Profit Roadmap System™ for GHL Agencies

This is a unique business model for GHL Agencies looking to offer more scalable deployment of systems to clients, faster results and more profitability thanks to it's 'productised' approach.

It includes 10 distinct systems, each designed as a standalone module (snapshot). These snapshots are installed into your SaaS customer's accounts gradually, over time, one on top of the next one like pieces of a puzzle. This approach contrasts with a single, expansive custom projects, which often proves tougher to market and deliver.

Profit Roadmap™ System and it's 'gradual rollout' method leads to faster fulfilment, onboarding, and delivery of results for your SaaS clients.

Vit Muller:

tell us what's been happening, 'cause I've seen that

Vit Muller:

you've been running some big event in Philippines earlier on this year.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: it used to be just a dream for me to actually bring HighLevel here.

Vit Muller:

this year I'm getting my second Diamond award, as a

Vit Muller:

SaaSprenuer, and my third Gold.

Vit Muller:

what makes you passionate about going above and beyond?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: I think that was also last year.

Vit Muller:

that kind of challenged me to dream bigger.

Vit Muller:

That's because there was this one conversation where I think we're

Vit Muller:

the only Filipinos in the room.

Vit Muller:

And then somebody, asked me a question like, "Hey, who's your boss?"

Vit Muller:

Guys, Level Up at Dallas, at the end of October is coming up.

Vit Muller:

there's been the most amount of updates I've ever seen this year,

Vit Muller:

and that's even before Level Up.

Vit Muller:

So normally it goes really quiet, and it hasn't been quiet.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: it's mind-blowing.

Vit Muller:

That's the one word I can only share for now because it's really confidential.

Vit Muller:

It is gonna be mind-blowing.

Vit Muller:

you can literally apply what you learned today, put it to

Vit Muller:

work, then, leverage it, and then when you need an extra boost, come

Vit Muller:

back for another piece of education,

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: I didn't expect it to be this way.

Vit Muller:

normally the podcast is just about talking, having conversation,

Vit Muller:

but this is the first podcast that I have ever attended where

Vit Muller:

people get to learn from it.

Vit Muller:

Hello, everybody.

Vit Muller:

Welcome to another episode on the HighLevel Experience Podcast.

Vit Muller:

Our guest today is an entrepreneur, educator, and legit HighLevel

Vit Muller:

power user from Philippines.

Vit Muller:

She didn't just build an agency.

Vit Muller:

She trained 14,000 people, created over 1,000 jobs, and then went

Vit Muller:

and launched SALIGPAY, the first native payment integration for

Vit Muller:

HighLevel in the Philippines.

Vit Muller:

That's big, bold move that basically removed the number one

Vit Muller:

blocker for Filipino Saaspreneurs.

Vit Muller:

Now, today, we're gonna be talking about her jam, thinking like a systems

Vit Muller:

architect before you ever touch a pipeline for a client or your own pipeline.

Vit Muller:

Process mapping that actually finds the bottlenecks, kills busy

Vit Muller:

work, and scales without breaking.

Vit Muller:

We'll talk about paid discovery, the exact mapping frameworks she uses,

Vit Muller:

where people over-automate, and how payments unlock new offers and revenue.

Vit Muller:

Please welcome to the show Jaycee "Cece" Tan

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Hi, everybody.

Vit Muller:

I'm super excited that I'm finally here at the HighLevel Experience Podcast.

Vit Muller:

we have planned this a long time, but now we're here, so I'm super excited, Vit,

Vit Muller:

to share exactly the strategies that I've used, for a long time, like to help custom

Vit Muller:

build, anything, it doesn't matter which industry, anything inside of HighLevel

Vit Muller:

by mapping it first, because that's what most people forget all the time.

Vit Muller:

They normally jump into HighLevel and forget planning, right?

Vit Muller:

So yeah, thank you so much for having me, Vit, and definitely excited to share,

Vit Muller:

what I have learned along the way and share the strategies that did work for me.

Vit Muller:

So thank you.

Vit Muller:

No, it's great to have you here.

Vit Muller:

it feels like yesterday when I met you.

Vit Muller:

so guys, I met Jay-cee back in Sydney, which was last year

Vit Muller:

at the, Sydney SaaSprenuer.

Vit Muller:

Wasn't it last year, was it?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, it was last year, but it almost feels

Vit Muller:

like it was just yesterday.

Vit Muller:

it feels like just like yesterday.

Vit Muller:

So yeah.

Vit Muller:

we met there, organized a little trip, went to…

Vit Muller:

Because we had a lot of US folks coming over to Australia, and the day

Vit Muller:

before the SaaSprenuer, which is a three-day event, by the way, if you

Vit Muller:

don't know what SaaSprenuer is, guys, it's for those of us that are reselling

Vit Muller:

HighLevel under the 497 plan, and we just, we just wanna be good at it.

Vit Muller:

So HighLevel puts up these SaaSprenuer events around the world

Vit Muller:

a couple times throughout the year.

Vit Muller:

They're really good, and they go for about two to three days,

Vit Muller:

and I highly recommend it.

Vit Muller:

And yeah, so last year was one in Sydney.

Vit Muller:

bunch of people came to Sydney and yeah, we organized a little trip to

Vit Muller:

go to, go to Manly for a luncheon.

Vit Muller:

That's where I met Jay-cee.

Vit Muller:

Jay-cee, you've always been very energetic.

Vit Muller:

That's what I love about you.

Vit Muller:

I've been following you on- online since, since we… I think we met

Vit Muller:

also at Dallas, at a Level Up, too.

Vit Muller:

But yeah, I've been, yeah, so lot's been happening in your world.

Vit Muller:

tell us what's been happening, 'cause I've seen that you've been running some big

Vit Muller:

event in Philippines earlier on this year.

Vit Muller:

you're all over.

Vit Muller:

it's impressive.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, I know.

Vit Muller:

I'm super excited to share with the audience that for the first

Vit Muller:

time, we were able to bring HighLevel in the Philippines.

Vit Muller:

it's, it used to be just a dream for me to actually bring HighLevel here.

Vit Muller:

I never imagined that they would even say yes to it.

Vit Muller:

that was kind of like just an idea that I, that I was able to bring up to Wesley

Vit Muller:

and then kind of convince the entire founders to be in the Philippines.

Vit Muller:

Just imagine, they-- we just did this, last August 8th to 9th, and we had

Vit Muller:

about almost 3,000 audience attend.

Vit Muller:

So I'm gonna have to say it was one of the biggest, HighLevel events

Vit Muller:

so far, and it was also the first HighLevel event in, I would say in,

Vit Muller:

I would say in Southeast Asia, right?

Vit Muller:

Because we already did in Australia.

Vit Muller:

they did that in Australia already and in India.

Vit Muller:

But for Southeast Asia, it was first, all right?

Vit Muller:

So other than that, we have been doing a lot of local chapter events

Vit Muller:

in, in the Philippines as well.

Vit Muller:

So the things that I used to dream about, especially, you know, having

Vit Muller:

an entire presence, like having HighLevel or HighLevel's presence in

Vit Muller:

the Philippines is already happening.

Vit Muller:

And it's been-- A-and I think it's really because of the events that

Vit Muller:

we have been attending, right?

Vit Muller:

'Cause if I did not attend the Sydney event, people wouldn't probably notice me.

Vit Muller:

Or if I did not attend the Level Up as a speaker, then probably

Vit Muller:

they wouldn't, they wouldn't even say yes to all these crazy ideas.

Vit Muller:

So that's been what's happening, Vit.

Vit Muller:

And really, I'm also super excited to be back at the Level Up this year because

Vit Muller:

I'm getting my second Diamond award, as a SaaSprenuer, and my third Gold.

Vit Muller:

So yeah, a lot has happened in the past, what, three years?

Vit Muller:

just being so active in the community.

Vit Muller:

That's brilliant.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, and yeah, I think you broke a record on that one, 3,000 attendees.

Vit Muller:

not even HighLevel, their Level Up event in Dallas has that many attendees.

Vit Muller:

So kudos to you.

Vit Muller:

That's, well done.

Vit Muller:

you really, you show that you've put the work, you've

Vit Muller:

planned it, you made it happen.

Vit Muller:

I don't-- I can't even start to think how much work goes into it, but

Vit Muller:

certainly would've been, a lot of work.

Vit Muller:

but yeah, congratulations.

Vit Muller:

well done.

Vit Muller:

that's very impressive

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: I just wish that you were here though.

Vit Muller:

Maybe next year.

Vit Muller:

yeah.

Vit Muller:

Well, we've been going through a bit of a relocation from Australia to now Czech

Vit Muller:

Republic, so it was a bit tricky for us.

Vit Muller:

But,

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: I know.

Vit Muller:

yeah, these events happen every year.

Vit Muller:

I'm excited to, yeah, to make it

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: I know.

