'm a big believer of, you know,
Vit Muller:just going back to the beginning and see if you missed anything.
Vit Muller:Are
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:Nice.
Vit Muller:All right.
Vit Muller:And I was sitting at the table and it was, a slide about, you
Vit Muller:know, your, like knowing when, when the idea needs to innovate.
Vit Muller:And then I, then I just said, I just, I said, it may be too loud.
Vit Muller:I said, you got to know when to kill the puppy.
Vit Muller:And then, and then people, the presenter was talking.
Vit Muller:So I didn't have a chance to explain the rest of it.
Vit Muller:And everybody was like, Whoa, dude, don't talk to me.
Vit Muller:But soon we know.
Walt Bayliss:So what did you actually mean by that?
Vit Muller:So this is, so made a man, he's a CEO of
Vit Muller:the camera innovation center.
Vit Muller:And way back, he gave me this 10 rules of innovation.
Vit Muller:And this is one of the rules is knowing.
Vit Muller:And this is, I'm, I'm going to relate back to what you said.
Vit Muller:So there's a, there's a, there's a segue guys.
Vit Muller:It's not random.
Vit Muller:if you've got an idea and you've been pursuing it for a while and
Vit Muller:it's, it's not quite working.
Vit Muller:It's important to know when to kill the idea
Walt Bayliss:mm-hmm.
Vit Muller:you're too emotional, like the puppy, you're emotional.
Vit Muller:You love your puppy.
Vit Muller:it's just the analogy.
Vit Muller:So if you love the idea, you've been just hustling, trying to
Vit Muller:make it work, but it's just.
Vit Muller:You're just not getting through enough, you got to know when to kill it and
Vit Muller:move and pivot and the fact that you had six of those ideas and I'm not
Vit Muller:saying that they didn't work, right?
Vit Muller:I don't know, don't have the insights, but the fact that in any case that you've been
Vit Muller:able to just say, okay, let's just do it.
Vit Muller:It's mind blowing because I, I would think normally that's a lot.
Vit Muller:process and takes longer for somebody to decide that, to take
Vit Muller:that leap of faith, you know?
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, I mean, it, it, it was difficult.
Walt Bayliss:There's been, other times where holding onto the idea
Walt Bayliss:has, has nearly sent us broke.
Walt Bayliss:So I've probably learned, from those experiences as well.
Walt Bayliss:But I think, you know, for our listeners here, one of the great
Walt Bayliss:things vi, that you and I see all the time is that in the high level space,
Walt Bayliss:of course, there's, there's enough.
Walt Bayliss:Success stories continuously coming through.
Walt Bayliss:So you can feel, you can have faith that this works, you know what I mean?
Walt Bayliss:And we, we see a lot of people coming into the high level space.
Walt Bayliss:super excited, super pumped up.
Walt Bayliss:They might even be, you know, first time entrepreneurs and they're,
Walt Bayliss:they're, you know, I'm going to build my Sass preneur business up to.
Walt Bayliss:10, 000 a month.
Walt Bayliss:And the next thing you know, they're, they're talking to, Oh, I've, you know,
Walt Bayliss:I've been doing this for three months.
Walt Bayliss:I haven't made my first sale yet.
Walt Bayliss:and to your point, you know, is that the point that you just, you need to kill
Walt Bayliss:this off and go and do something else?
Walt Bayliss:I love Hermoses where he's talking about the valley of despair.
Walt Bayliss:And, you know, you, you start with, what he calls, uneducated
Walt Bayliss:optimism, you know, you're coming in and you're like, yeah, let's go.
Walt Bayliss:This is going to be the best thing ever.
Walt Bayliss:And then you end up with, educated pessimism, which is, oh my God, this
Walt Bayliss:is a hell of a lot harder than I thought it was going to be, which
Walt Bayliss:puts you into the valley of despair, which is, I'm not going to make it.
Walt Bayliss:This is never going to work.
Walt Bayliss:And that's where most people bounce out of the idea, but we've seen enough.
Walt Bayliss:People in the high level space, cracking that code, getting their first deal,
Walt Bayliss:getting their first one across the line.
Walt Bayliss:And then you're going out of that Valley and you're into the informed optimism.
Walt Bayliss:Now, you know what it takes now.
Walt Bayliss:I know I can make it, but it takes that kind of faith to push through.
Walt Bayliss:I think like.
Walt Bayliss:You're right.
Walt Bayliss:As an entrepreneur, you got to know when to, when to cut, when to run,
Walt Bayliss:when to dive in and when to dig deep.
Walt Bayliss:And the great thing with, with the high level community that I'm finding
Walt Bayliss:is that there's so much success that you can follow those breadcrumbs.
Walt Bayliss:You can say, okay, cool.
Walt Bayliss:What have I got to do?
Walt Bayliss:Where have I got to change and go back to basics, find out, solve a problem.
Walt Bayliss:and there's more than enough business for everyone to have
Walt Bayliss:more than enough business.
Walt Bayliss:We're seeing people still hit the sarsaparilla gold and sarsaparilla
Walt Bayliss:platinum in their first 12 months.
Walt Bayliss:And that's, that's incredible.
Walt Bayliss:And for, for somebody who's just getting started, they might be like,
Walt Bayliss:yeah, but I just need my first deal.
Walt Bayliss:Great.
Walt Bayliss:Amazing.
Walt Bayliss:You can still scroll through that group with a hundred thousand strong now, and
Walt Bayliss:you can see a post almost every day where somebody made their first deal, you know,
Walt Bayliss:somebody got that first opportunity.
Walt Bayliss:so it's not just the, I made a million dollars in six months kind of world.
Walt Bayliss:It's also, I got my first paycheck.
Walt Bayliss:I've got my first client, you know, there's so much of that success.
Walt Bayliss:It's a great, it's a great environment to be in.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:And now it's real.
Vit Muller:Now there's a validation and it keeps you moving forward.
Vit Muller:so let's go back to what you said.
Vit Muller:So one thing that is coming for everybody, I want to touch on that
Vit Muller:and I will follow up on what you said is, I mean, there's so many different
Vit Muller:cool tools that high level can do.
Vit Muller:it's incredible,.
Vit Muller:But one thing that's common, like you said, is leads.
Vit Muller:Like how do we generate leads, right?
Vit Muller:At the day, that's, that's where you can have all the amazing lead nurture
Vit Muller:systems and all the automations, but you got to feed, feed the meat into
Vit Muller:the, into the mince meat, right?
Vit Muller:Otherwise, otherwise nothing happens.
Vit Muller:So.
Walt Bayliss:We, we find it as well.
Walt Bayliss:Like, so again, we're a little bit biased because lead generation is what we do.
Walt Bayliss:And we white label that software so that high level agency
Walt Bayliss:owners can do the same thing.
Walt Bayliss:But we're a little bit biased, but what we find still to this day is when we
Walt Bayliss:go to speak to, you know, everybody talks about what's your niche, where's
Walt Bayliss:your ideal client going to come from?
Walt Bayliss:And, you know, people talking about charging more, don't, don't
Walt Bayliss:go for the bottom of the barrel, go for the, go for the bigger end.
Walt Bayliss:That's great advice, but the challenge that we find is that, you go and speak
Walt Bayliss:to a business and they, they have, you know, three salespeople, they've got a
Walt Bayliss:warehouse, they're distributing product.
Walt Bayliss:They're, they're a business.
Walt Bayliss:They're doing what they're doing.
Walt Bayliss:It could be a chiropractor.
Walt Bayliss:It could be a warehouse.
Walt Bayliss:It could be a whatever.
Walt Bayliss:And GHL works with all of those environments.
Walt Bayliss:and you go to a business and you start talking to them about a CRM program,
Walt Bayliss:automated lead generation, automated lead management, websites and funnels, and
Walt Bayliss:you know, all of that kind of stuff and.
Walt Bayliss:What we found and what we still find is that nine times out of 10,
Walt Bayliss:that business already has a system.
Walt Bayliss:They're running HubSpot, they're running Salesforce, they're running Zoho, they're
Walt Bayliss:running, you know, what, something else.
Walt Bayliss:And that's a really big decision for a business owner to make, to scrap their
Walt Bayliss:system that they've invested a hundred thousand dollars in and go with you.
Walt Bayliss:Boss.
Walt Bayliss:What we found is with that lead generation angle, what we are able
Walt Bayliss:to talk to people about is to keep the system that they have, right?
Walt Bayliss:Keep HubSpot, keep Salesforce, keep that, keep that going.
Walt Bayliss:Don't throw that out.
Walt Bayliss:But at the same time, you can set up and run a lead generation engine
Walt Bayliss:into what we call a pre CRM, right?
Walt Bayliss:So before it gets across to your existing system, you're running that in, and
Walt Bayliss:that is an easy way to make the sale.
Walt Bayliss:So you're literally.
Walt Bayliss:You're saying, don't throw out what you've spent that money on.
Walt Bayliss:Put this as a warmup pre CRM before it even gets into your HubSpot.
Walt Bayliss:And that's such an easier sell because then you can say leads followed up using
Walt Bayliss:voice AI, using chat AI within GHL.
Walt Bayliss:Once they're qualified, once they've nurtured, then we're going to push
Walt Bayliss:them across into your, into your HubSpot or into your Salesforce.
Walt Bayliss:And it makes that sale so much easier because you're not asking the business
Walt Bayliss:owner to just kill everything they've already got and switch over to you.
Walt Bayliss:Massive leap of faith.
Walt Bayliss:What you're saying is let us get you more business and keep what you've got.
Walt Bayliss:And then, cool, let's go.
Walt Bayliss:Let's, let's make that happen.
Walt Bayliss:It's a much, much, much easier sell.
Vit Muller:Yeah, no, I hundred percent agree.
Vit Muller:You know, at the end of the day, it's having a conversation and
Vit Muller:see what they're struggling with.
Vit Muller:Like I had a conversation this morning with a real estate buyers agents.
Vit Muller:There's two partners in the firm, buyers agents.
Vit Muller:They are currently using AppSpot, but having a conversation with them, I did,
Vit Muller:did discover that they are not happy with, they're not really using it that much.
Vit Muller:And right now they're only at the base plan, but.
Vit Muller:Later on, they will be on a bigger plan, but they, you know, confusing.
Vit Muller:So in this sense, perfect in for me to say, well, let's get you
Vit Muller:over and do our thing, right?
Vit Muller:stand out from the pack is our white level of GHL, right?
Vit Muller:Not everybody's like that, especially if it's more established business.
Vit Muller:Like you said, they already using things, you're not going to get them across.
Vit Muller:You got, it's like a square peg round hole type of scenario.
Vit Muller:You
Walt Bayliss:It's a tough sale.
Vit Muller:it's not, yeah, it's a tough one.
Vit Muller:So you've got to, you've got to find a way to another angle.
Vit Muller:So,
Walt Bayliss:And that's where, for us, that's where lead gen
Walt Bayliss:just opens the doors, you know?
Walt Bayliss:And, and especially when you, when you do the one, two punch with,
Walt Bayliss:with a lead generation system and, and, an automation program in the
Walt Bayliss:background through, through high level.
Walt Bayliss:So you can say to a, to a business owner, it's not just.
Walt Bayliss:Here's a lead gen tool, it's, here's a lead gen system.
Walt Bayliss:So targeted leads into the system, nurtured, qualified, followed up, and
Walt Bayliss:then delivered back to you with value.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:So no business, not another business on the planet wants to buy another tool.
Walt Bayliss:They just don't, it's just another thing they've got to do.
Walt Bayliss:But if you can show this is not a tool, this is a system.
Walt Bayliss:This works like this, this plays in this particular way.
Walt Bayliss:This is the way that you can build a funnel.
Walt Bayliss:You can keep your leads warmed up and nurtured.
Walt Bayliss:You can let AI do all the hard lifting for you.
Walt Bayliss:This is your.
Walt Bayliss:ABC system and it runs for you in the background.
Walt Bayliss:Cool, man.
Walt Bayliss:When can you get started?
Vit Muller:Yeah, so guys, just so you know, if, if you knew, if you haven't
Vit Muller:heard, if you haven't heard of White Label Suite, here's my quick pitch, but, I'll
Vit Muller:get, I'll get you, well to talk about all the latest and greatest in a second.