Vit Muller:

They've been all over the world, so I'm sure that we're gonna see them

Vit Muller:

more in different countries, and I'm just so happy that the Philippines was

Vit Muller:

actually one of the chosen ones, right?

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Now I've got a question for you.

Vit Muller:

you obviously you've got your own agency.

Vit Muller:

You just said it, you're going for a second, a platinum award.

Vit Muller:

So that means a second agency because you don't get subsequent

Vit Muller:

award for the same one.

Vit Muller:

from my understanding, plat- diamond award is when you have

Vit Muller:

more than 500 sub-accounts, right?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: 1,000.

Vit Muller:

So for Diamond is kind of like the highest.

Vit Muller:

So the Gold is when you get 100

Vit Muller:

Hundred

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Platinum is when you get 500 sub-accounts.

Vit Muller:

And then Diamond is when you get 1,000, sub-accounts.

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

I thought platinum was higher.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, that makes sense.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, diamond is.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

you could just do that.

Vit Muller:

but you decided to help all the other Filipinos and just what makes you

Vit Muller:

passionate about going above and beyond?

Vit Muller:

Because a lot of people just focus on their own business

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: I think it kind of became my mission to really empower

Vit Muller:

more Filipinos to see themselves more than just, as a support, person.

Vit Muller:

as Filipinos traditionally, or not traditionally, but ever since

Vit Muller:

day one, we have been known as just, the virtual assistant.

Vit Muller:

Although there's nothing bad about that.

Vit Muller:

It's just I wanna dream higher, or I would say dream bigger for

Vit Muller:

the Filipino community because, I wanna be able to let them see the

Vit Muller:

opportunities that are available to become a SaaSprpreneur themselves

Vit Muller:

or to become a builder themselves.

Vit Muller:

Because now we have AI, it's so easy to build anything.

Vit Muller:

Filipinos are very hardworking, and I don't think that it is impossible

Vit Muller:

for us to become someone else, as well, right, in the future.

Vit Muller:

I kind of just wanna become that advocate that you can do more and

Vit Muller:

do better and also become a business owner yourselves as a Filipino.

Vit Muller:

what kind of pushed me to do this, I did not share this with you,

Vit Muller:

Vit, but the first, HighLevel event that I attended or even I would say

Vit Muller:

the very first international event that I ever attended was in Dubai.

Vit Muller:

that was, I think that was also last year.

Vit Muller:

that kind of challenged me to dream bigger.

Vit Muller:

That's because there was this one conversation where I think we're the only

Vit Muller:

Filipinos there, like at least there's two of us, only two Filipinos in the room.

Vit Muller:

And then somebody, asked me a question like, "Hey, who's your boss?"

Vit Muller:

And I was there as a business owner, and I was like so shocked.

Vit Muller:

it kind of offended me, but at the same time it challenged me, right?

Vit Muller:

Because that person, he didn't mean anything bad.

Vit Muller:

Like he, he probably just think that I am probably working for someone else, right?

Vit Muller:

So he asked me like, "Who are you working for?" who's your boss?" And I

Vit Muller:

had to tell him, with confidence that, "Hey, I'm here as a business owner

Vit Muller:

as well, that we have, that we have-- I have been running an agency for

Vit Muller:

about seven years." So kind of, that's kind of like where the story started.

Vit Muller:

So from then on, I challenged myself that the next time that Filipinos attend

Vit Muller:

these conferences, that we will be seen differently, that we're no longer

Vit Muller:

gonna be asked like, "Who's your boss?"

Vit Muller:

But rather we're gonna be asked the same question like,

Vit Muller:

"What's your business?" Right?

Vit Muller:

So th-th-that's kind of where the mission and like the idea of why

Vit Muller:

this became, a bigger than myself.

Vit Muller:

I love it.

Vit Muller:

Spoken like a true entrepreneur, challenging the status quo

Vit Muller:

and breaking through it.

Vit Muller:

Very good.

Vit Muller:

we're gonna get into some exciting stuff, guys.

Vit Muller:

If you're listening, if you're watching on YouTube or if you're just listening

Vit Muller:

and driving a car, we're gonna get into some exciting stuff in a second.

Vit Muller:

But, I just wanted to also understand your journey.

Vit Muller:

so you started your agency seven years ago.

Vit Muller:

Was that sort of a time t- to, you finding about HighLevel?

Vit Muller:

Or what was, what's the beginning story there for you with your business?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: So I also started as a virtual assistant, back in the

Vit Muller:

day, so that was around, 2018.

Vit Muller:

And then, because you were doing so good at what you do, the clients

Vit Muller:

started growing, meaning to say they started noticing that, "Hey, you are

Vit Muller:

really good. I need another person like you." So from there, I started

Vit Muller:

hiring, people, training them.

Vit Muller:

So pretty much how-- my agency was a virtual assistant agency for real

Vit Muller:

estate investors, back in the day.

Vit Muller:

So be- like I said, because I was doing so good at what I do, I was able to

Vit Muller:

quickly, grow the agency, like from four people, like in six months, we had

Vit Muller:

over 25 and then 50, people right away.

Vit Muller:

So I started, managing virtual assistants, but we're offering

Vit Muller:

more like a done-for-you service because I have learned that, real

Vit Muller:

estate investors before, they wanted to hire virtual assistant,

Vit Muller:

but they don't wanna train them.

Vit Muller:

So what I did was I was the one training them, and eventually was

Vit Muller:

the one managing the VAs for them.

Vit Muller:

So we're running campaigns, we're running cold calling, SMS marketing for all

Vit Muller:

these investors so that they can only, get the motivated, sellers their way.

Vit Muller:

And back then, Vit, we were using like a white labeled version of HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

I didn't know that we were even using a white label

Vit Muller:

version for our clients before.

Vit Muller:

we were using Podio, which is an old CRM, and as well as Infusionsoft.

Vit Muller:

And when I saw HighLevel the first time, I was so amazed because finally

Vit Muller:

I can do everything in one place.

Vit Muller:

'Cause in the past, like if you have Infusionsoft, you have to

Vit Muller:

use other platforms to make phone calls, to send text messages.

Vit Muller:

they used to call it Confusionsoft

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, conditions off.

Vit Muller:

Exactly.

Vit Muller:

So it was a lot, right?

Vit Muller:

So when I was introduced to HighLevel first, like I said, it was a white

Vit Muller:

labeled version, it's called AI Reply.

Vit Muller:

We were using it for all of our clients, at least 100 clients at that time.

Vit Muller:

And then, then from there I started learning like maybe a few months later

Vit Muller:

that I started learning that, yeah, this was, a white labeled version.

Vit Muller:

we were the ones helping them, set up everything inside of the platform.

Vit Muller:

And because I have to train my people, I gotta learn the platform as well, right?

Vit Muller:

So that's how it started.

Vit Muller:

And then eventually, this agency also started hiring people from us,

Vit Muller:

so it was a quick growth, for my virtual assistant agency 'cause then

Vit Muller:

they have somebody who's operating the entire software for them without

Vit Muller:

having to, to train these people.

Vit Muller:

So I was able to hire over 100, virtual assistants and was running

Vit Muller:

it for about five, six years almost.

Vit Muller:

But, Vit, honestly, I would have to admit that in 2024 I had to

Vit Muller:

close my virtual assistant agency, and it was also because of AIs.

Vit Muller:

I mean, I don't know if you remember, I don't know if you've ever been familiar

Vit Muller:

with SMS marketing, but in the US in 2024, that's when they implemented a

Vit Muller:

lot of, things around SMS regulations.

Vit Muller:

So now they require A2P, they require 10 DLC, kind of those stuff.

Vit Muller:

And that really affected our business because our business was 100%

Vit Muller:

reliant on doing text marketing.

Vit Muller:

So in 2024 I decided to close it.

Vit Muller:

And yeah, and this is where, kind of like the redirection happened because I know

Vit Muller:

that I know HighLevel by heart since the beginning and I was like, was so down,

Vit Muller:

because I just closed a baby business that I worked hard for, since day one.

Vit Muller:

Then I couldn't accept that I am closing it.

Vit Muller:

I got really depressed to the point that, I ha- I don't share this a

Vit Muller:

lot, but I almost, gave it all up.

Vit Muller:

Like, I would say like I almost, had this idea of just taking my life, right?

Vit Muller:

Because, I couldn't accept the fact that I'm closing a business.

Vit Muller:

but I couldn't do that.

Vit Muller:

I couldn't really bring myself to do that because I have two kids.

Vit Muller:

I have a five-year-old and, seven-year-old, so

Vit Muller:

I just couldn't do that.

Vit Muller:

So

Vit Muller:

You know what it is?

Vit Muller:

It's, it's-- And I can relate to this because like you build something and

Vit Muller:

it becomes part of your identity, and then when it fails, it's like you feel

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: it's like the end of the world

Vit Muller:

"What's going on?" yeah, it's, you lose the… it

Vit Muller:

affects your confidence, right?

Vit Muller:

It, it questions come up.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

thank you for bringing it up and for sharing it 'cause it's, that's

Vit Muller:

very personal and, and but I wanted to say yeah, I can relate.

Vit Muller:

but yeah, let's continue

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah.

Vit Muller:

that day I was like, "I need to find a way to distract myself." And this

Vit Muller:

is when I decided, "You know what?

Vit Muller:

Let me just post something on Facebook.

Vit Muller:

I need to focus on what am I good at." And what am I good at?

Vit Muller:

I'm good at, teaching because I was in training for five years prior,

Vit Muller:

the virtual assistant agency company.

Vit Muller:

So I was like, "Who here wants to…" I posted like a quick message on

Vit Muller:

Facebook saying, "Who here wants to learn automation or HighLevel?" And

Vit Muller:

that was in 2024, around August.

Vit Muller:

And I still couldn't forget that in just two hours, I had about 400 comments from

Vit Muller:

different people that I don't even know.

Vit Muller:

And I was like, "Okay, now Cece, you don't have a choice because you invited them for

Vit Muller:

a workshop or for a training that's free."

Vit Muller:

And all of a sudden, like a week later when we were about to do, the actual

Vit Muller:

workshop, I had about, what, thousand people in the call, and it shocked me.

Vit Muller:

Wow

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: didn't expect it at all.

Vit Muller:

I was like, I don't know.

Vit Muller:

I was like

Vit Muller:

Who was the audience?

Vit Muller:

Was it in Philippines?

Vit Muller:

was it a workshop that you put up for Philippines?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: all was Filipinos initially.

Vit Muller:

So all of them were from the Philippines.

Vit Muller:

I didn't know that a lot of people would really like to learn what

Vit Muller:

I was doing, so I was so shocked that in two weeks we had over 4,000

Vit Muller:

Filip- Filipinos in the community.

Vit Muller:

So

Vit Muller:

awesome

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: yeah, now I don't have a choice.

Vit Muller:

Now I don't have, reason to cry.

Vit Muller:

So now I'm, I had to force myself to show up twice a week,

Vit Muller:

doing this free, free training.

Vit Muller:

I was doing that for over, maybe six, eight months that I was just

Vit Muller:

doing it for free to everybody.

Vit Muller:

And then eventually that's when I came up with a product of, okay, now we have

Vit Muller:

so many people, maybe this is the time where we package it, where I'm also

Vit Muller:

gonna have to give them a subaccount.

Vit Muller:

And this is where HL Accelerator was born because now people wanna learn, but

Vit Muller:

there's no way that they can learn without actually having an account themselves.

Vit Muller:

So

Vit Muller:

And I guess for Philippines, the income is still low,

Vit Muller:

so they couldn't really afford to have their own HighLevel license, or

Vit Muller:

it's still a bit more out of reach?

Vit Muller:

am I assuming correctly or?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: actually, because there is a $97, minimum advertised policy,

Vit Muller:

I had to stick with the pricing.

Vit Muller:

So I did, I still had to stick with the pricing and offered it to the Filipino

Vit Muller:

market, and honestly, it still worked.

Vit Muller:

So in, in six months doing, like running that HL Accelerator, we were able

Vit Muller:

to get our first gold, for, for, for becoming-- like to becoming a Saaspreneur.

Vit Muller:

So I think it went all… it went really fast that I still

Vit Muller:

couldn't believe what happened.

Vit Muller:

but yeah, but I think it was all a redirection because I think that

Vit Muller:

time I was so hard-headed, because I was not asking God, to help me.

Vit Muller:

I was like trying to solve everything my own.

Vit Muller:

But when I gave it all up and said, God, I, I leave it up to you.

Vit Muller:

I don't have any control over any of these anymore.

Vit Muller:

just take it." And the moment I did that, that's exactly what happened.

Vit Muller:

So I, I think if there's anything I have to thank for, it's really Him, because it

Vit Muller:

was a total 360, redirection of my life.

Vit Muller:

'Cause from there, everything kind of, I would say, changed, right?

Vit Muller:

I was able to do my first event for 500 people, second event for 600

Vit Muller:

people-- 1,600 people, like 1,600, and then the next was a 3,000 event one.

Vit Muller:

So yeah, it was amazing.

Vit Muller:

And now you provide all these opportunities for so many Philippines.

Vit Muller:

So thank you for that.

Vit Muller:

It's, yeah, it's very impressive.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Thank you.

Vit Muller:

All right, so let's do this.

Vit Muller:

I know about-- I know this about you.

Vit Muller:

I know, also when you were booking in for this interview, you're a big fan of

Vit Muller:

process mapping, mapping out the customer journey and, like, when you get a client,

Vit Muller:

to fulfill or set up their HighLevel subaccount, you process, you map the whole

Vit Muller:

process for them before you build it.

Vit Muller:

I am very similar as well in that sense, and I've shared it

Vit Muller:

in some of the older, episodes.

Vit Muller:

I use a whiteboard and I go through a process, but I don't wanna talk about

Vit Muller:

my process 'cause I've covered it.

Vit Muller:

I'm interested to know about your process.

Vit Muller:

So if you wouldn't mind to share it, just give us a bit of an outline.

Vit Muller:

And then also, I've put together a bit of a, a role play for us,

Vit Muller:

so we could maybe show the guys, a real, example of that happening.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, absolutely.

Vit Muller:

can I share my screen?

Vit Muller:

Yes, absolutely

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay.

Vit Muller:

So actually, I was the same, as you, Vit.

Vit Muller:

In the past, I used to just write it all down in a paper, like whiteboard paper

Vit Muller:

whenever I was talking to a customer.

Vit Muller:

But this time around, because of AI, it helped me build, an AI agent

Vit Muller:

that helps me architect or draw the map, directly from ChatGPT.

Vit Muller:

So although this is right now decommissioning like the custom GPT, so

Vit Muller:

I have to, upload it as a plugin later on so that I can share it with everyone.

Vit Muller:

but I can share the link with you later on so that anyone can actually use it.

Vit Muller:

So basically, I created this to help me talk to business owner and as well as to

Vit Muller:

know exactly what to ask, because normally the struggle for every beginner is that

Vit Muller:

they don't know what to ask, right?

Vit Muller:

okay, I've met somebody, they wanna use HighLevel, but then

Vit Muller:

they get stuck with, okay, what are the things that I should ask?

Vit Muller:

How do I help them find out the solution inside of HighLevel?

Vit Muller:

So I created Pedro AI.

Vit Muller:

It's, very Filipino.

Vit Muller:

Pedro is very Filipino.

Vit Muller:

so that it can actually help anybody to map their process inside of HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

So I'm gonna be using, GP- like custom G- sorry, ChatGPT.

Vit Muller:

And then I also have another tool called mermaid.ai or any other, I

Vit Muller:

would say mapping tool will work.

Vit Muller:

But how I would do this is normally you just have to click on Start.

Vit Muller:

And when you click on Start, obviously the first question, which where we can

Vit Muller:

role play is, I will have to ask you, Vit, like can you tell me a bit about

Vit Muller:

your business and what do you do exactly?

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

So I've prepared, the, I've prepared the role play for us.

Vit Muller:

So this business is called Harbourside Physio.

Vit Muller:

Okay?

Vit Muller:

So it's a fictional business.

Vit Muller:

I'm gonna play the owner and, and then so the character is,

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: GHL

Vit Muller:

it is an owner of a two, clinic physio practice in Sydney.

Vit Muller:

he's been using HighLevel for… I've been using HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

I'm just gonna put myself in there as well.

Vit Muller:

I've been using HighLevel for six months, and it just feels

Vit Muller:

like it isn't working for us.

Vit Muller:

I think it, we need more leads.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay.

Vit Muller:

The two clinics

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: what do you guys offer?

Vit Muller:

what are your, services?

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

So we are a physio clinic, so we offer physio, assessments, initial assessment,

Vit Muller:

and then, typically if we have a client that needs some work done, then it's,

Vit Muller:

a subsequent, a couple of sessions.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Got it.

Vit Muller:

okay.

Vit Muller:

So basically, you own two facial clinics in Sydney, and as you've mentioned,

Vit Muller:

you have been using HighLevel for about six months but not working.

Vit Muller:

Can you just tell me a little bit of how you're currently using

Vit Muller:

HighLevel for your business now?

Vit Muller:

At least, anything that you can remember, like how you're

Vit Muller:

currently, using HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

well, we don't just use HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

W- we use Cliniko for bookings.

Vit Muller:

the HighLevel was set up by another agency about six months ago.

Vit Muller:

it's got some web forms and a five email nurture, and then a shared

Vit Muller:

Gmail inbox and Excel sheet for, GP referrals and Google reviews.