Vit Muller:I've been using it for a while, with, with some breaks.
Vit Muller:my, my use case is a bit different.
Vit Muller:I take time on certain things.
Vit Muller:I'm, I'm probably the worst example when it comes to.
Vit Muller:You know, going fast into the market.
Vit Muller:I'm too much of a perfectionist.
Vit Muller:I take time.
Vit Muller:But anyway, the tool is amazing.
Vit Muller:So I've actually just demonstrated this morning to those real estate buy agents.
Vit Muller:You know, they were looking for partnerships with, local
Vit Muller:mortgage brokers, right?
Vit Muller:So I spin up the tool logged in.
Vit Muller:I show them, Hey, look, here's how you do it.
Vit Muller:You put mortgage brokers into the field.
Vit Muller:You put location in our case, Canberra and hit search within seconds.
Vit Muller:It starts to generate list of mortgage brokers in the area, the companies,
Vit Muller:but not just the companies, but also any employees that are working in
Vit Muller:there and that have an email or less that you can find, it will find.
Vit Muller:And within a couple of minutes, you know, the lady I was talking to,
Vit Muller:she looking at it and I'm like, he's probably about 30 companies here.
Vit Muller:And let me click here.
Vit Muller:All right.
Vit Muller:This company, you know, this one.
Vit Muller:Oh yeah, yeah.
Vit Muller:This is the one I've been trying to get to.
Vit Muller:Well, let me open it up and here we go.
Vit Muller:There's five emails right there and they're all mortgage brokers.
Vit Muller:That's invaluable.
Vit Muller:That's what viable suite in a nutshell, but that's how I remember it.
Vit Muller:I haven't been engaging in all honesty with what you guys have been doing
Vit Muller:for the last probably six months.
Vit Muller:It's just because, I mean, it's hard to stay on top of everything,
Walt Bayliss:no, of course.
Vit Muller:but I've been following here and there.
Vit Muller:So can you explain the process, how it works now and, and, and
Vit Muller:then also unpack how, because it's, it is a cold email strategy.
Vit Muller:Can you clarify how that works?
Vit Muller:Because there is the mass cold email and then this is slightly different.
Vit Muller:So just to, yeah,
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:There's a, there's a lot to that bit.
Walt Bayliss:So, you know, I'm, I'm hoping not to bore the listeners and, and I, you know, not
Walt Bayliss:to do too much of a pitch here, but white label suite is a lead generation program,
Walt Bayliss:but cold email is just one element of it.
Walt Bayliss:The, the key part of it is that this is an AI powered, Market intelligence tool.
Walt Bayliss:So if I say, and into your example, I'm looking for mortgage brokers.
Walt Bayliss:Great.
Walt Bayliss:That's what we would call the company search.
Walt Bayliss:Here's all the mortgage brokers.
Walt Bayliss:Here's their names.
Walt Bayliss:Here's their social media accounts.
Walt Bayliss:Here's their email addresses.
Walt Bayliss:Here's their phone numbers.
Walt Bayliss:Great.
Walt Bayliss:That's, that's kind of step one with our program these days.
Walt Bayliss:Now, what we have is AI that once you have that.
Walt Bayliss:Mortgage broker or that, that lead that prospect that you're looking for.
Walt Bayliss:You can click one button and AI can do incredible things for you.
Walt Bayliss:That again, synchronize back to high level.
Walt Bayliss:And some, you can do things like, run an analysis on this company and find for me
Walt Bayliss:who the founders were, how long they've been in business, what kind of people
Walt Bayliss:they've served, what, what's their pain points, what, how have they applied for
Walt Bayliss:funding so you can do all of this with AI.
Walt Bayliss:So now instead of running a cold email, which is.
Walt Bayliss:It's hard to, it's hard to break through the noise with cold email.
Walt Bayliss:Still effective, but it's hard to break through the noise.
Walt Bayliss:now what you can do is you can personalize that outreach.
Walt Bayliss:And especially when we're talking, AI within high level.
Walt Bayliss:So here's what I mean, if I reach out to a business and.
Walt Bayliss:The AI has already done an incredible amount of research on that
Walt Bayliss:company with a click of a button.
Walt Bayliss:It's not people in the background.
Walt Bayliss:It's AI running.
Walt Bayliss:That company now has all of that data synchronized back into high level.
Walt Bayliss:So now, now that company comes to the website and engages with
Walt Bayliss:the chat bot and the chat bot.
Walt Bayliss:is contextually aware of who it's speaking to with a simple prompt
Walt Bayliss:that we have in the training.
Walt Bayliss:And, you know, there's plenty of examples of it around with a simple
Walt Bayliss:prompt inside of the high level program, or if you're, you know, adding in
Walt Bayliss:any additional, AI bots working in the same way, the bot can speak to
Walt Bayliss:the prospect and know who they are.
Walt Bayliss:So rather than being two dimensional, and this is the key piece.
Walt Bayliss:Two dimensional.
Walt Bayliss:What do I mean?
Walt Bayliss:When somebody comes to a website and engages with a chat bot, I ask a question
Walt Bayliss:and the chat bot responds to me based on the company information I've given it.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:We're this company.
Walt Bayliss:These are our opening hours.
Walt Bayliss:This is our products for sale.
Walt Bayliss:This is what we do.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:But what if that chat bot knew who it was talking to?
Walt Bayliss:So it could actually say, this is what we do, and this is how it can
Walt Bayliss:relate to you in your business.
Walt Bayliss:Oh, what do you know about my business already?
Walt Bayliss:This is what we know about you.
Walt Bayliss:How do you know that already?
Walt Bayliss:Well, you're our ideal prospect.
Walt Bayliss:We've researched for you.
Walt Bayliss:So now what we can do with the, with the white label suite tool is we can.
Walt Bayliss:Find that ideal prospect.
Walt Bayliss:That's just step one.
Walt Bayliss:Now we can get AI to do incredible things with that.
Walt Bayliss:And I'll talk about in reverse, again, I don't want to pitch too much,
Walt Bayliss:but we do that on a company level.
Walt Bayliss:That's one of our methods we do that on a, on a individual person level.
Walt Bayliss:So for example, you might say, look.
Walt Bayliss:Mortgage brokers.
Walt Bayliss:Great.
Walt Bayliss:But what I really want to speak to is the principal, the owner
Walt Bayliss:of the mortgage broking company.
Walt Bayliss:Cool.
Walt Bayliss:Well, let's do a people search.
Walt Bayliss:And instead of just finding the company record, now I'm finding the
Walt Bayliss:CEO managing director of companies who are doing mortgage broking, who
Walt Bayliss:spend more than 50 million a year, who've got 15 employees and above.
Walt Bayliss:Great.
Walt Bayliss:Here's that detail.
Walt Bayliss:Here's their social media history.
Walt Bayliss:Here's the job system.
Walt Bayliss:Here's their personal contact information.
Walt Bayliss:Now research that person, find out what they speak about, find out
Walt Bayliss:their passions and their thing.
Walt Bayliss:So now my AI or myself, when I'm, when I'm talking to them, I'm, I'm no longer
Walt Bayliss:approaching it as a cold contact.
Walt Bayliss:Hey, John, I really love what you said last week about blah, blah, blah.
Walt Bayliss:Or that really resonated with me.
Walt Bayliss:I noticed that you did this, this, and this in your business.
Walt Bayliss:And I'd love to have a chat to you about that.
Walt Bayliss:Wow.
Walt Bayliss:You really did your research.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, absolutely.
Walt Bayliss:I didn't, the AI did the.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Companies, individuals, and the third one that we've added, which
Walt Bayliss:is our most recent one, which is blowing people's minds is the influencer model.
Walt Bayliss:So again, let's think about high level.
Walt Bayliss:As our example, we pick a lot of, a lot of times we struggle.
Walt Bayliss:We seen that in the high level group, people struggle to pick a niche, right?
Walt Bayliss:And I'm sure, you know, so many of your people have talked about niching down,
Walt Bayliss:finding a niche, choosing a niche, doing all that kind of stuff, within the tool.
Walt Bayliss:There's even an AI niche selection system for you.
Walt Bayliss:So you put in who you are and what you do, push a button.
Walt Bayliss:And it says, these are the niches you can go after.
Walt Bayliss:And again, that becomes your sale tool to go out to a business and
Walt Bayliss:show them I can help you expand your market by finding new niches.
Walt Bayliss:Anyway, so influencers, we go, I'm after this niche.
Walt Bayliss:I'm after real estate agents, or I want to talk to business coaches, whatever.
Walt Bayliss:So the next question is, who already has that audience?
Walt Bayliss:Who already speaks to MortgageBroker?
Walt Bayliss:Who already speaks to business coaches?
Walt Bayliss:So now in our tool, you can come in and just type in, in the influencer module,
Walt Bayliss:business coaches in my location, if you want to get specific, and you can find
Walt Bayliss:all the people that have got incredible Instagram, YouTube, TikTok following.
Walt Bayliss:And again, you can dive into their content.
Walt Bayliss:You can find out how many likes, comments, shares, engagements
Walt Bayliss:they get on their posts.
Walt Bayliss:What are they talking about?
Walt Bayliss:What's their audience affiliate?
Walt Bayliss:Affirmation.
Walt Bayliss:So what do their audience like their audience, like business and they like
Walt Bayliss:this and the, okay, this is my, now we can find people that have millions in
Walt Bayliss:their audience or even 20, 000 people follow that guy on, on Instagram.
Walt Bayliss:Well, now we can do something like Viet's doing right here.
Walt Bayliss:I can reach out to that influencer who I know speaks to my ideal
Walt Bayliss:audience with a little bit of context.
Walt Bayliss:And I can say, Hey, Mr. Influencer, Mrs. Influencer loved your
Walt Bayliss:content about business coaching.
Walt Bayliss:I've got a little interview that I'm putting together to educate
Walt Bayliss:people in that exact space.
Walt Bayliss:You're a thought leader here.
Walt Bayliss:I'd love to jump on an interview with you on zoom and just talk about your passion.
Walt Bayliss:Now what happens?
Walt Bayliss:Is that influencer kicks in what's called the ego effect, right?
Walt Bayliss:So that influence, you do a great job with that influence.
Walt Bayliss:You make, so tell me about business coaching, tell me about real estate.
Walt Bayliss:And they're telling you, cause that's what they're passionate about.
Walt Bayliss:They get a call and what do they do?
Walt Bayliss:They go onto their socials and they go amazing post, amazing
Walt Bayliss:interview, loved this session, click.
Walt Bayliss:And their followers who, you know, are your ideal audience
Walt Bayliss:now are getting massive coverage.
Walt Bayliss:For you and your business and for what you're doing.
Walt Bayliss:So the influencer module is massive.
Walt Bayliss:and one last piece about white label suite is that we, this is for you, for guys,
Walt Bayliss:for those who have, you're listening.
Walt Bayliss:I want to see if I can draw this as a diagram with words.
Walt Bayliss:All right.
Walt Bayliss:So I'm going to see, I'll do the best I possibly can.
Walt Bayliss:Lead generation is typically one directional.
Walt Bayliss:In other words, we say, I'm looking for this type of business.
Walt Bayliss:Go and find it for me.
Walt Bayliss:So I push out and say, go and find this for me.
Walt Bayliss:What we've built into the tool is.
Walt Bayliss:bi directional or two directional, right?
Walt Bayliss:Meaning here's, here's your client.
Walt Bayliss:You've set up GHL for them and they are running Facebook ads or
Walt Bayliss:they're selling courses or they're, you know, they're getting contacts
Walt Bayliss:coming into their GHL system.
Walt Bayliss:So over on the left hand side, their GHL is running.
Walt Bayliss:Ads are coming, sales are being made, contacts are being added to their
Walt Bayliss:database through their normal activity.
Walt Bayliss:On the right hand side now, we can bolt on the White Label Suite program, and every
Walt Bayliss:single time a lead comes into GHL, it can then come across to White Label Suite,
Walt Bayliss:and all of that amazing enrichment that I just spoke about a moment ago, all of that
Walt Bayliss:AI analysis, who are they, what do they do, what are their pain points, how long
Walt Bayliss:have they been in business, who are their founders, what are their social media
Walt Bayliss:content, what are they talking about, all this stuff can happen in the background.