Vit Muller:

We still, we… The guys, they forget, but we ask them manually

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Got it.

Vit Muller:

So can you just tell me what is currently the biggest problem with your process now?

Vit Muller:

Is it like more on the side of getting new, inquiries?

Vit Muller:

Is it more on the appointment side?

Vit Muller:

I understand that you've mentioned that in HighLevel you only have, web forms,

Vit Muller:

shared Gmail, but can you just tell me what are we trying to solve, using

Vit Muller:

It's traffic.

Vit Muller:

We need more leads.

Vit Muller:

We spend about three grand a month on Facebook and Google,

Vit Muller:

and I don't know what's working.

Vit Muller:

HighLevel isn't really working.

Vit Muller:

It's not really doing anything for us.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Got

Vit Muller:

my front desk is drowning.

Vit Muller:

I think I need to hire another receptionist, with the

Vit Muller:

existing clients that we have.

Vit Muller:

And our goal is-- So we got two clinics.

Vit Muller:

One is in Manly and, and one is in Dee Why.

Vit Muller:

And I w- I, the goal is to grow to three clinics next

Vit Muller:

year without hiring more admin

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay, got it.

Vit Muller:

So pretty much you're saying that you're currently running

Vit Muller:

ads, but it's not generating.

Vit Muller:

can you just walk me through the process of when somebody

Vit Muller:

saw your ad, what happens next?

Vit Muller:

they see your ads, do they fill out a form?

Vit Muller:

and if they do fill out a form, what happened to the lead?

Vit Muller:

Good question.

Vit Muller:

okay, just give me a second.

Vit Muller:

Let me run that Okay, great.

Vit Muller:

thanks for that role play.

Vit Muller:

Ceci is asking what happens next in terms of like the journey from a lead when they

Vit Muller:

come across a web- paid ad and, how do we, look after that whole process end to end

Vit Muller:

all the way down to providing services.

Vit Muller:

Can you just give me some bullet points on that process?

Vit Muller:

Just give it a second.

Vit Muller:

I'll wait for… I could use my brain too, but it's done its work.

Vit Muller:

It's done its work, so we'll just use the AI, and I'll cut

Vit Muller:

this out of the thing after.

Vit Muller:

I've got some numbers.

Vit Muller:

You can ask me about numbers.

Vit Muller:

I've got some numbers as

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah.

Vit Muller:

So can you just tell me, how much are you spending on ads now?

Vit Muller:

How many leads do you get per month

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

let me just answer that first question.

Vit Muller:

so with the journey, so what we do is, we've got an ad and we get inquiries.

Vit Muller:

So we run Facebook and Instagram ad, and also some Google ads.

Vit Muller:

So like I said, about three grand a month.

Vit Muller:

and then they send people to a landing page with book and assessment

Vit Muller:

form Now, some people they call instead, straight from Google

Vit Muller:

or our Google Business profile.

Vit Muller:

And then the, the third source of traffic is the GPs.

Vit Muller:

So we have GPs that refer patients to us by, emailing a letter, referral letter

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay.

Vit Muller:

And based on what you've mentioned, you said that you're not getting

Vit Muller:

enough, leads directly from these ads.

Vit Muller:

I know that you've mentioned that you're spending about 3,000 per month, right?

Vit Muller:

all together.

Vit Muller:

Can you just tell me, like, how many leads do you normally

Vit Muller:

generate, running these ads?

Vit Muller:

I don't know if you do have that number, at least an estimated number.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, sure.

Vit Muller:

So monthly we get about 100 and 180 total inquiries, and that's like an

Vit Muller:

aggregate between… So web forms about 70, phone calls maybe like that's just

Vit Muller:

numbers that I just had to dig out.

Vit Muller:

but numbers wise calls about 60 and then ads about 35 leads from

Vit Muller:

ads and about 15 referrals from GP

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: And then 15, about 15 referrals.

Vit Muller:

Got it.

Vit Muller:

I just wanna understand, 'cause you've mentioned earlier that

Vit Muller:

when they saw the ad, they will be routed directly to, a landing page.

Vit Muller:

So that landing page, they have to fill out a form or

Vit Muller:

can they check out right away?

Vit Muller:

Can they book an appointment directly from the ad?

Vit Muller:

How is that currently set up?

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

So there is a simple inquiry form, but they can, they can provide more details,

Vit Muller:

because the ads are not, lead form ads.

Vit Muller:

They're just like direct to a landing page.

Vit Muller:

So we collect the Delhi- the details from there.

Vit Muller:

And then, and then we typically, follow up.

Vit Muller:

and that's where the front desk staff is a little bit, a

Vit Muller:

little bit busy on that front

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Oh, got it.

Vit Muller:

So basically this inquiry or inquiry form, intake form, you guys

Vit Muller:

just collect information and the expectation is that your front desk

Vit Muller:

is gonna have to call them to convert?

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

And, sometimes we also get missed calls.

Vit Muller:

So like around lunchtime, when they're at the break or on Saturday mornings,

Vit Muller:

about 30% of calls go to voicemail.

Vit Muller:

And then, the voicemails get checked when Sarah has time,

Vit Muller:

Sarah, our front desk staff

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: understood.

Vit Muller:

I think I'm now seeing where the problem is right now because if you are running

Vit Muller:

ads and these leads are not answered quickly or at least within, within 30

Vit Muller:

seconds, then that means you're really losing a lot of opportunities, right?

Vit Muller:

Because in HighLevel, we can absolutely set up a follow-up, follow-up campaigns.

Vit Muller:

We can also set up agents to make sure that these are answered automatically.

Vit Muller:

But yeah, when a call goes to a voicemail, I just wanna understand how

Vit Muller:

quickly does someone usually follow up with a person, with that lead?

Vit Muller:

I know that you've mentioned you have staff.

Vit Muller:

How many staff do you have and how quickly can they answer,

Vit Muller:

these calls or these inquiries?

Vit Muller:

Yeah, so we have two front… We have six physios, and

Vit Muller:

then we have two front desk staff.

Vit Muller:

We have Sarah, she's full-time, and then Jess, who's part-time

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Full-time and part-time.

Vit Muller:

And do you happen to know, like, how long it takes them to go

Vit Muller:

back or get back to a new lead?

Vit Muller:

I don't have way to tell, but I know that like with

Vit Muller:

emails, typically average reply is next, like within 24 hours we

Vit Muller:

reply to inquiries coming through.

Vit Muller:

We have a shared Gmail inbox

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay, got it.

Vit Muller:

So you have six officials, two front desk, one full-time, one part-time, and

Vit Muller:

normally it takes them about 15 minutes.

Vit Muller:

But worse, I think, is it will take them about 24 hours to, to get to that person.

Vit Muller:

So when the front desk finally reaches the person, what happens in real life?

Vit Muller:

Do they, book an appointment for an initial assessment?

Vit Muller:

do you guys send a booking link or

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: keep following up?

Vit Muller:

w- yeah.

Vit Muller:

So right now we use Cliniko.

Vit Muller:

so we send them a link to, Cliniko, which is, like a, in Australia, I don't know

Vit Muller:

if it's an Australian software, but it's used for health practices, so we use it.

Vit Muller:

And so we send them a link and then they book in for, an

Vit Muller:

initial assessment session.

Vit Muller:

So our physios, they have to see them to assess them to see, the severity

Vit Muller:

of… But we have some referrals from doctors, for example, who are after car

Vit Muller:

accidents, so that's pretty obvious.

Vit Muller:

But we have general public that comes in with just an regular niggle.

Vit Muller:

They feel like something's hurting and they just wanna ha-

Vit Muller:

have, have a physio look at it.

Vit Muller:

So they come in through the ad and then when the inquiry comes in, we, the,

Vit Muller:

with the form submissions, they go into HighLevel, but the notification goes

Vit Muller:

to a shared Gmail inbox and, whoever's free at the front desk picks it up

Vit Muller:

and like I said, usually the next day.

Vit Muller:

then they book in, for the initial assessment.

Vit Muller:

Sarah, she reenters their details into HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

Sometimes she forgets.

Vit Muller:

But, and then,

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: it.

Vit Muller:

Got it.

Vit Muller:

so do-- so if the lead gets the booking link, and let's say the link is sent,

Vit Muller:

is there an automated follow-up, to find out if the person didn't book?

Vit Muller:

Or I'm assuming there's none because if Sarah is entering the details

Vit Muller:

to HighLevel manually, then I don't think that there is a follow-up,

Vit Muller:

There is, so on the clinical software there is, just the basic

Vit Muller:

automated SMS reminder the day before.

Vit Muller:

But we don't see that in HighLevel because that's in a clinical

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Got it.

Vit Muller:

So right now, I, like I said, that explains a big part of why HighLevel

Vit Muller:

feels unreliable to your business.