Walt Bayliss:And then update high level without you ever touching it.
Walt Bayliss:So why is that valuable for a business?
Walt Bayliss:And I'm sorry, I'm, I'm, I'm monologuing
Vit Muller:No, man, I'll keep going.
Vit Muller:That's good.
Walt Bayliss:Okay.
Walt Bayliss:So imagine this for a business, right?
Walt Bayliss:Imagine that you've just started working with a brand new business coach and
Walt Bayliss:they've got ads on Facebook running.
Walt Bayliss:They've got an opt in funnel.
Walt Bayliss:They're running a webinar.
Walt Bayliss:They've got sales being made through Stripe.
Walt Bayliss:All of that's happening.
Walt Bayliss:Right now, imagine this every time a sale is made, it goes
Walt Bayliss:into their high level account.
Walt Bayliss:Great.
Walt Bayliss:They get, the client gets access to the membership.
Walt Bayliss:Great.
Walt Bayliss:And now it's going across to this other program and enriching that
Walt Bayliss:data with all of that AI data.
Walt Bayliss:And two months go by now, we've got 150 people that have purchased
Walt Bayliss:this business coaches course.
Walt Bayliss:And every single one of them has been analyzed by AI.
Walt Bayliss:Here's what I can do now in GHL.
Walt Bayliss:I can simply export and include those fields.
Walt Bayliss:Now I've got a CSV file.
Walt Bayliss:With all of that customer data and all of that AI enrichment, I can just take
Walt Bayliss:that and drop it into chat GPT and I can say, this is my current customer base.
Walt Bayliss:Find for me the trends of who they are, what they do, what their pain
Walt Bayliss:points are, and based on that, create my next six months worth
Walt Bayliss:of social media content for me.
Walt Bayliss:So being able to take existing data and enriching that data adds such an
Walt Bayliss:amazing element to, to lead generation.
Walt Bayliss:It's no longer just about lead generation.
Walt Bayliss:It's about market intelligence, allowing your business to grow.
Walt Bayliss:And the cool thing for us finishing off the pitch is literally
Walt Bayliss:we let you white label that.
Walt Bayliss:So you put your own brand on it and you can go and sell that to a business.
Walt Bayliss:On its own standalone integrated into high level upsold, you know, for
Walt Bayliss:the full CRM system and away you go.
Walt Bayliss:So that's what we've been doing over the last little while.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Vit Muller:Where do I start?
Vit Muller:This is incredible.
Vit Muller:So I, obviously I've got some homework to do.
Vit Muller:It looks like I've been behind on this stuff and I've been
Vit Muller:paying for this and using it, but definitely need to use it more.
Vit Muller:So this is really good.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:Thank you for unpacking that.
Vit Muller:And guys, if you're, if you're like not, not excited right now, I don't know.
Vit Muller:Maybe, maybe you're in the wrong space, but.
Vit Muller:The opportunity is incredible.
Vit Muller:So we're talking repurposing, massive leverage.
Vit Muller:I'm a big fan of leverage overall.
Vit Muller:Like the reason why I'm doing this podcast is leverage, right?
Vit Muller:everything is when you can do it and leverage is more fun.
Vit Muller:That's just me.
Vit Muller:mate, I, I, you know, when I do these interviews, I typically like to have,
Vit Muller:you know, and talk about the personal and the entrepreneur journey and all that.
Vit Muller:And usually get into this type of stuff towards the end, but
Vit Muller:I wanted you to talk about it.
Vit Muller:Earlier, because it's just too good not to share, you know, so before we go and
Vit Muller:talk about and spinning back to, you know, talking about your journey and, and, and
Vit Muller:wisdom and all that, which is, which is, you know, which I'm excited for, can you
Vit Muller:just tell the guys, while we, you know.
Vit Muller:We talked about it and you just finished the pitch.
Vit Muller:Where do they go to, you know, to get this thing?
Vit Muller:I think we've worked out something earlier.
Vit Muller:So
Walt Bayliss:So we've, we've set up something special for the listeners here
Walt Bayliss:with the high level experience podcast.
Walt Bayliss:So, if you go to white label suite.
Walt Bayliss:com, you can sign up, but you'll pay more if you go to the special link that we've
Walt Bayliss:created, especially for you guys, as listeners of the high level experience,

Walt Bayliss:So if you go to high level experience.
Walt Bayliss:com forward slash Walt.
Walt Bayliss:It's like Walt Disney, highlevelexperience.
Walt Bayliss:com forward slash Walt, you're going to get a crazy deal.

Walt Bayliss:so you can go and grab white level suite.
Walt Bayliss:You can get an unlimited license.
Walt Bayliss:You can sell this unlimited times and you can either pay a lot
Walt Bayliss:more for it at whitelevelsuite.
Walt Bayliss:com or you can get all of that good stuff, the unlimited license, and
Walt Bayliss:you can get a thousand dollars off and a whole bunch of more stuff.
Walt Bayliss:if you go to highlevelexperience.
Walt Bayliss:com forward slash Walt.
Vit Muller:I love it guys.
Vit Muller:Go and check it out.
Vit Muller:And, and, if you go there on that page, there's some additional things that,
Vit Muller:you might want to check out as well.
Vit Muller:So, yeah, definitely do that.
Vit Muller:Now let's move on.
Vit Muller:Well, having successfully built and exited multiple software companies, what would
Vit Muller:you say are that like, you know, top three lessons you learned about entrepreneurship
Vit Muller:through these experiences?
Walt Bayliss:Great, great question, man.
Walt Bayliss:So number one, we talked about, knowing when to cut, right?
Walt Bayliss:So the number one lesson that I've learned over the last 20 years of doing this is
Walt Bayliss:that your market decides your features.
Walt Bayliss:What I mean by that, if you are building a company, your market is the one.
Walt Bayliss:That determines what they want from you, because so many times
Walt Bayliss:I've seen entrepreneurs, and this is, we nearly buried ourselves.
Walt Bayliss:We nearly went under with a, with a bad mistake that I made where we thought.
Walt Bayliss:Let me take that ownership.
Walt Bayliss:I thought I knew the best things to put out there into the marketplace.
Walt Bayliss:And I spent so much time and money creating what I thought was the best that
Walt Bayliss:we never actually got any market traction.
Walt Bayliss:We never made a single sale.
Walt Bayliss:We never got anywhere.
Walt Bayliss:We didn't have any money coming through the door.
Walt Bayliss:And it was just me pouring dollars into trying to create something
Walt Bayliss:that in fact, nobody wanted.
Walt Bayliss:So the, the first lesson I would say.
Walt Bayliss:Is make sure you're building something that the market wants.
Walt Bayliss:Don't try and create a solution and then find a market.
Walt Bayliss:Find a market that has a problem and build the solution, right?
Walt Bayliss:Because otherwise you will go broke.
Walt Bayliss:And we see so many, we see so many entrepreneurs create great ideas
Walt Bayliss:that should have never existed.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:That nobody actually has any intent of buying.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:So my, my lesson number one is when you're going, when you are deciding,
Walt Bayliss:I want to be an entrepreneur, I want to build my own business.
Walt Bayliss:I want to create something scalable.
Walt Bayliss:Number one, make sure that there's a market.
Walt Bayliss:Make sure that you've identify a problem and then build the solution.
Walt Bayliss:Don't go the other way.
Walt Bayliss:That would be advice.
Walt Bayliss:Number one,
Vit Muller:love it.
Vit Muller:Yeah, I love it.
Vit Muller:Can I just expand on that?
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Advice number two, I would say is,
Vit Muller:Oh, no, hang on.
Walt Bayliss:yeah, go for it.
Walt Bayliss:Go
Vit Muller:I was going to expand on what you just
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Definitely.
Vit Muller:as a really cool thing that I learned yesterday.
Vit Muller:It's a cool little twist.
Vit Muller:So I'm 100 percent on this.
Vit Muller:The market is what you need, the market validation for before
Vit Muller:you start developing anything.
Vit Muller:And also once you do start developing, you want to have a customer feedback
Vit Muller:loop as you're going through it.
Vit Muller:Cool.
Vit Muller:Development.
Vit Muller:I don't wait until it's perfect.
Vit Muller:That's why we love high level, right?
Vit Muller:It's a skateboard method and just keep making money already and then
Vit Muller:keep iterating and making it better.
Vit Muller:this thing that I learned yesterday is like, well, you've got a problem.
Vit Muller:There's an impact that you can provide by, you know, providing a solutions problem.
Vit Muller:And then there's a solution.
Vit Muller:And what this, this guy said yesterday to me is like, just don't worry about
Vit Muller:the solution because the solution is that, that, that's the thing
Vit Muller:that you need to be flexible on.
Vit Muller:But if you just focus on the impact and focusing on the problem that a marketplace
Vit Muller:has and what the impact would be by having to solve a problem, solving that,
Vit Muller:that problem for them, then you've got a perfect business that everybody wants.
Vit Muller:So don't forget about the solution.
Vit Muller:Don't get too married to the solution.
Vit Muller:Don't get too emotional about the solution.
Vit Muller:Like know when to kill the puppy or know when to move, move on.
Vit Muller:Right.
Vit Muller:Focus on the problem that the marketplace has and the impact that you could
Vit Muller:provide by helping them solve it.
Vit Muller:And the solution is flexible.
Vit Muller:got to be flexible.
Vit Muller:back to you, mate.
Vit Muller:So what's the number two, number two, tip
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Number two.
Walt Bayliss:So this comes from, every time I say to somebody, you know, when, when
Walt Bayliss:COVID happened, dude, everybody went into work from home mode, right.
Walt Bayliss:And for 99 percent of the population, that was new.
Walt Bayliss:And I say to people, I've been working from home for 20 years.
Walt Bayliss:The next phrase that comes out of their mouth is so surprising to me.
Walt Bayliss:Because the next thing they say to me is, man, how do you find
Walt Bayliss:the discipline to stay on track?
Walt Bayliss:I find that really a fascinating question.
Walt Bayliss:So my advice, number two, for anybody that wants to create something for their
Walt Bayliss:own, is that you, you got to want it.
Walt Bayliss:more than you want free time and relaxation because it's so easy to kick
Walt Bayliss:back on the couch and chill, right?
Walt Bayliss:And it's so hard sometimes to go, I just got to do one more little thing, right?
Walt Bayliss:And When you were doing the intro for me before, which I really appreciate.
Walt Bayliss:One of the things that I said was I'm passionate about people being
Walt Bayliss:able to create their future from the decisions they make today.
Walt Bayliss:And I say to my kids all the time, right?
Walt Bayliss:I'll teach you how to, I'll teach you how to tell the future, right?
Walt Bayliss:It's a magic trick.
Walt Bayliss:I'll show you.
Walt Bayliss:They're like, sure, dad, show me.
Walt Bayliss:You know, okay, cool.
Walt Bayliss:Here we go.
Walt Bayliss:I'm going to teach you how to read the, I'm going to teach
Walt Bayliss:you how to know the future.
Walt Bayliss:What if for the next 30 days, the only thing you ate was McDonald's breakfast,
Walt Bayliss:lunch, dinner, shakes, sodas, burgers.
Walt Bayliss:Only thing you're going to eat for the next 30 days is McDonald's.
Walt Bayliss:What are you going to look like at the end of that 30 days?
Walt Bayliss:Dad, we'd be, we'd be overweight.
Walt Bayliss:We'd be fat.
Walt Bayliss:We'd be unhealthy.
Walt Bayliss:So what if for the next 30 days you ate great food and you exercised and you
Walt Bayliss:watched, you know, the sugar, not too many biscuits and all that kind of stuff.
Walt Bayliss:What would, what would you look like at the end of 30 days?
Walt Bayliss:We would be fit and healthy.
Walt Bayliss:Wow.
Walt Bayliss:So you can actually tell the future.
Walt Bayliss:How do you tell the future dad?
Walt Bayliss:You tell the future based on the decisions you make today.
Walt Bayliss:So when I'm talking about tip number two for being an entrepreneur
Walt Bayliss:is that the position you find yourself in, in six months or 12
Walt Bayliss:months is a direct correlation to the decision you make today.
Walt Bayliss:And that decision could be.
Walt Bayliss:Reaching out to one more influential person to talk to them
Walt Bayliss:about getting on their podcast.
Walt Bayliss:That decision might be sending that email.
Walt Bayliss:That decision might be just popping up that YouTube video, right?
Walt Bayliss:The decisions you make today will determine the future.
Walt Bayliss:You can clearly outline the path.
Walt Bayliss:The only choice then is whether you want to do the work.
Vit Muller:Exactly.
Vit Muller:Everything else is wishful thinking.
Walt Bayliss:You got it.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:Hey, you, you, you sent me an email.
Vit Muller:Like you want to talk about three key topics, AI mindset and high ticket.
Vit Muller:I think we talked about AI a bit.
Vit Muller:So I think we could probably move on mindset.
Walt Bayliss:link together though.
Walt Bayliss:They link together.
Walt Bayliss:So AI mindset.
Walt Bayliss:And high ticket.
Walt Bayliss:That's, that's exactly what I want to talk to you about.
Walt Bayliss:And I want everybody to hear this because a couple of months ago, high
Walt Bayliss:level removed the minimum pricing.
Walt Bayliss:Did you see that?
Walt Bayliss:They're like, they used to have that you couldn't sell high level for anything less
Walt Bayliss:than, I think it was 97 bucks a month.
Walt Bayliss:Like that was the, they removed it and everybody went nuts crazy.
Walt Bayliss:Everybody went crazy.
Walt Bayliss:Everybody was like, no, no, no, this is going to destroy.
Walt Bayliss:This is going to be the, like the end.
Walt Bayliss:And sure enough, sure enough, immediately after that, we see
Walt Bayliss:people with their own white label version doing a 27 lifetime deal.
Walt Bayliss:And it is the fastest path to bankruptcy that
Vit Muller:Misery.
Vit Muller:Misery.
Walt Bayliss:So I want to talk about mindset, AI and high ticket.
Walt Bayliss:Because if you can wrap your head around this, the 27 single
Walt Bayliss:sale will be a joke to you.
Walt Bayliss:All right.
Walt Bayliss:So let me see what I can, let me see if I can wrap my, get you guys
Walt Bayliss:to wrap your head around this.
Walt Bayliss:Mindset.
Walt Bayliss:Number one, if you give a business a tool that you charge them 27 for, how
Walt Bayliss:much do they value you and your time?
Walt Bayliss:Zero.
Walt Bayliss:Zero.
Walt Bayliss:You could give it away for free and guess what they'll do with it?
Walt Bayliss:Nothing.
Walt Bayliss:Whereas So if you like, and again, but I'm going to charge consulting time for what a
Walt Bayliss:27 program ain't no business on the planet that's going to pay you an hourly rate
Walt Bayliss:to do the setup for them on a 27 program.
Walt Bayliss:Just not going to happen, right?
Vit Muller:that you're going to attract on that one is, is yeah.
Vit Muller:They, they, they're going to be paying a penny and dime you on that one.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:100%. 100%. So when we started our agency, we were pricing ourselves at 2.
Walt Bayliss:97 a month.
Walt Bayliss:And let me tell you, that nearly sent us broke.
Walt Bayliss:We were just, we just wanted those first sales.
Walt Bayliss:And if you're listening to this, if you're in that space where you go, I just want
Walt Bayliss:my, you know, if I can just get a thousand a month, I can, you know, I hear you, but.
Walt Bayliss:But the problem is if you get a client at 297, you then have to fulfill for them.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:You have to onboard them.
Walt Bayliss:You have to get them set up.
Walt Bayliss:You have to build their, their system for them.
Walt Bayliss:Unless you're already outsourcing to one of the amazing, outsource companies
Walt Bayliss:that are connected to, to high level.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:But even then you got to be able to pay for that outsourcing.
Walt Bayliss:So you're like, yeah, but I can't outsource because I've only charged
Walt Bayliss:297 and I've got to eat next week.
Walt Bayliss:So here's step number one, never, ever, ever, ever sell without a setup fee ever.
Walt Bayliss:And your setup fee is not for you.
Walt Bayliss:Here's, here's the, here's like a big point with this.
Walt Bayliss:You're set up for 1, 000, 2, 000, 5, 000, whatever it is, your setup fee
Walt Bayliss:is not for you to put in your pocket.
Walt Bayliss:Right?
Walt Bayliss:And again, I know, I know you need it.
Walt Bayliss:I know it, you know, you're like, yeah, but I got to pay rent.
Walt Bayliss:You know, I got to, I got to put food on the table.
Walt Bayliss:I know, I get it.
Walt Bayliss:I've been there.
Walt Bayliss:I understand.
Walt Bayliss:If you bank that setup fee and you go and.
Walt Bayliss:You know, buy pizza and live and pay your rent.
Walt Bayliss:You'll still be struggling to make dollars in three months time.
Walt Bayliss:So here's what you do with that setup fee.
Walt Bayliss:You take that setup fee and you go to one of the amazing companies
Walt Bayliss:that are connected to high level.
Walt Bayliss:All right.
Walt Bayliss:And you say, Hey, will you be my VA and come and do this setup for me?
Walt Bayliss:And now you give that set up fee to your VA, which frees you up.
Walt Bayliss:Now you can go and get the next one and the next one.
Walt Bayliss:And the next one, the very minute you get bogged, trying to implement
Walt Bayliss:yourself, you've lost what I talk about in this sign right here,
Walt Bayliss:which is the magic that you have,
Vit Muller:Mm.
Walt Bayliss:here's the point.
Walt Bayliss:Here's the point.
Walt Bayliss:Anyone who's been through accreditation training, who's.
Walt Bayliss:Watch some YouTube videos.
Walt Bayliss:Who's been around high level for any amount of time, anyone.
Walt Bayliss:And we own a Facebook group.
Walt Bayliss:That's got 20, 000 VAs in it, right?
Walt Bayliss:Anyone can build a website and create an automation and do that kind of stuff.
Walt Bayliss:Now there's going to be some, you know, incredible things that people
Walt Bayliss:like Veet do with the snapshots that build wonderful, amazing systems.
Walt Bayliss:We're not talking about that in depth stuff.
Walt Bayliss:I'm talking about just set me up a funnel, create a form, give me an email
Walt Bayliss:opt in list and send out a welcome email.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Easy, right?
Walt Bayliss:Anyone, anyone, anyone, but only you, only you have something special in you that you
Walt Bayliss:can go and talk to the next business owner and get them to give you a 10, 000 check.
Walt Bayliss:So the minute that you get bogged in implementation is the minute your
Walt Bayliss:business dies, unless you want to be an implementer, in which case
Walt Bayliss:build an implementation company and let other people come to you, right?
Walt Bayliss:But if you want to build a company that allows you to be free and
Walt Bayliss:create amazing things, outsource the implementation, unless that's what
Walt Bayliss:you are doing as a business, you're either selling or you're implementing.
Walt Bayliss:You can't do both.
Walt Bayliss:So that setup fee, first, first point of call, high ticket AI and mindset.
Walt Bayliss:The first thing is the mindset.
Walt Bayliss:You got to know that there are people in the high level group right now that
Walt Bayliss:are selling high level as it's honest, like telling people it's high level
Walt Bayliss:and setting it up and implementing them for them and charging 50 K. You
Walt Bayliss:got to know that there are people in the group that are doing that, right?
Walt Bayliss:So.
Walt Bayliss:That's the hundred percent truth, right?
Walt Bayliss:There are people that have 20 clients, but they charge him five grand a month, right?
Walt Bayliss:So there are people that are already selling it.
Walt Bayliss:How can you sell high level?
Walt Bayliss:Dude, hang on a second.
Walt Bayliss:You can go and buy high level from the next guy down the street and pay 27.
Walt Bayliss:One time perception is reality.
Walt Bayliss:That version is not as good as this version, but they're the same.
Walt Bayliss:No, they're not.
Walt Bayliss:Cause it comes with that guy, right?
Walt Bayliss:So mindset, you got to understand that people value people's perception of value.
Walt Bayliss:All right.
Walt Bayliss:Increases with the price, right?
Walt Bayliss:Now, again, think about the time that you've been looking at two
Walt Bayliss:different products on Amazon.
Walt Bayliss:There's the cheap version and there's the expensive version.
Walt Bayliss:The reviews are about the same, but you buy the expensive one
Walt Bayliss:because it must be better.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Vit Muller:exactly the same product.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:That also happens with Facebook, right?
Walt Bayliss:With Amazon.
Walt Bayliss:The perception of value.
Walt Bayliss:I'm looking at one hotel at 300 a night, and another hotel at 112 a night.
Walt Bayliss:This one's a little bit nicer.
Walt Bayliss:You know what I mean?
Walt Bayliss:The perception of value increases when the price goes up.
Walt Bayliss:So when you decrease the price, you're actually telling people that
Walt Bayliss:what you're offering is not worth it.
Walt Bayliss:So, mindset.
Walt Bayliss:You gotta charge more, you gotta set that, set up fee as
Walt Bayliss:an absolute non negotiable fact.
Vit Muller:And can I add to that as well?
Vit Muller:Like, you know, the, the perception of value aside, it's also about just
Vit Muller:a pure business model of numbers.
Vit Muller:Like, If you're going to get somebody that's going to sign up for 27, that's the
Vit Muller:type of client that's going to penny and dime you and will ask for more for free.
Vit Muller:They will want you to do more stuff for them.
Vit Muller:They'll be asking more support questions or they'll be the ones that they
Vit Muller:want to build everything themselves.
Vit Muller:You might have thought, well, I'm going to give them a free account
Vit Muller:and then I'm going to make money on the fulfillment, but here you go.
Vit Muller:You know, a few months later, they actually realized all those people,
Vit Muller:they actually want to do building themselves and they just want you
Vit Muller:to show them they don't want to pay you anything that's not scalable.
Vit Muller:Absolutely.
Vit Muller:At all.
Vit Muller:You're just going to
Walt Bayliss:low revenue
Vit Muller:with emails with, you know, people calling you and
Vit Muller:like, you're not making any money.
Vit Muller:Nobody wins.
Walt Bayliss:You better off, like I said before, you're better off having
Walt Bayliss:20 clients that pay you 5k each a month than you are having a hundred clients
Walt Bayliss:paying you a thousand or, you know, keep the, keep the numbers looking at it.
Walt Bayliss:So number one mindset, you can do it.
Walt Bayliss:Your system's worth it.
Walt Bayliss:And the next piece is what it's worth to the business.
Walt Bayliss:So then I said high ticket and AI, right?
Walt Bayliss:So combining this together, everybody who's in business
Walt Bayliss:now, literally everybody.
Walt Bayliss:Knows what AI is, right?
Walt Bayliss:You cannot walk this earth right now and not know what AI is.
Walt Bayliss:You also, as a business owner, we'll be in the 99 percent who know what it
Walt Bayliss:is, really want it, but don't have any clue or understanding on how to get it
Walt Bayliss:into their, into their business in life.
Walt Bayliss:What we have with, with tools like white label suite with.
Walt Bayliss:high level with incredible tools like clothes, but we use clothes,
Walt Bayliss:but internally, which we love, which I think they're incredible.
Walt Bayliss:with these tools, again, it's about creating a system for a business.
Walt Bayliss:So now what you can do is demonstrate to a business owner, literally
Walt Bayliss:demonstrate it, demonstrate a lead being generated, a lead being qualified by AI
Walt Bayliss:inbuilt with high level, a lead being called with a, with a, with AI voice.
Walt Bayliss:Alright, a lead being qualified, booked into a calendar, and that calendar
Walt Bayliss:booking being sent to a client.
Walt Bayliss:You can demonstrate it.
Walt Bayliss:Now, when we talk to people about this and we did a big series just before
Walt Bayliss:Christmas where we were talking about people about what we called the four
Walt Bayliss:bot system, where we generate leads bot one, we use, again, internally we're
Walt Bayliss:using, we were using closed, but at that time, synth flow was still using
Walt Bayliss:closed bots, so we're just telling the bots that we built leads generated.
Walt Bayliss:Leads qualified with CloseBot, leads called using a voice AI system.