Vit Muller:

Because again, only if the only form that is being entered inside of HighLevel is

Vit Muller:

the one that's coming from Facebook ads, not the ones from, the shared inbox,

Vit Muller:

or if Sarah has to manually recreate them in HighLevel, that means, like

Vit Muller:

the attribution and follow-up data can easily become incomplete, hence we're

Vit Muller:

not able to really utilize or maximize HighLevel right now, like to it extent.

Vit Muller:

So anyway, when Sarah adds the leads in HighLevel, does she currently

Vit Muller:

record where each lead come from?

Vit Muller:

if it's a referral or does, does, does she have to manually

Vit Muller:

enter where they came from?

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

the form submissions go into HighLevel, I think there is, an attribution,

Vit Muller:

but we don't really look at it.

Vit Muller:

I know there's like a, a-- We can look at the source, but we don't, we sometimes

Vit Muller:

look at, well, but what… Now that's if we go directly to the contact,

Vit Muller:

but that's a lot of clicking about.

Vit Muller:

For me as an owner, running two clinics, I don't have time to go through that.

Vit Muller:

And then my team, they're busy with the day-to-day, so to have some

Vit Muller:

sort of a aggregate where we can, for me at least, have a dashboard

Vit Muller:

where I can see the performance

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: A- and from what I'm hearing right now, I think what we would like

Vit Muller:

to fix really is to make sure that any new inquiries get contacted immediately.

Vit Muller:

'Cause if you're spending about $3,000 and those leads are not

Vit Muller:

actually attended to immediately, then we're losing opportunity.

Vit Muller:

Is that actually the goal, right now or do we wanna just capture every

Vit Muller:

lead source correctly or all of them?

Vit Muller:

I think all of everything you said, I'm all for it

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: All of them, but of course, we want to prioritize new inquiries.

Vit Muller:

But prioritize, new inquiries, right?

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

Oh yeah, for sure

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: So I'm asking these questions because we want to make sure

Vit Muller:

that we are able to map your, your entire business inside of HighLevel correctly.

Vit Muller:

So I will have, more, few more series of questions just to make sure that

Vit Muller:

we can map it right, correctly.

Vit Muller:

So when a new inquiry comes in, what would you ideally want to happen?

Vit Muller:

So for example, do you want them to just get a text with a booking

Vit Muller:

link, or do you want them to get an email with a booking link?

Vit Muller:

Because honestly, in HighLevel, we can automatically do that.

Vit Muller:

So when somebody fills out a form, they get, a confirmation text message

Vit Muller:

saying, "Hey, we got your, your inquiry.

Vit Muller:

You can set up an assessment here." what would you like to happen?

Vit Muller:

Yeah, I think that would be great.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

if the least like more

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: And I think we can do both SMS and email with booking link, right?

Vit Muller:

Yeah

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay, got it.

Vit Muller:

And after that message goes out, if the person still not book,

Vit Muller:

how long do you want HighLevel to wait before following up again?

Vit Muller:

I don't know if you wanna be aggressive, follow up an hour later,

Vit Muller:

a day later, three days later.

Vit Muller:

I just wanna understand.

Vit Muller:

Um, what do you suggest?

Vit Muller:

I don't know

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: normally if we wanna be aggressive because, this is somebody

Vit Muller:

who is already hot, they already inquired, so we wanna be aggressive.

Vit Muller:

So normally what I would do is if they didn't book in an hour, I would do an

Vit Muller:

hour follow-up, and then a day later would make sense, three days later also

Vit Muller:

makes sense, and then seven days later.

Vit Muller:

And if, they still have not responded, we can add them to, to a 30 days later.

Vit Muller:

And if they still have not responded, then we can just move them over to

Vit Muller:

more a long-term nurture campaign

Vit Muller:

Well, I don't know.

Vit Muller:

personally, when I get that many messages, I get, I get annoyed.

Vit Muller:

Do you think it'll work?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, absolutely.

Vit Muller:

I've worked with so many businesses, and honestly, they get more

Vit Muller:

appointments from follow-ups.

Vit Muller:

And, because you're already spending about $3,000 on ads, I honestly

Vit Muller:

would want to bombard, these people 'cause again, they already sent you

Vit Muller:

a message saying they're interested.

Vit Muller:

So the next thing that we want to make sure is that they,

Vit Muller:

they get that appointment.

Vit Muller:

So we kinda wanna be more aggressive in reminding them that

Vit Muller:

Will it hurt our brand?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: No, not really.

Vit Muller:

I would have to tell you that I have done this to multiple businesses, and

Vit Muller:

it helped them with conversion more than it actually hurt their business.

Vit Muller:

they always, in, in our SMS and email, they always have an option to opt out.

Vit Muller:

So if the, if they decided not to receive any more messages from us, they would

Vit Muller:

always have that option to opt out.

Vit Muller:

So it's not like they don't have option, because they do.

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: And I think you'd mentioned earlier that what

Vit Muller:

you're using is, Clinical.

Vit Muller:

Do you want to use HighLevel to-- are you open to migrating this

Vit Muller:

appointment system inside of HighLevel, or are, do you still wanna use

Vit Muller:

Clinical for the appointment part?

Vit Muller:

what does it mean?

Vit Muller:

Is it gonna, if it helps reduce the bill, for sure

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah.

Vit Muller:

absolutely.

Vit Muller:

'Cause if you're only using clinical for the booking side or the appointment side,

Vit Muller:

I would honestly recommend to just, build it inside of HighLevel because HighLevel

Vit Muller:

can help you build your calendar, and plus it's HIPAA compliant, you can

Vit Muller:

absolutely use it for, for your business.

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

I can tell you a bit more about like what happens after as well if you like

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: I'm sorry?

Vit Muller:

the, like what happens with the c- with the clients when they come in?

Vit Muller:

What happens after?

Vit Muller:

How do we, how do we handle the rest of it, if you'd like to know

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: if let's say there's a new client, what can happen is

Vit Muller:

that we can set up, let's say-- I'm not sure if you're familiar

Vit Muller:

with this, but, conversational AI.

Vit Muller:

so initially we can, let's say…

Vit Muller:

s- sorry, I meant more like, the, like in when we get a

Vit Muller:

client, like what happens after, like we actually do more, sessions.

Vit Muller:

if you wanna… Because, I'm looking at, maybe there might be other

Vit Muller:

opportunities how you can help me

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: You mean if you have new clients who'd be interested in this?

Vit Muller:

no.

Vit Muller:

I'm talking about our patients.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay

Vit Muller:

like the journey, so what happens is, obv- obviously

Vit Muller:

they've got their first appointment for the initial assessment.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: okay

Vit Muller:

and the physio is, is looking… is meant to book them for the

Vit Muller:

next session before the patient leaves, but they're usually running late, so

Vit Muller:

they send them out, to the front desk.

Vit Muller:

and then ob- obviously the goal is we want… This is

Vit Muller:

where we make the money, right?

Vit Muller:

we don't make the money on the first assessment, we make the

Vit Muller:

money on an ongoing treatment.

Vit Muller:

So patients come in for follow-ups.

Vit Muller:

If they drop off, nobody really chases them.

Vit Muller:

We just assume they got better, and no-shows get a phone call

Vit Muller:

if the front desk has time.

Vit Muller:

So I think that could be maybe an opportunity.

Vit Muller:

I don't know.

Vit Muller:

And then after the treatments, we do ask them for a Google review if we remember.

Vit Muller:

There's no follow-up when a treatment plan finishes and nothing

Vit Muller:

to invite people to Pilates.

Vit Muller:

Pilates is, our upsell, so we run Pilates classes.

Vit Muller:

or, invite them back for a checkup.

Vit Muller:

And then obviously GPs, they n- they never hear back from us about

Vit Muller:

the patients they referred, 'cause they are, they don't really care.

Vit Muller:

They're busy anyway, at least the ones that we work with.

Vit Muller:

So I think that's roughly the whole journey for us.

Vit Muller:

Honestly, I think the problem is right at the start, we

Vit Muller:

just need more leads coming in

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Got it.

Vit Muller:

Got it.

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

Well, thank you so much for being so detailed about that.

Vit Muller:

Now that you've mentioned it, so pretty much the initial

Vit Muller:

assessment, is that a paid one?

Vit Muller:

assessment is paid, and then right after the initial assessment is when they will

Vit Muller:

be booking for the next treatment, right?

Vit Muller:

Or whatever is the recommended treatment

Vit Muller:

yeah, so the offer that we ran on Facebook, it's, it's a

Vit Muller:

50% off for the initial assessment.

Vit Muller:

So normally we would charge, $150 for an initial assessment.

Vit Muller:

so they get it for $75

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay, got it.

Vit Muller:

thank you for sharing that, part of the journey.