Walt Bayliss:And then the fourth bot being GHL to keep it all organized together.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:When we talk to people about this system, my business partner, Johan
Walt Bayliss:was offered 50, 000 plus flights and accommodation to come and set this
Walt Bayliss:up for a company here in Australia.
Walt Bayliss:I'll fly you in, you know, come and talk about a setup fee, right?
Walt Bayliss:He got offered 50, 000 to come and set this up for a company.
Walt Bayliss:Why?
Walt Bayliss:Why?
Walt Bayliss:When I'm struggling to get 1, 000 setup fee for setting up a landing
Walt Bayliss:page in an opt in form funnel.
Walt Bayliss:Why are you getting off at 50k?
Walt Bayliss:Because here's the deal.
Walt Bayliss:AI as it exists right now is the hottest market there is.
Vit Muller:They
Walt Bayliss:And why is that?
Walt Bayliss:Because the AI never calls in sick.
Walt Bayliss:They don't ever have an off day.
Walt Bayliss:They stay on brand every conversation, every time.
Walt Bayliss:They ask the closing questions and they follow up every lead without excuses.
Vit Muller:the registrar tells
Walt Bayliss:And when you put that in front of a business owner.
Walt Bayliss:Your ability to put your price on the back end of that is astronomical.
Walt Bayliss:So Mr. Business Owner, I do not want you to buy a lead generation software program.
Walt Bayliss:I do not want you to buy a marketing automation software program.
Walt Bayliss:I do not want you to buy anything unless we put AI over the top of that.
Walt Bayliss:So when the lead is created, and again, you can set that up on
Walt Bayliss:autopilot with White Label Suite.
Walt Bayliss:The lead comes in, the lead makes contact, the lead is qualified, the lead
Walt Bayliss:is nurtured, the lead is followed up.
Walt Bayliss:Every time without fail and the lead is booked into your calendar.
Walt Bayliss:I don't want you to buy another thing, single tool, unless you can
Walt Bayliss:show me that this is the process.
Walt Bayliss:Now you keep HubSpot running over there and let me build this for you over here.
Walt Bayliss:My fee is 25, 000 setup, 2, 500 a month.
Walt Bayliss:And we will qualify every lead.
Walt Bayliss:We will call back every lead.
Walt Bayliss:We will give you the transcripts of the conversations.
Walt Bayliss:We will make sure that the, that nothing gets pulled through the cracks.
Walt Bayliss:Bang.
Walt Bayliss:Now, mindset.
Walt Bayliss:Are businesses willing to pay for that?
Walt Bayliss:Hell yeah.
Walt Bayliss:They're already spending 50 grand a month on Facebook ads and then, and
Walt Bayliss:the leads are not getting called back.
Walt Bayliss:So you just doubled their revenue straight up.
Walt Bayliss:So mindset, are businesses willing to pay for that?
Walt Bayliss:Hell yes.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:Does, do we need to create this awareness that AI is going to do the job with them?
Walt Bayliss:Not for them, not replace them, do it with them.
Walt Bayliss:Hell yes.
Walt Bayliss:And can we charge high ticket?
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Because if you're looking to, if you just want to employ a receptionist right now.
Walt Bayliss:Just somebody to answer the phone.
Vit Muller:at 2.
Vit Muller:30 in the
Walt Bayliss:The costs are beyond belief, right?
Walt Bayliss:I got to advertise.
Walt Bayliss:I got to qualify.
Walt Bayliss:I got to do the interviews.
Walt Bayliss:I got to get them.
Walt Bayliss:And then they're here with me for two weeks and they take another weekend off.
Walt Bayliss:At five o'clock, they walk out the door.
Walt Bayliss:I can put an AI agent in place for you.
Walt Bayliss:They'll answer the phone on brand.
Walt Bayliss:Every time they'll never take a day off and they'll answer the call at 2 30
Walt Bayliss:in the morning, and they can handle a hundred times the volume of the very best
Walt Bayliss:employee that you could ever recruit.
Walt Bayliss:So it might be a 25, 000 setup and two and a half thousand dollars a month is
Walt Bayliss:a joke when you want me to get started.
Vit Muller:what I
Walt Bayliss:so that's what I wanted you guys to walk away with is that
Walt Bayliss:you have the opportunity in front of you right now to expand your business
Walt Bayliss:with the tools that are at your hands and show business owners how you can
Walt Bayliss:help them grow and you can get paid.
Walt Bayliss:Really, really well for enabling that to happen for them.
Vit Muller:Mate, wow, you just keep dropping volumes.
Vit Muller:That's incredible.
Vit Muller:You know, I mean, I, like I said, I already enjoy, I really like the product.
Vit Muller:I like what you guys do.
Vit Muller:White level suite.
Vit Muller:I'm customer, I'm using it, but I feel like you just sold me again, you know,
Vit Muller:like I didn't need to be, but he sold me again, like I'm going to be looking
Vit Muller:at this because obviously, like I said earlier, I've got some homework to do.
Vit Muller:Obviously I haven't been following things, cause I've been busy
Vit Muller:doing other projects, but.
Vit Muller:Yeah, this is incredible.
Vit Muller:So this is obviously in the portal.
Vit Muller:I just got to go in and watch the courses.
Walt Bayliss:So that, that training that I spoke about.
Walt Bayliss:So I said, if you go through the special link, highlevelexperience.
Walt Bayliss:com forward slash Walt, that training that we went through over Christmas, we
Walt Bayliss:literally show you the four bots, how to set them up, how to create that system
Walt Bayliss:that you can then hide to get and sell.
Walt Bayliss:We're including that training program.
Walt Bayliss:In the system, when you pick up white label suite, so you get an unlimited
Walt Bayliss:license to create as many accounts as you want, open as many doors as you want.
Walt Bayliss:You get all of the training, the systems and the setup, and you get to hang
Walt Bayliss:around with us for, we do weekly calls.
Walt Bayliss:we do an open office hours every single week, huge community group
Walt Bayliss:there, and you get to come in and build your business and scale with us.
Walt Bayliss:Wow.
Vit Muller:well, this is awesome question.
Vit Muller:What is it like to run a business with another co founder?
Walt Bayliss:Fascinating.
Walt Bayliss:when I'm up, he's down when he's down, I'm up.
Walt Bayliss:it's one of the best things I've ever experienced.
Walt Bayliss:I was a solo preneur for a long time.
Walt Bayliss:We had a great team, but it was still, it was still me at the helm.
Walt Bayliss:so having a business relationship with Johan is, is phenomenal.
Walt Bayliss:we're friends as well as business partners, which,
Walt Bayliss:which makes a big difference.
Walt Bayliss:And I do have to say, I've heard, I've heard more bad stories
Walt Bayliss:about partnerships than good.
Walt Bayliss:You know, because, you know, they're the ones that get the attention.
Walt Bayliss:Ah, you know, the partner ripped him off and whatever, and blah, blah, blah, blah.
Walt Bayliss:But I, I have to categorically say being in business with a like minded
Walt Bayliss:partner is the best thing I've ever done.
Walt Bayliss:He, he, as I said, when he's up, I'm down, like if I'm having a, if I'm
Walt Bayliss:having a hard time or going through, you know, I just can't, I'm so
Walt Bayliss:stressed and so tired and exhausted.
Walt Bayliss:He's there picking it up and, and boosting us up and keeping us going.
Walt Bayliss:when he's down, I'm up, you know, and.
Walt Bayliss:And the team, the, we have very clearly defined roles of
Walt Bayliss:what we do within the company.
Walt Bayliss:So there's no kind of, yeah, but mom said that and dad said
Walt Bayliss:that there's none of that.
Walt Bayliss:It's, we are very clear about, what we do in the company.
Walt Bayliss:we call each other's bullshit quite often, you know, if it's like, no dude, you're.
Walt Bayliss:You're hallucinating.
Walt Bayliss:Okay, cool.
Walt Bayliss:Walk it back.
Walt Bayliss:We have a really great relationship where, we've come, we've come to bash
Walt Bayliss:in heads only a handful of times.
Walt Bayliss:And every single time we've come out of it going, love you, man.
Walt Bayliss:That way you were so good.
Walt Bayliss:Thanks for calling me out.
Walt Bayliss:That was, was so much stronger as a result.
Walt Bayliss:So, partnerships, I find.
Walt Bayliss:Get a bad rap because of the stories that you hear.
Walt Bayliss:And if you're a solopreneur, you need a team, you a hundred percent need a team.
Walt Bayliss:But just like for me, you know, the life partners that you
Walt Bayliss:choose are your best support.
Walt Bayliss:Your business partners are in the same, in the same group, man.
Walt Bayliss:So best thing I ever did was partner up with Johan for sure.
Vit Muller:So if somebody's, cause I mean, I'm in that situation right now,
Vit Muller:I'm a solopreneur, but I know at some point I will need to have a business
Vit Muller:partner as things grow and scale.
Vit Muller:You know, it's just good.
Vit Muller:Even just from a perspective, it was just shared responsibility and.
Vit Muller:Contingency.
Vit Muller:It's just so many benefits to it.
Vit Muller:Right?
Vit Muller:God forbid, something was to happen to me.
Vit Muller:Like I've got responsibility to provide for my clients, all that stuff.
Vit Muller:Right?
Vit Muller:How would I go about picking the right partner?
Vit Muller:Like what,
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, great question.
Walt Bayliss:So I wouldn't, if you, you've already got a, an operating business, I would be,
Walt Bayliss:even despite my experience, I'd be very, very, very hesitant to cut somebody in,
Walt Bayliss:because unless they are bringing something of equivalent value to the table,
Walt Bayliss:you're giving away a massive percentage of what you've already worked for.
Walt Bayliss:So.
Walt Bayliss:Like if you're starting something new and you've got that partnership together and
Walt Bayliss:you're both going, let's go, then you're starting new and you're going forward in
Walt Bayliss:terms of, in terms of the solopreneur, creating freedom for themselves.
Walt Bayliss:And that's what you're really talking about is making sure that we've got, Dan
Walt Bayliss:Sullivan calls it a self managing company.
Walt Bayliss:So there's a great book, by the way, which is called 10x is
Walt Bayliss:easier than 2x highly recommended.
Walt Bayliss:and what he talks about is creating that self managing company.
Walt Bayliss:And there's three phases that everybody goes through.
Walt Bayliss:and again, I'm quoting directly from this book.
Walt Bayliss:So this wisdom is in mind, but I've just listened to this book probably
Walt Bayliss:50 times in the last 12 months.
Walt Bayliss:phase one is what they call the rugged individualist.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:It's the, the person who gets started and gets a couple of clients,
Walt Bayliss:creates a bit of thing, has a couple of, you know, systems going on.
Walt Bayliss:that rugged individualist is always the, the entrepreneur, the person
Walt Bayliss:that goes out on the limb and creates, but then you go from being a rugged
Walt Bayliss:individualist to, a level two leader.
Walt Bayliss:And.
Walt Bayliss:In the, again, in the book, what he's talking about is
Walt Bayliss:you're deploying who, not how.
Walt Bayliss:So we go like this, we go, all right, today in my business, I need to create
Walt Bayliss:a whole bunch of new Facebook ads.
Walt Bayliss:All right.
Walt Bayliss:How do I do that?
Walt Bayliss:Pause.
Walt Bayliss:Wait for a second.
Walt Bayliss:Not how do I do that?
Walt Bayliss:Who should do that for me?
Vit Muller:Mm hmm.
Vit Muller:Mm.
Walt Bayliss:that and have an incredibly happy life.
Walt Bayliss:You go, yeah, but there's all the other stuff that I need to get done as well.
Walt Bayliss:Cool.
Walt Bayliss:So why don't you get somebody else to do the other stuff for you so that you can
Walt Bayliss:charge more for the thing you love to do?
Walt Bayliss:Right?
Walt Bayliss:So for me.
Walt Bayliss:Not, not getting into podcasting, getting back into podcasting.
Walt Bayliss:I had a podcast that was in the top 5 percent of podcasts in the world.
Walt Bayliss:it's what I love.
Walt Bayliss:I, I love this.
Walt Bayliss:so how do I create a business then that doesn't need me?
Walt Bayliss:Because I want to do this.
Walt Bayliss:How do I make money from this?
Walt Bayliss:Well, the way I make money from this is make sure my company is doing
Walt Bayliss:all of the other stuff so I can do this and not have to worry about it.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:So step one to go from.
Walt Bayliss:Rugged individualist doing everything yourself.
Walt Bayliss:And then you need to move to who not how, and it's, even if it's working with, part
Walt Bayliss:time VAs, talented people that you go, I need someone to set up my Facebook ads.
Walt Bayliss:I need somebody to run my calendar.
Walt Bayliss:I want, you know, high level, Pro tools to be able to do
Walt Bayliss:my installs for me, whatever.
Walt Bayliss:And, one of my colleagues, Kyle, who's our operations manager.
Walt Bayliss:He has a great saying that says 80 percent done by someone else
Walt Bayliss:is a hundred percent awesome.
Walt Bayliss:So even though they're not going to do the same job as you, you just freed
Walt Bayliss:up a hundred percent of your time so you can go and do what you love.
Vit Muller:Or, or even put more simply, you can always get more money, but
Vit Muller:you're never going to get back to time.
Walt Bayliss:You got to get freedom of time first.
Walt Bayliss:So rugged individualist, you got to then engage who, not how.
Walt Bayliss:And then the last step of that is to, to move up to a level three leader, which
Walt Bayliss:is creating a self managing company.
Walt Bayliss:And that only happens when you give trust to your team and you
Walt Bayliss:share the vision of what you want.
Walt Bayliss:So example with Kyle in our, in our company, we trust Kyle 100%.
Walt Bayliss:And I can say to Kyle, dude, what I want to see is this, this, this, this, mess.
Walt Bayliss:Or like, this is the end result.
Walt Bayliss:I don't care how you do it.
Walt Bayliss:I just want that at the end.
Walt Bayliss:And Kyle goes and creates.
Walt Bayliss:So that frees Johan and I up to do what we love to do.
Walt Bayliss:So you first do everything yourself, then you engage who not how, and then
Walt Bayliss:you empower those valuable people and you share the vision of what you're
Walt Bayliss:trying to achieve and let them.
Walt Bayliss:Explore their own genius in their roles.
Walt Bayliss:Cause they're, they love working for you.
Walt Bayliss:They love working with you.
Walt Bayliss:They want to do well with you and for you.
Walt Bayliss:You got to give them the trust and the, the room to be able to grow and achieve.
Walt Bayliss:So that you can move up to the next level.
Walt Bayliss:So I would be very hesitant about bringing in a business partner for
Walt Bayliss:the sake of I'm so dead tired that I just need someone to help me.
Walt Bayliss:You don't need a business partner.
Walt Bayliss:You need a VA, right?
Walt Bayliss:And, and just move those steps up unless, unless you come together at a
Walt Bayliss:pub somewhere and you go, this guy's amazing and has an incredible business.
Walt Bayliss:I'm amazing.
Walt Bayliss:And I've got an incredible business together.
Walt Bayliss:We're like a four wheel drive race machine.
Walt Bayliss:Stand back.
Walt Bayliss:Everybody can't be touched unless that's the real scenario.
Walt Bayliss:I wouldn't bring in a business partner just for the sake of.
Walt Bayliss:Of growth and expansion.
Walt Bayliss:It's, it's not the right move.
Vit Muller:I want to go back to what you're saying there in like, not, not
Vit Muller:what, but who, I feel like, and it's maybe going from a personal as well,
Vit Muller:experience of, of, of how I am, you know, I think there's what, what makes somebody
Vit Muller:want to go down that I'll feel like.
Vit Muller:Yeah, now's the right time.
Vit Muller:I've got to, because like if you're starting out and you bootstrapped
Vit Muller:it and at the beginning, maybe it's the confidence thing, right?
Vit Muller:Until you get your first customers, it's, you're going to, you're
Vit Muller:going to have to doubt, right?
Vit Muller:You're going to doubt yourself.
Vit Muller:You're going to be like, Oh, it's going to work.
Vit Muller:Once you start getting dealers, like the confidence goes up and then you
Vit Muller:start to feel a bit more clearly about, and when I'm talking about confidence,
Vit Muller:I'm talking about confidence of being able to generate revenue as well.
Vit Muller:So if you don't have the confidence in being able to generate more revenue,
Vit Muller:then you're always going to be, you know,
Walt Bayliss:Struggling.
Walt Bayliss:You're not going to want
Vit Muller:I'm not going to hire somebody because I don't have money for it.
Vit Muller:Right.
Vit Muller:And I've been like that.
Vit Muller:And, but you know, for the last 12 or so months, business
Vit Muller:has been going really well.
Vit Muller:It's keeps growing.
Vit Muller:And now I started to feel like a lot more confident about actually the delegation
Vit Muller:aspect and looking for the people who do, who do the what, rather than me doing it.
Vit Muller:So.
Vit Muller:It's great when you, when you get to that, but it's, it's just, I
Vit Muller:mean, it's all just happening here.
Vit Muller:Nothing else changed.
Vit Muller:It's just like the mindset.
Vit Muller:Like I can see it more clearly.
Vit Muller:That's leverage.
Vit Muller:I guess I keep saying leverage.
Vit Muller:Like it's, I'm a big fan of leverage, like in, from of like sales
Vit Muller:perspective and, and leverage from being able to generate more customers.
Vit Muller:You know, just to share a little bit, if I can, my strategy for this year,
Vit Muller:for example, is all about, referral partners, more referral partners,
Vit Muller:leveraging more on podcasting, more on one to many, more webinars.
Vit Muller:I've actually just invested in January, into the whole new setup,
Vit Muller:about how to run immersive webinars.
Vit Muller:I'm going to show you that by the way.
Vit Muller:It's next level.
Vit Muller:You guys need to do this.
Vit Muller:there's this guy in, Brazil.
Vit Muller:His name is Felipe and, and I come across him through tacky more because I, I saw
Vit Muller:a tacky more, one of the really good, wealth, well, coach to coach his guy.
Vit Muller:if you guys are not from Australia, you might not have
Vit Muller:heard of him, but he's pretty big.
Vit Muller:I'm sure you know him.
Vit Muller:Right.
Vit Muller:And he talks about, you know, how he came across this guy on
Vit Muller:Instagram and he saw what he does.
Vit Muller:And basically what it is, it's.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:You run a webinar on zoom, everybody that runs webinars on zoom, you
Vit Muller:might do a bit of an intro and then, okay, guys, so let me share a screen
Vit Muller:and then they no longer see you.
Vit Muller:So then there's the connection disappears.
Vit Muller:What he figured is that's where dropouts tend to happen and
Vit Muller:the conversion is not as great.
Vit Muller:But he figured out if you can come up with some cool overlays.
Vit Muller:And make it more interactive with things like webinar starts.
Vit Muller:And you say, Hey, put in the chat, which city in which country you're from.
Vit Muller:And then a cool little overlay shows up of the map of the world
Vit Muller:and red pins start to show on the countries that they put in the chat.
Vit Muller:Like it's incredible.
Vit Muller:So anyway, like I'm excited about this stuff because I'm about to,
Vit Muller:I've spent a lot of time learning and training and I've got the setup.
Vit Muller:It is very techie.
Vit Muller:I got to warn.
Vit Muller:But if you guys are interested, I'm going to put in a show notes.
Vit Muller:You could check out Felipe.
Vit Muller:It's, it's called inside the show, the program.
Vit Muller:Yes.
Vit Muller:yeah, you invest, but you learn, but I think it's going to be awesome.
Vit Muller:And then anyway, back to what I was saying, you know, like leverage
Vit Muller:confidence counts with being able to see the, the, the, the, the validation
Vit Muller:of what you do actually creates impact and people want to pay for it.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:Absolutely.
Walt Bayliss:And your key then is to make yourself so valuable at what you do that you can
Walt Bayliss:increase your prices and, and your team, you know, so once you, once you have that
Walt Bayliss:validation, then you can say, you know what, we've been doing this too cheap,
Walt Bayliss:I've been charging a thousand and I'm going to be charging four, you know,
Walt Bayliss:and it's straight away, you're, you're.
Walt Bayliss:Your value in the marketplace goes up and your ability to free
Walt Bayliss:yourself up goes exponential.
Walt Bayliss:As soon as you can raise your prices and pay a team, then you can just keep on
Walt Bayliss:doing that thing that makes you great.
Walt Bayliss:You know, whatever that is, whatever that might be.
Walt Bayliss:If you are the world's greatest house painter, Then the last thing
Walt Bayliss:you should be doing is answering the phone and booking in the calendar.
Walt Bayliss:You should just be painting houses.
Walt Bayliss:You should be so damn good at that.
Walt Bayliss:The fee you charge for it is, is astounding.
Walt Bayliss:And the, the great analogy there is like top level athletes or
Walt Bayliss:sports professionals, right?
Walt Bayliss:Where they're getting 200 million for a season and they play 45 minutes a week.
Walt Bayliss:Why?
Walt Bayliss:Because they're the best in the world.
Walt Bayliss:And those 45 minutes makes.
Walt Bayliss:Millions of people stop what they are doing and watch them
Walt Bayliss:because they are that damn good.
Walt Bayliss:And when we look at our lives as entrepreneurs, there's something that
Walt Bayliss:we all do where you are that damn good.
Walt Bayliss:Well, you are that damn good at creating automations that if people could
Walt Bayliss:watch you do it on a live stream, you would blitz the Twitch records, right?
Walt Bayliss:There's something that you do that you're that damn good.
Walt Bayliss:And not only you might not be the world's best at it, but you love it
Walt Bayliss:so much that you would practice it.
Walt Bayliss:That's the thing you should do 80 percent of your time, which means you need to
Walt Bayliss:free up everything else you do, because if you are the world's best funnel
Walt Bayliss:builder, or You love building funnels so much that people would watch you do it.
Walt Bayliss:Cause you are just, just showing your love for that.
Walt Bayliss:That's all you should be doing, which means you should charge more for it.
Walt Bayliss:Cause if I'm, if I'm the best in the world at this, then I'm going
Walt Bayliss:to charge accordingly, right?
Walt Bayliss:If I'm not the best in the world, but maybe I'm the best in 10,
Walt Bayliss:000, I can still put my price from 50 to 500 and people still pay.
Walt Bayliss:So when you find the thing that you just love to do so much, price that up
Walt Bayliss:because you're the athlete that people will stop what they're doing and watch.
Walt Bayliss:You're the one that people will go, Whoa, have you seen that guy?
Walt Bayliss:And the way he does that, that's amazing charge for that, right?
Walt Bayliss:So that gives you the freedom and the cashflow to bring someone into your
Walt Bayliss:company that does everything else.
Walt Bayliss:Manages your email, manages your calendar, gets back to people,
Walt Bayliss:connects up your automations, fixes a thing, does it, whatever.
Walt Bayliss:You can be the best house painter in the world and charge 10, 000 an hour.
Walt Bayliss:Cause you're an artist, man.
Walt Bayliss:You're Ronaldo on the field.
Walt Bayliss:You got to have something that you just, you're the best in the world.
Walt Bayliss:And therefore you charge accordingly, right?
Walt Bayliss:You don't get Ronaldo to work on the field for 50 bucks.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:So charge more by doing what you love and give that extra money to other people to
Walt Bayliss:take away all the other stuff that you do.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:I love it.
Vit Muller:Right.
Vit Muller:Well, at the beginning, you, you mentioned how, you know, becoming
Vit Muller:a father and a daughter being born out, a lot of things change for your
Vit Muller:perspective, but I also know that you're a passionate martial artist, a
Vit Muller:Taekwondo black belt for that matter.
Vit Muller:Has, how has that influenced your approach to business and
Vit Muller:leadership being a black belt at
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, great question, man.
Walt Bayliss:Thank you.
Walt Bayliss:so when I started Taekwondo, I, let me go back a little bit further.
Walt Bayliss:When I was 18 years old, I wrote down a list of a hundred things
Walt Bayliss:I wanted to do in my life.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, it was crazy things on there, bungee jumping and you know, that kind of stuff.
Walt Bayliss:But the number one thing on that list was I wanted to get a Taekwondo black belt.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:I want it to be a black belt in Taekwondo.