Vit Muller:

So pretty much after someone completes the initial, a-assessment, do they

Vit Muller:

actually get booked for a treatment within the same day or is it like after

Vit Muller:

a certain number of days or they, like the, the patient had to decide like

Vit Muller:

when they wanna get the treatment?

Vit Muller:

So yeah, after the finished assessment, the physio

Vit Muller:

is meant to book them for the next session before they leave.

Vit Muller:

that's the big thing that we try and educate them, but they are usually

Vit Muller:

running late for the next one, so they just send the person out to the front

Vit Muller:

desk, and then if the front desk is on the call or something, they might wait.

Vit Muller:

but it's, it's we kinda rely on the team to make sure that they get that organized.

Vit Muller:

It doesn't always happen, so I guess that could be some improvement there

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Got it.

Vit Muller:

I understood.

Vit Muller:

So pretty much if, if we're running out of time to book them for a treatment, we

Vit Muller:

just send them over to the front desk.

Vit Muller:

So if the front desk never even saw them, then we couldn't even

Vit Muller:

book them for a treatment, right?

Vit Muller:

Yeah

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay, got it.

Vit Muller:

I, I wanna say when, the assessment is completed, and so I guess I wanna

Vit Muller:

ask, like, how soon do you want us, or High Level to follow up with

Vit Muller:

someone who completed the assessment but left without booking treatment?

Vit Muller:

ideally, do you want them to receive, an email and SMS, which I think is the best?

Vit Muller:

'Cause let's say we didn't see them, we wanna send them an email and SMS

Vit Muller:

and say, "Hey, we completed your assessment, but didn't-- I noticed

Vit Muller:

you didn't book a treatment." how soon do you think we want that to happen?

Vit Muller:

as soon as they leave the connect

Vit Muller:

should be right away, I would say.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, because it's fresh.

Vit Muller:

They just spoke to one of our physio, they assessed them,

Vit Muller:

they told them, what's wrong.

Vit Muller:

they probably already outlined what could be, the treatment plan for them verbally

Vit Muller:

before they left the practice room.

Vit Muller:

So it's fresh in their mind.

Vit Muller:

They know about the problem.

Vit Muller:

It'll be great to, yeah, follow up right away.

Vit Muller:

I'm a big fan of, personal interaction, so I would love my staff team to do it,

Vit Muller:

and they do, but it's not consistent.

Vit Muller:

So, maybe this could be an extra layer that helps

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Got it.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, actually, now that you're saying it, I think it, it, it makes

Vit Muller:

sense for the official to actually mark that appointment completed.

Vit Muller:

And as soon as that is marked completed, then we wanna have, an automated

Vit Muller:

system that basically sends them an email or a text sending, "Hey,

Vit Muller:

we have completed your assessment.

Vit Muller:

Here's the result, and here's the, here's the treatment plan

Vit Muller:

that you can avail," right?

Vit Muller:

right after we mark them completed.

Vit Muller:

So yeah.

Vit Muller:

I think I just need one key rule.

Vit Muller:

Should one patient ever have two… I think yes, right?

Vit Muller:

should have two active opportunity card, in the process, right?

Vit Muller:

'Cause they can avail different treatments or services from the clinic, right?

Vit Muller:

And then inside of HighLevel, you wanna have or you wanna see the services that

Vit Muller:

they have availed in one pipeline, right?

Vit Muller:

I'm not familiar with this.

Vit Muller:

you're losing me here a little bit

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, like what I'm trying to say is that in the dashboard, like in

Vit Muller:

HighLevel, normally what we will do is we will create like a pipeline for you.

Vit Muller:

Pipeline is kind of like the visual representation of how your leads are

Vit Muller:

moving from one stage to another.

Vit Muller:

So let's say from new lead over to when somebody book an appointment, right?

Vit Muller:

I know that your clinics offers, different services, right?

Vit Muller:

Ideally, do you

Vit Muller:

okay.

Vit Muller:

So you mean the Pilates?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, let's say one, I book for Pilates today and then, tomorrow I'm

Vit Muller:

probably booking for a different service.

Vit Muller:

So right now, technically the same patient can have two active opportunities, right?

Vit Muller:

Or active services.

Vit Muller:

Well, typically if people come to us with a problem, it's initially

Vit Muller:

it's the, obviously the assessment and then it's a treatment plan.

Vit Muller:

we want to go get them to go through the treatment plan.

Vit Muller:

Now, part of the treatment later on is that we also suggest that aside

Vit Muller:

from seeing the physios for the treatments, they do, some homework at

Vit Muller:

home, or they can come to our Pilates, for some complimentary exercises.

Vit Muller:

So yeah, so you're right, but typically it's a, it's an upsell.

Vit Muller:

I wouldn't see it as a separate opportunity

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Got it.

Vit Muller:

So it's just one, we wanna see just one lead and then see e-every

Vit Muller:

services that they have availed, but it doesn't have to be multiple cards

Vit Muller:

in, in, in, in the dashboard, right?

Vit Muller:

So what should count as the successful end?

Vit Muller:

So when they book their first treatment session, or is it after

Vit Muller:

they completed the treatment plan?

Vit Muller:

there's conversion points across… It's hard for me, but like

Vit Muller:

I'm gonna take a little pause here 'cause I'm trying to stay in like the

Vit Muller:

role of the physio over there, but it's a bit hard for me 'cause my mind goes

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: No worries.

Vit Muller:

I know.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: I think it's, to make it simple, we can just

Vit Muller:

count it as successful, like one is when they completed the

Vit Muller:

first treatment session, right?

Vit Muller:

Yeah

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay, let's do that.

Vit Muller:

we're almost done here 'cause it's, it-- how this is designed, Vit, it's like

Vit Muller:

literally asking you everything so that it can map, every action inside of HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

So like it's super detailed.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, so after the first treatment is completed, obviously we want,

Vit Muller:

just like you've mentioned, HighLevel to send the review request, right?

Vit Muller:

at least right after

Vit Muller:

Sorry, I've just noticed, I've been focusing on being in the role

Vit Muller:

play, I haven't really watched your screen, as you're sharing the screen.

Vit Muller:

So what you've done here, you've built the AI agent to also

Vit Muller:

generate the follow-up questions.

Vit Muller:

So this works if you're literally on the phone with a client,

Vit Muller:

it tells you what to ask next.

Vit Muller:

That is brilliant.

Vit Muller:

Because even if you're going after an industry that you don't really know

Vit Muller:

much about, well, AI comes here to the rescue and asks the right questions.

Vit Muller:

So this is great.

Vit Muller:

Let's continue on

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: and it also make recommendations, in terms of,

Vit Muller:

let's say you have said something that is not something that can

Vit Muller:

be done inside of HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

It will challenge your ideas.

Vit Muller:

It will tell you that it cannot be done or this is a better way to do this.

Vit Muller:

So for example, this one like, "Hey, we-- I wanna collect Google review

Vit Muller:

at least right after the assessment."

Vit Muller:

And then it will tell you like, "Hey, should a Google review request go out

Vit Muller:

immediately right after the assessment or would you prefer a short delay such as

Vit Muller:

one to two hours later?" Because industry practice, you wanna wait one or two

Vit Muller:

hours later, like not immediately, right?

Vit Muller:

So it's kind of like making those different suggestion like one aft-

Vit Muller:

yeah, one hour after makes more sense.

Vit Muller:

So now I'm like, whatever the client is telling me, and you

Vit Muller:

can do this during the call.

Vit Muller:

while we're talking right now, I can even like just turn on the voice,

Vit Muller:

functionality here so that whatever your answer is, I can just feed

Vit Muller:

it directly to, to this AI, right?

Vit Muller:

Or maybe whatever is the recording of this call, I can feed it over here and then

Vit Muller:

it do- it, it will no longer ask me all these different questions because it will

Vit Muller:

just, it will just map the entire process based on our ca- based on our call, right?

Vit Muller:

Yeah, yeah.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah.

Vit Muller:

here I have more questions, like I think a few more, but, for patients

Vit Muller:

who book an assessment but do not show up, what should happen next?

Vit Muller:

Rebook, right?

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Rebook

Vit Muller:

they should be rebooking for sure

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Okay.

Vit Muller:

I think we're almost done here.

Vit Muller:

Let me just finish this so that I can, I think I have everything

Vit Muller:

that I need from you, Vit.

Vit Muller:

Let me see what we can build out here unless you have additional

Vit Muller:

then obviously what you're trying to do here, guys, if you're

Vit Muller:

listening to this podcast, right?

Vit Muller:

I know that you're still here.

Vit Muller:

what we're trying to do here, and I assume correctly what you're trying

Vit Muller:

to do, Jay-cee, is you wanna get the full journey, not just the initial

Vit Muller:

converting to a customer, but also the ongoing, the evangelization of

Vit Muller:

the customer and all that, right?

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Exactly.

Vit Muller:

So like this is an entire detailed, mapped, and it will literally

Vit Muller:

tell you what you need to build inside of HighLevel, not just the

Vit Muller:

trigger, but also all the different actions, by the end of this.

Vit Muller:

So even if I say, "Hey, generate the process map," because it will generate

Vit Muller:

us a process map, it will tell us that, "Yeah, I can generate it for you, but

Vit Muller:

I think I need, to clarify a few more."

Vit Muller:

So it won't really, it won't really like, finalize it for me.

Vit Muller:

So in re- in reality, it would make more sense if you will be able to

Vit Muller:

answer all the questions that it has.

Vit Muller:

Like for example, if someone books a treatment.

Vit Muller:

So like normally we do this kind of call after the-- I think

Vit Muller:

after we, like the client said they wanna work with you, right?

Vit Muller:

Meaning to say we only do this to map their process, in detail.

Vit Muller:

Because the initial discovery call is just asking, "Hey, what do you wanna

Vit Muller:

build?" And then, exactly, exactly like what do you wanna achieve inside of

Vit Muller:

HighLevel, but it won't detail exactly what needs to happen in HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

So now I said, "Hey, let's generate the process map."

Vit Muller:

And now if you'd notice, it now generated the entire workflow, right?

Vit Muller:

and this is what, right, this is what we usually write in,

Vit Muller:

in, in white, whiteboard.

Vit Muller:

And then now it will also tell you like the build specification in HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

And what I like about this, Vi- Vit is I can copy this code, and like I said,

Vit Muller:

if you have Mermaid or maybe Mural, you can copy that code, send it over to,

Vit Muller:

Oh, this is great.

Vit Muller:

That was what-- So this is great.

Vit Muller:

So we use ClickUp Whiteboard in ClickUp.

Vit Muller:

I don't know if you can do it there, but, this is the most time-consuming.

Vit Muller:

By hand drawing, creating these diagrams, showing the, the, the different,

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Exactly.

Vit Muller:

I used to do this maybe two, three hours, back in the day or maybe more, right?

Vit Muller:

But right now, just while talking to the client, I'm able to, literally

Vit Muller:

document, exactly what you told me.

Vit Muller:

for example, here, these are the stages, right?

Vit Muller:

New inquiry, assessment book, assessment completed, s- treatment pending, and

Vit Muller:

then first payment, first treatment book, first treatment completed.

Vit Muller:

So that, these are the suggested, like stages that you are gonna

Vit Muller:

have to build inside of HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

And if you'd notice, I also have here what is the trigger, right?

Vit Muller:

So it says, the trigger would be a form submitted.

Vit Muller:

We're gonna capture the lead source.

Vit Muller:

If there is an existi- existing opportunity, what do we wanna happen next?

Vit Muller:

send immediate text messages, wait an hour, and stuff like that, right?

Vit Muller:

And what I like about this, because of Ask AI, I wanna do this, like

Vit Muller:

over-deliver right, Vit, because I can also copy this entire code.

Vit Muller:

And if drawing takes time, because this is the mapping, it takes really a lot

Vit Muller:

of time, sometimes a day or two, right?

Vit Muller:

If that takes time, I'm sure building also takes time.

Vit Muller:

But if you have Ask AI, notice how I copy the… Okay, let's

Vit Muller:

just copy the stage one, because this is the first stage inside of

Vit Muller:

fir- the first graph.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, like the first graph, and normally the first graph

Vit Muller:

represents the first workflow that you're gonna build inside of HighLevel,

Vit Muller:

Yeah

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: right?

Vit Muller:

So here, I can do Ask AI, build the workflow, and notice that it's now

Vit Muller:

building my workflow in HighLevel, right?

Vit Muller:

And then it will ask me, will the f- wha- what will trigger this?

Vit Muller:

It's form submitted.

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

So it just clarifies that question, and we allow the system to do its magic, right?

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

This is great

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: n- yeah.

Vit Muller:

And what's more fun here, Vit, is that now it also tells you documents.

Vit Muller:

Okay, these are the stages you need to build inside of HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

Because obviously, if you're starting from scratch, you need to build a

Vit Muller:

pipeline, you need to build, the stages, so you need to create this.

Vit Muller:

You also need to, create the workflow.

Vit Muller:

So it has the build specifications, and then it also will tell you what

Vit Muller:

are the required assets, including you need to build, a calendar, you need

Vit Muller:

to build a treatment calendar, and then it also will tell you, you need

Vit Muller:

to build, the email templates, the confirmations, and everything, right?

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

So even before building the workflow, you need to build

Vit Muller:

all those prerequisites, right?

Vit Muller:

so yeah, now it's building it.

Vit Muller:

Notice how it's actually building it the way it is also

Vit Muller:

structured inside of my map.

Vit Muller:

at this.

Vit Muller:

So a, a couple of observations I'm making here from now not a role

Vit Muller:

play, but my point of view as a agency owner who sells SaaS and upsells services

Vit Muller:

and builds for accounts for clients.

Vit Muller:

What I like about this is, the first part is makes it very easy for me

Vit Muller:

if I wanted to, if I'm approaching a new industry, a new vertical, AI

Vit Muller:

helps me ask the right questions.

Vit Muller:

Second, I like that you can generate those visual flow charts really quickly

Vit Muller:

just by dropping the cl- the code here.

Vit Muller:

Because what happens after that consultation, right?

Vit Muller:

You wanna sell them the deal.

Vit Muller:

one, one question I haven't asked you is how would you price

Vit Muller:

it, but we can come to that.

Vit Muller:

But whatever the price ends up being, how would you quote it, is what I like

Vit Muller:

about this is that you've got something that you can send to the person.

Vit Muller:

You can put a price tag to it, you can flick them an email, but it includes this.

Vit Muller:

It includes something tangible that they can look at, they can

Vit Muller:

really see in detail the work.

Vit Muller:

And what I would do with this, I would say maybe on that call, I would maybe,

Vit Muller:

say, "Look, I'll get back to you in 24 hours with a proposed, system design." and

Vit Muller:

I would stretch it out, say, "Look, our team has to now go to work and design it.

Vit Muller:

It would take a little bit of… There's a lot of work that goes into

Vit Muller:

it." They don't necessarily need to know that this is done this quickly,

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Exactly.

Vit Muller:

value of it.

Vit Muller:

Then they get an email.

Vit Muller:

They get the email with a link to see the board or however you present it, whether

Vit Muller:

you screenshot it or put it into a quote.

Vit Muller:

and then you can go to HighLevel, create an estimate, drop it in there, put

Vit Muller:

the estimate, put the price in there.

Vit Muller:

But they've got something that they can see.

Vit Muller:

The actual value is visibly there as opposed to just whole

Vit Muller:

bunch of text and the price tag.

Vit Muller:

so this

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: allows me to really

Vit Muller:

up the sales process

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Right.

Vit Muller:

And this allows me to really close, clients, paying me $7,000, $10,000

Vit Muller:

all because, I was able to now, and this is I think our job, right?

Vit Muller:

As somebody who is offering, let's say, a done-for-you custom build using

Vit Muller:

HighLevel, our job is to be able to translate, right, the idea of this

Vit Muller:

business owner into a HighLevel solution.

Vit Muller:

So how do you translate that?

Vit Muller:

It's actually being able to visualize exactly, that and

Vit Muller:

show it to a business owner.

Vit Muller:

So now they'd be more comfortable to pay you whatever price, tag you put

Vit Muller:

in here because they can visually see, okay, this is exactly what's on my mind.

Vit Muller:

Now let's move on to building this inside of HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

Yep.

Vit Muller:

No, it's awesome

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Right?

Vit Muller:

And even if it's a beginner, if you'd notice now, you can see

Vit Muller:

that, okay, the workflow is built.

Vit Muller:

Now this is your stage one.

Vit Muller:

All you need to do is, select the form.

Vit Muller:

If you haven't created the form yet, you need to just add all those,

Vit Muller:

forms, maybe the emails that you need to enter inside of your, you

Vit Muller:

know, inside of your workflow.

Vit Muller:

So let's say you need to send an SMS.

Vit Muller:

So now your job is to just, send or cr-- like draft or, maybe update

Vit Muller:

the SMS templates that's here.

Vit Muller:

But even the SMS template has been pre, like pre-written by AI, which is amazing.

Vit Muller:

Like I said, Vit, it normally takes me about, what?

Vit Muller:

A week or maybe a month to do this.

Vit Muller:

But now, you can even do a custom build inside of HighLevel within a day,

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: right?

Vit Muller:

Because, yeah, you just have to go ahead and check what AI built for you.

Vit Muller:

So you just have… So your job is now your QA, your quality assurance.

Vit Muller:

You need to check and see if it builds the right thing.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

This is awesome.

Vit Muller:

All right.

Vit Muller:

guys, if you're listening to this podcast, if you're driving a car,

Vit Muller:

obviously you don't get to see the visuals, what Jay-cee is showing us.