Walt Bayliss:So that was when I was 18, but I, I didn't start training until I was maybe 26, 27.
Walt Bayliss:And by that stage in my life, I've already shared.
Walt Bayliss:I was the, the, the most dedicated employee you've ever met.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:Which mean my health was real bad.
Walt Bayliss:I was desperately overweight.
Walt Bayliss:I. You know, talking pounds and kilos, I can't do the conversion, but
Walt Bayliss:roughly 30 kilos of a weight, which makes me 65, 80 pounds overweight.
Walt Bayliss:couldn't run a hundred meters without collapsing.
Walt Bayliss:I was, I was in trouble.
Walt Bayliss:And I decided at that point in my life to start Taekwondo.
Walt Bayliss:So I walked into the club.
Walt Bayliss:And it's actually still in the city where I still live.
Walt Bayliss:I walked into this club and I was not confident.
Walt Bayliss:I was embarrassed by who I was.
Walt Bayliss:I was dressed in ugly sweats.
Walt Bayliss:And there's all these like people doing these kicks and punches.
Walt Bayliss:And I was just standing quietly at the back.
Walt Bayliss:And I saw this guy and his name is Jamie.
Walt Bayliss:And we're still good friends to this day.
Walt Bayliss:I saw this guy at the front of the room, probably 15 years older than me.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:So I'm mid twenties, he's 40 and he's at the front of this room.
Walt Bayliss:And this, like, this dude was a weapon.
Walt Bayliss:I was watching him kick.
Walt Bayliss:Like you could kick the doors off a car, man, that guy.
Walt Bayliss:Oh my God.
Walt Bayliss:He was.
Walt Bayliss:Like an aura of like that guy.
Walt Bayliss:I don't want to mess with him.
Walt Bayliss:He is insane.
Walt Bayliss:So halfway through this class, you know, if you've ever done martial arts, they
Walt Bayliss:put the good guys at the front, the black belts, and then they work it back so
Walt Bayliss:that you're always looking at the person who's just one step better than you.
Walt Bayliss:So I was all the way at the back, but this guy was all the way at the front
Walt Bayliss:and they did the thing where they, they do a couple of bits and pieces
Walt Bayliss:and then they say, cool, partner up.
Walt Bayliss:And let's do this thing that they call sparring, which is pretty much
Walt Bayliss:fighting, you know, let's let's fight.
Vit Muller:that.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Right.
Walt Bayliss:So I don't know what made me do it.
Walt Bayliss:But this this decision changed my life.
Walt Bayliss:I made a straight line for Jamie at the front of the room,
Vit Muller:The black belt guy.
Walt Bayliss:the black belt, the weapon, I went straight from What
Walt Bayliss:the hell am I doing in this room?
Walt Bayliss:And I said, if I'm going to fight, I want to fight that guy.
Walt Bayliss:And maybe it was self punishment.
Walt Bayliss:I don't know.
Walt Bayliss:as I, as I walked up to Jamie, I said to, he, he looked at me
Walt Bayliss:with question marks in his eyes.
Walt Bayliss:And he honestly, the first thing he said to me was, really?
Walt Bayliss:And I said, dude, I want to be a black belt.
Walt Bayliss:You've already got one.
Walt Bayliss:Looks good.
Walt Bayliss:Let's look like a good fit to me.
Vit Muller:Mm
Walt Bayliss:said, cool, let's go.
Walt Bayliss:And he was, he was an incredible teacher, but the real lesson came this next step.
Walt Bayliss:Right?
Walt Bayliss:So we did our thing and I'm like, out of breath, exhausted on the floor.
Walt Bayliss:And he like puts an arm under me and helps me back up to my feet.
Walt Bayliss:And I said to him, dude, how did you do, how did you get to where you are?
Walt Bayliss:And this guy, Jamie.
Walt Bayliss:Was a window installation truck driver, right?
Walt Bayliss:That's what he did.
Walt Bayliss:That was his day job.
Walt Bayliss:But the next words out of his mouth are the most motivational things
Walt Bayliss:I've ever heard in my entire life.
Walt Bayliss:Out of all of the speakers I've ever listened to, what he said was, I
Walt Bayliss:just kept turning up to training.
Walt Bayliss:And as I look back at that in my life, I started from the lowest position that
Walt Bayliss:you could possibly find yourself from a Taekwondo black belt point of view.
Walt Bayliss:And Jamie said, The difference between the guy at the front of the room,
Walt Bayliss:and the guy at the back of the room.
Walt Bayliss:It's probably about 200 classes.
Walt Bayliss:You just keep turning up.
Walt Bayliss:You just keep coming one more time.
Walt Bayliss:You just keep doing it one more time.
Walt Bayliss:And eventually you've done it 10 times.
Walt Bayliss:And now you've done it 30 times.
Walt Bayliss:And now you've done it 100 times.
Walt Bayliss:And you didn't ever set out to do it 100 times.
Walt Bayliss:You did it once.
Walt Bayliss:And you did it one more time after that.
Walt Bayliss:And now I've got a third degree black belt.
Walt Bayliss:So I've been training for a long time, but you asked me, how has
Walt Bayliss:that changed my business in my life?
Walt Bayliss:So here it is, whatever it is that you need to do, be that an Instagram real,
Walt Bayliss:be that the next phone call you need to make, be that the next automation you need
Walt Bayliss:to build, or be that the next step you need to take, whatever that is for you.
Walt Bayliss:If you just decide to keep turning up to class over and over again, you go
Walt Bayliss:from the back of the room to the front and people are watching you, right?
Walt Bayliss:So the biggest lesson I can ever give you is just keep turning
Walt Bayliss:up and keep working at it.
Walt Bayliss:Because then, you're no longer the guy at the back.
Walt Bayliss:Now there's somebody watching you and you're teaching them.
Walt Bayliss:But you've still got that one more step to go.
Walt Bayliss:Just keep coming to class.
Walt Bayliss:Just keep doing what you need to do.
Walt Bayliss:Just do one more.
Walt Bayliss:Because you'll make it.
Vit Muller:Mate, you should have been a motivational speaker.
Vit Muller:That's well, there you go.
Vit Muller:Let me take you back here.
Vit Muller:Well done, mate.
Vit Muller:This is awesome.
Vit Muller:and yeah, and yes, I have done martial arts before and, and I really enjoyed.
Vit Muller:and, and I'm looking forward to get back to it.
Vit Muller:I actually had a really good, jujitsu.
Vit Muller:back here in Canberra, back before we left to check Republic, I did a little jujitsu.
Vit Muller:but then, you know, my son was born and there was just.
Vit Muller:Yeah, there you go.
Vit Muller:If you guys, if you know, if you're watching, yeah,
Vit Muller:what was showing his, second
Walt Bayliss:I keep it, I keep it close because it reminds me of that
Vit Muller:reminder.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:I liked it.
Vit Muller:And I've also tried Krav Maga, when I
Walt Bayliss:Ooh, that looks, that looks amazing.
Vit Muller:it's yeah.
Vit Muller:So I, I've never done Krav Maga and a mate of mine, who I know from Scotland,
Vit Muller:he lives in Berlin and we caught up in Prague and for a week and it was good.
Vit Muller:And then he goes, I'm organizing this like Krav Maga, like a
Vit Muller:week intensive, just, you know.
Vit Muller:It's not for public.
Vit Muller:It's not an offer.
Vit Muller:It's just me and two of my best mates and you mate, like, I want to have you there.
Walt Bayliss:Hell yeah.
Vit Muller:really private.
Vit Muller:He, his mate, this other coach, this other crowd, my coach, he's got his own dojo.
Vit Muller:So my mate, what did it is hired out the whole dojo for four days, just us.
Vit Muller:And we trained every day for eight hours.
Vit Muller:So I went, it's like an analogy of a weekend warrior, right?
Vit Muller:From nothing to like getting smashed.
Vit Muller:So as soon as I landed in Berlin, we, you know, we, we, we drop our stuff at
Vit Muller:his place and I thought, you know, like normally like, you know, crack beer open
Vit Muller:and just, you know, like meet and greet.
Vit Muller:That's great.
Vit Muller:Having, you know, I haven't seen you, man, like any like.
Vit Muller:Come on, hurry up.
Vit Muller:Get your shit.
Vit Muller:Let's go and
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, let's go down the dream.
Walt Bayliss:You
Vit Muller:flops.
Vit Muller:So I'm like, guys, I haven't even took shoes off.
Vit Muller:I asked your fault.
Vit Muller:Come on, let's go and run.
Vit Muller:We're going to catch a train, catch a train.
Vit Muller:It was like brutal.
Vit Muller:And, and he, you know, he put himself into that position.
Vit Muller:He's like, man, I'm your Mac, but I'm for this four days.
Vit Muller:This is like, we're going to go all in.
Vit Muller:Like, all right.
Vit Muller:And yeah, we just practice.
Vit Muller:Oh, man, that's great.
Vit Muller:And obviously a lot of shortcuts.
Vit Muller:So normally in Krav Maga, things take a longer before they introduce you to
Vit Muller:knives of the fans or other things.
Vit Muller:But because this was like us, a private experience, and it
Vit Muller:was him and the other coach.
Vit Muller:So it was the ratio of two coaches for three people.
Vit Muller:It was, you know, you can't get any better.
Vit Muller:And so we just, we just did, you know, all the different
Vit Muller:things you think it was yeah.
Vit Muller:You know, knife, knife defense and, and like all those, yeah, I really enjoyed it.
Vit Muller:I was smashed.
Vit Muller:I had a lot of bruises, four days, but it's been great.
Vit Muller:And actually, there's Krav Maga, classes just started here in Canberra.
Vit Muller:And I'm going to, I'm going to start doing those.
Vit Muller:I just got to get a couple of things out of my desk, but yeah.
Walt Bayliss:Just keep going to
Vit Muller:Mate, this has been amazing.
Vit Muller:This has been
Walt Bayliss:Thanks.
Vit Muller:been looking forward to having you.
Walt Bayliss:come and say hi.
Walt Bayliss:It's I really value it, man.
Walt Bayliss:Thank you for the invite.
Vit Muller:Yeah, we have a couple more segments that I usually go
Vit Muller:through, but I'll probably just skip through because we're, running out
Vit Muller:of time, but there is one segment that I think I'll do want to keep on.
Vit Muller:And that is just a couple of rapid fire questions regarding high level.
Vit Muller:What about high level origin and grab your attention?
Vit Muller:Was there something specific or a problem you were trying to solve?
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, for me, it was, everything all in one.
Walt Bayliss:So we kind of realized the value and the power of the agency model.
Walt Bayliss:second, like we saw that as an amazing income opportunity.
Walt Bayliss:Second, the first thing for us was everything all in one.
Walt Bayliss:So that was what really caught my attention was that you can combine so many
Walt Bayliss:things into one environment and you don't have to have multiple tools plugged in.
Walt Bayliss:After that, we went, whoa.
Walt Bayliss:We can sell this hell.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, let's go.
Walt Bayliss:So it was, it was definitely the functionality that caught our eye.
Vit Muller:And obviously you saw that, like you, you were trying
Vit Muller:to develop your own products.
Vit Muller:But as you said, at the beginning, you realize what these companies.
Vit Muller:Trucking faster than us.
Vit Muller:There's no way we're going to compete.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, definitely.
Walt Bayliss:And, and you know what they do, they do so well.
Walt Bayliss:So rather than the great thing about high level is you don't need to be
Walt Bayliss:a software dev to have the very best social media management system, at your
Walt Bayliss:fingertips, you just have to pay an agency license, a couple of grand a year
Walt Bayliss:and you can sell it unlimited times.
Walt Bayliss:Why wouldn't you take that?
Walt Bayliss:That's a great idea.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:And obviously ideally get set to fire and learn how to use it.
Vit Muller:We have somebody on your team who knows ins and outs that that's, that's the,
Vit Muller:I like to say like when people ask me like, Hey, you know, why wouldn't
Vit Muller:I just go on directly to high level?
Vit Muller:I'm like, well, you could, but you know, I've been at it for five
Vit Muller:years and I'm still learning, you know, what new high level feature or
Vit Muller:digital marketing tool are you most excited about right now and why?
Walt Bayliss:AI voice and AI agents, without a shadow of a doubt, because
Walt Bayliss:I feel like business owners, business owners want it done for them and AI
Walt Bayliss:does that without, without needing to be employed, interviewed, given days off, AI.
Walt Bayliss:Is definitely the most exciting feature for me.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:Awesome.
Vit Muller:I agree.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:I'm saying, what are you looking forward to the most in the future?
Vit Muller:How level releases and why?
Walt Bayliss:Wow.
Walt Bayliss:I haven't kept up with the roadmap.
Walt Bayliss:I'm just constantly, amazed by what Sean puts out, but I think, you know,
Walt Bayliss:as we stand here, as we record this.
Walt Bayliss:The concept of AI agents is only just taking root.
Walt Bayliss:And I think, the, the introduction of, an AI agent that does specific
Walt Bayliss:things in the software for you based on command will be, a game changer.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:So I think an example of that, right now, if you guys use ClickUp, you
Vit Muller:can now basically have a bot that understands everything that's happening
Vit Muller:inside your ClickUp from documents, anything you've got, and you can ask it.
Vit Muller:So I think a high level release, something like that later on down the track,
Vit Muller:where you could just have a conversation to say, Hey, out of all the people
Vit Muller:in my CRM, is there anybody that you reckon I should like contact right now?
Vit Muller:And it could just, you know,
Walt Bayliss:Analyze it in a
Vit Muller:analyze.
Vit Muller:Yeah, that would be
Walt Bayliss:be incredible.
Vit Muller:yeah.
Vit Muller:if you could give one piece of advice to a new high level user to make
Vit Muller:their life easier when adopting and using high level, what would that be?
Walt Bayliss:People will say things like niche down, focus
Walt Bayliss:on one thing, find a solution.
Walt Bayliss:I would say.
Walt Bayliss:The best thing that you could do would be to build your belief
Walt Bayliss:in what you have in your hands.
Walt Bayliss:And the best way I think you could do that would be to, track
Walt Bayliss:down some of the case studies of people who have grown incredible
Walt Bayliss:businesses as a result of high level.
Walt Bayliss:because once you know that it can be done, then anyone can do it.
Walt Bayliss:And if you have the belief that what you have in your hands is incredible,
Walt Bayliss:you'll have more confidence in the next.
Walt Bayliss:the next time you're talking to somebody on the phone about what you can do for
Walt Bayliss:them because you would have had already seen that it can be done for others.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:And also seek more no's, like more no's you can get closer.
Vit Muller:You get to yes.
Vit Muller:on this podcast, we have a segment called the beef, where we discuss
Vit Muller:constructive feedback on high level to improve the platform and
Vit Muller:get upvotes on the ideas board.
Vit Muller:One thing that, you may not know if you're new to high level is
Vit Muller:unfortunately you cannot pitch your own ideas that you've put on the ideas
Vit Muller:board through the Facebook group.
Vit Muller:It gets taken down as reasons for it.
Vit Muller:Now I've made this podcast because I enjoy podcasting and I've
Vit Muller:created this particular question.
Vit Muller:Well, I've put together this question, this, the beef segment
Vit Muller:as an opportunity for you guys to, to, to get to promote your upvotes.
Vit Muller:Are there any challenges or frustrations that, you personally will
Vit Muller:have faced with high level recently that you'd like to talk about?
Walt Bayliss:Look, I think every, every time we've come up with a suggestion
Walt Bayliss:on the, on the board, it's happened.
Walt Bayliss:so we are absolutely ecstatic about the fact that it's happening.
Walt Bayliss:But one of the, one of the big ones for us as a development company, that's working.
Walt Bayliss:You know, side by side with high level at the conference in Dallas, what they
Walt Bayliss:talked about, and this is techie, right?
Walt Bayliss:But what they talked about in a very closed session after the event
Walt Bayliss:was wrapped, sitting down with one of the devs, he mentioned a
Walt Bayliss:concept which is called headless.
Walt Bayliss:And that is where the elements of the program.
Walt Bayliss:So think about the contacts, think about the automations, think about the funnel
Walt Bayliss:builder, think about the membership area, where those elements will be taken out
Walt Bayliss:of the interface and accessible via API.
Walt Bayliss:And that allows a software development company to, to access the functionality
Walt Bayliss:of that module without ever having to have a user account inside of GHL.
Walt Bayliss:So to us as a developer, and especially, you know, we're
Walt Bayliss:thinking about lead generation.
Walt Bayliss:Imagine if we could have the contacts and the automations inside our dashboard.
Walt Bayliss:And so you could go lead gen into contacts, contacts into automations,
Walt Bayliss:and you could do it all from.
Walt Bayliss:One platform.
Walt Bayliss:So there is a move towards what they call headless, which is going to open
Walt Bayliss:the doors for, other software companies to use the power and the, and the
Walt Bayliss:functionality of high level inside of their own apps by plugging in APIs.
Walt Bayliss:To me, that is like.
Walt Bayliss:Incredible.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:So not exactly the beef, but a feature suggestion.
Vit Muller:Now, guys, for you listening, if you do have any, like, so obviously Walt
Vit Muller:mentioned, you know, he's anything that he's put up on the, on the ideas,
Vit Muller:but has actually gone through and has been, has been, he's been rolled out.
Vit Muller:but sometimes, you know, it is a Democrat, a democratic way, where
Vit Muller:certain things don't get as many upvotes.
Vit Muller:And so they, they stay in a. On the back burner until they get discovered.
Vit Muller:So if you have like a really good idea and it's not getting enough votes,
Vit Muller:you can actually, submit your idea and we'll feature it on the episode.
Vit Muller:If you just head over to highlevelexperience.
Vit Muller:com forward slash the beef, all you got to do is just make a short recording,
Vit Muller:audio recording, what the pain point is for you, what feature it is.
Vit Muller:And most importantly, the link to the ideas board, where you've
Vit Muller:already submitted that suggestion.
Vit Muller:That's the rule because otherwise, you know, we need to have a link
Walt Bayliss:You won't be able to find this.
Vit Muller:Exactly.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:So that's what that is.
Vit Muller:we also have another segment called three under three, which is three short stories,
Vit Muller:each story under 60 seconds sharing, or highlighting, a positive impact that
Vit Muller:you've made on a, on a client, you know, to client or to client's business and,
Vit Muller:and you know, that day to day, do you have a quick success story, just one success
Vit Muller:story or a recommendation result that from using high level that you'd like to
Vit Muller:share to inspire our listeners as well.
Walt Bayliss:Yeah, definitely, man.
Walt Bayliss:so, the super quick story, client named Jack, runs a, real estate buyers agency.
Walt Bayliss:what we were able to do for Jack was actually set up a referral
Walt Bayliss:system using high levels.
Walt Bayliss:So he was going out to mortgage brokers and, what he wanted to do was Let mortgage
Walt Bayliss:brokers register their leads via him so that mortgage, a lot of people in mortgage
Walt Bayliss:broking, they'll get finance approval, but then they don't actually buy a house.
Walt Bayliss:So the finance approval lapses after a certain amount of time.
Walt Bayliss:So whole message was, if you got the finance approval, you've done the hard
Walt Bayliss:work, you may as well get paid for it.
Walt Bayliss:So you only get paid when they take out a mortgage.
Walt Bayliss:If they register their leads, he as a buyer's agent could
Walt Bayliss:then, suggest properties and help the mortgage brokers to.
Walt Bayliss:to finalize that deal for their clients.
Walt Bayliss:So, Jack, well into his seventies when he met us, not technical, but
Walt Bayliss:because of high levels, ability to have tracked, referrals through the affiliate
Walt Bayliss:program, we were able to create a buyer's registry so that the mortgage
Walt Bayliss:brokers could register their leads.
Walt Bayliss:And after a certain amount of time, they got properties suggested to
Walt Bayliss:them from the buyer's agent, helping everybody win across the board.
Vit Muller:Mate, that's genius.
Vit Muller:I mean, I, earlier on in this conversation, I mentioned how I
Vit Muller:was talking to buyers agents today.
Vit Muller:you've just helped me come up with another level offer that
Vit Muller:I'm going to pitch to them.
Vit Muller:This is great.
Vit Muller:Excellent guys.
Vit Muller:If you have a story and you, you know, you've been doing amazing things with
Vit Muller:your SaaS, high level agency, and would like to help inspire others
Vit Muller:that are trying to do the same, you can actually submit your story too.
Vit Muller:video would be great, you know, just a short selfie style, 60 seconds.
Vit Muller:Just say your name, the agency that, you know, your agency name, who you helped,
Vit Muller:what was the impact, 60 seconds, short and punchy, and we will, we'll slot them
Vit Muller:into one of the episodes and obviously what you get in return is feeling good
Vit Muller:that you've helped inspire somebody else and show them that there's a true, like a
Vit Muller:validation of like this works, you know, and, you know, the world's big enough.
Vit Muller:The marketplace is big enough and we can all win.
Vit Muller:And ultimately.
Vit Muller:What we do is we can make greater impact to a lot of small businesses.
Vit Muller:And if more of us do it well, more businesses when everybody wins.
Walt Bayliss:Perfect.
Walt Bayliss:Go
Vit Muller:I've got a tricky question for you.
Vit Muller:Are you ready for that one?
Vit Muller:Well,
Walt Bayliss:fire away, man.
Vit Muller:we're all humans.
Vit Muller:No one is perfect.
Vit Muller:What are you not very good at?
Walt Bayliss:What am I?
Walt Bayliss:I'm terrible at cooking.
Walt Bayliss:I am.
Walt Bayliss:I am the world's worst cook.
Walt Bayliss:my wife is the world's greatest cook.
Walt Bayliss:So, anytime if she's away or if she's, doing something else, man, the dinners
Walt Bayliss:in our house are absolutely terrible.
Walt Bayliss:I've cooked one meal for her in our nearly 20 years of marriage
Walt Bayliss:and I set the fire alarm off.
Walt Bayliss:So, I was never allowed to do that again.
Walt Bayliss:What do I suck at?
Walt Bayliss:Dude, that's definitely cooking.
Vit Muller:Right.
Vit Muller:Well, I'm the, I'm the other way.
Vit Muller:I'm a, I'm a qualified chef by trade.
Vit Muller:My wife, she isn't.
Vit Muller:So there's something, I always, you know, because when she does
Vit Muller:something, when she cooks something, I feel like I want to help her.
Vit Muller:I want to give her an, like an end device and their device.
Vit Muller:Frickin hates it.
Vit Muller:She just, she just says, look, if you just kept quiet and just
Vit Muller:ate what I made, it would work
Walt Bayliss:That the world would be a cleaner, easier place.
Vit Muller:yeah.
Vit Muller:Tell me, tell me something that's true that almost nobody agrees with you on.
Walt Bayliss:Tell me something that's true that almost nobody agrees with me on.
Walt Bayliss:That's a tough one.
Vit Muller:And if you haven't got an answer, it's fine.
Vit Muller:I sometimes.
Walt Bayliss:anyone see any, like, I mean, it goes philosophical again, but any
Walt Bayliss:one single person can change the world.
Vit Muller:Go again,
Walt Bayliss:Any one single person can change the world.
Vit Muller:you reckon?
Walt Bayliss:I believe it.
Walt Bayliss:I absolutely believe it.
Walt Bayliss:The right person with the right message in the right environment with
Walt Bayliss:the right medium, never doubt it.
Walt Bayliss:If you believe it, you can change it.
Vit Muller:I mean, I'd like to believe it.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:My, my, my brain goes straight to well, what about people who, I don't know, when
Vit Muller:born before, I don't know that have, you know, difficult, you know, I don't know.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Vit Muller:Well, yeah.
Vit Muller:I mean, there was just excuses, I guess.
Vit Muller:Yeah.
Walt Bayliss:and for every excuse, there's a, there's a real case study
Walt Bayliss:that proves against it, but that's why, you know, not everybody believes
Walt Bayliss:it, but, I believe it to be true.
Vit Muller:yeah, mate, we're at the end.
Vit Muller:thank you so much.
Walt Bayliss:You're welcome.
Vit Muller:it's been a pleasure.
Vit Muller:good to get to, touch base again.