Vit Muller:

So we do have a YouTube version, so I highly recommend later on if you wanna

Vit Muller:

see it, have a look at it, check it out, because everything that we're covering

Vit Muller:

so far is you could build it yourself.

Vit Muller:

Like you could, if you know how to build an agent, you could do it there.

Vit Muller:

you could follow the instructions that Jay-cee just covered,

Vit Muller:

use that whiteboard tool.

Vit Muller:

Everything that we've showed you so far is totally easy to do it yourself, and you

Vit Muller:

end up with much more efficient workflow

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah.

Vit Muller:

And I just wanna share this, Vit.

Vit Muller:

I just recently had this updated because of the recent, like

Vit Muller:

changes inside of, ChatGPT.

Vit Muller:

ChatGPT now has a direct plugin inside of HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

So if you're somebody who is more fond of using the cowork, session instead of

Vit Muller:

ChatGPT, and you don't wanna build it like just I did, and you want, your AI

Vit Muller:

agent to be building it for you, like hands-free, you can, because inside of the

Vit Muller:

same, chat, I have the Astra build bucket.

Vit Muller:

probably I will update it to the new version, but you can literally copy all

Vit Muller:

of these and, like inside of the cowork session, and allow it to build for you

Vit Muller:

Right.

Vit Muller:

And so your coworker can take extra context from other, connected

Vit Muller:

sources that you might have, but it connects to your GHL through MCP,

Vit Muller:

and then it can do the building.

Vit Muller:

Now, is, automation workflow building now available?

Vit Muller:

I was under the impression that HighLevel doesn't have that yet

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: it will be coming.

Vit Muller:

Okay.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Vit, we were able to do some workarounds, but it's using Claude.

Vit Muller:

inside of Claude Codex, you are able to, like not through MCP,

Vit Muller:

but I think it's coming soon

Vit Muller:

I saw that little smile on your face.

Vit Muller:

I think what you're alluding to is there are some, some people that know a little

Vit Muller:

bit, some insights from HighLevel team.

Vit Muller:

I know Michael Reimer was hinting a few things.

Vit Muller:

I know that Danny Clark was hinting on a few things.

Vit Muller:

Guys, Level Up at Dallas, at the end of October is coming up.

Vit Muller:

So I know because I've been in the HighLevel space for

Vit Muller:

over five years every year.

Vit Muller:

this year in particular has been very impressive.

Vit Muller:

there's been the most amount of updates I've ever seen this year,

Vit Muller:

and that's even before Level Up.

Vit Muller:

So normally it goes really quiet, and it hasn't been quiet.

Vit Muller:

There's updates been coming out.

Vit Muller:

So I can't even begin to think what are the updates that are, that they

Vit Muller:

keep specifically for the Level Up day, which is the day that, the second

Vit Muller:

day at the Level Up where they, go through all the amazing updates.

Vit Muller:

but I know from

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: it's mind-blowing.

Vit Muller:

That's the one word I can only share for now because it's really confidential.

Vit Muller:

yeah.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: It is gonna be mind-blowing.

Vit Muller:

I have been using HighLevel since 2018, and I would have to say

Vit Muller:

that they've come a long way and, it's gonna be mind-blowing, right?

Vit Muller:

it's a mind-blowing updates that's

Vit Muller:

we're getting really close.

Vit Muller:

your workflow that you just showed us today, it's very impressive.

Vit Muller:

I love it.

Vit Muller:

There's another product that, I'm gonna be interview… I'm

Vit Muller:

currently trying to organize an interview for, it's called Realwife.

Vit Muller:

so we're gonna be diving into that.

Vit Muller:

you probably know about that one, Jay-cee.

Vit Muller:

and I wish… There's one more thing.

Vit Muller:

I s- 'cause the whole thing, I'm looking at this and how

Vit Muller:

could we automate even more?

Vit Muller:

Like that conversation that you had with me, you still had to type it in, right?

Vit Muller:

To get the follow-up questions generated by AI.

Vit Muller:

I wonder if there's gonna be a product soon, where you know how

Vit Muller:

you use Fathom on a Zoom call, or you use Whisperflow on a Zoom call?

Vit Muller:

What if, you could just have a conversation, the AI is listening, but

Vit Muller:

it's not only recording and listening and generating a transcript, but in real time

Vit Muller:

it's showing you what you should ask next.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, absolutely

Vit Muller:

what I mean?

Vit Muller:

So it'd just be there.

Vit Muller:

And then if it could do that, then what if you

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: That would be game changing.

Vit Muller:

right?

Vit Muller:

Because then you j- you can just be fully focused on,

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: The call

Vit Muller:

on the call, on the person, keeping eye contact, focusing on building

Vit Muller:

that rapport, everything, and then you've got a little assistant that's telling

Vit Muller:

you what next question you should ask them as part of the discovery session.

Vit Muller:

And I wonder maybe if it could do that, if you could also replace

Vit Muller:

yourself from that session

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Now you're challenging me, Vit.

Vit Muller:

Now I have, an actual product to, to make again.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

There we go.

Vit Muller:

I know that, Ryan O'Connor was showing something, Ryan

Vit Muller:

from gr- from, Growtheable.

Vit Muller:

He was showing something, on Facebook couple of months back.

Vit Muller:

I've got to come back to him on that.

Vit Muller:

But I've seen something like that being made, not exactly for this use case, for

Vit Muller:

another use case, but it was an AI call, a real person having a Zoom call with an

Vit Muller:

AI agent as opposed to a staff member.

Vit Muller:

So it's interesting.

Vit Muller:

It's interesting.

Vit Muller:

it's crazy where the world is going.

Vit Muller:

It's

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: is going.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

it's exciting and scary at the same time.

Vit Muller:

So we'll see where we get to.

Vit Muller:

But, yeah.

Vit Muller:

So you have, amazing process.

Vit Muller:

I love it.

Vit Muller:

Thank you so much for sharing it.

Vit Muller:

Now, I wanted to ask you, If you wanted to share anything with the

Vit Muller:

audience, like now would be a good time 'cause we're towards the end

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: well, if there's anything I really want to share, is it my program?

Vit Muller:

Yes.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, go ahead

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: yeah.

Vit Muller:

Well, we do have a free community.

Vit Muller:

It's called GHL for Beginners, where we teach right now Filipinos to learn

Vit Muller:

HighLevel and automation specifically.

Vit Muller:

So not just, HighLevel, but you know, anything automation, we

Vit Muller:

teach that inside of our community.

Vit Muller:

It's a free community.

Vit Muller:

And, right now, Vit, you guys, if you are somebody who would like to also

Vit Muller:

get your team trained with HighLevel, 'cause I know that a lot of, a lot of

Vit Muller:

agency owners do have a really good people in their team, and they don't

Vit Muller:

want to train them themselves, right?

Vit Muller:

So if you're somebody looking for an actual training that is more

Vit Muller:

in-depth in HighLevel, definitely our program is called HL Accelerator.

Vit Muller:

Vit will be sharing, the link in the comment, like in the

Vit Muller:

description or comment, later on, so you guys can actually enroll

Vit Muller:

your VAs into this program.

Vit Muller:

I think more than anything, you need to invest in your people, right?

Vit Muller:

Because if you as a business owner really don't want, and I think it's not that

Vit Muller:

you don't want, maybe it's more like you don't have the time to be doing

Vit Muller:

that, let us do it for you so that they can actually really operate HighLevel,

Vit Muller:

the way it should be operated for your agency or maybe for your business.

Vit Muller:

So I do have that in-depth training for HighLevel, automation.

Vit Muller:

Brilliant.

Vit Muller:

Guys, if you head over to highlevelexperience.com/ghlaccelerator,

Vit Muller:

you can find out more about, Jay-cee's offer.

Vit Muller:

Jay-cee, thank you so much for sharing that.

Vit Muller:

We'll have a link in the show notes for you guys as well, and you can

Vit Muller:

find out more about the training.

Vit Muller:

I know personally, I, as an entrepreneur, as a very technical guy, like I just

Vit Muller:

like to get into a flow when I'm working.

Vit Muller:

I just like to… I'm very, self-sufficient, building

Vit Muller:

stuff, doing my day-to-day work.

Vit Muller:

What I don't really enjoy doing is managing people.

Vit Muller:

It's just not something that I enjoy doing.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Or train their people.

Vit Muller:

or training.

Vit Muller:

training, I, I do it the way I've, systemized.

Vit Muller:

So I use ClickUp docs, and then every SOP is a separate

Vit Muller:

ClickUp doc with a Loom video.

Vit Muller:

So if I get somebody in, I just point them to that.

Vit Muller:

but, it's something that I personally don't enjoy because it just takes me

Vit Muller:

away from what, what I perceive as more valuable, but I could be wrong.

Vit Muller:

it's just me.

Vit Muller:

I know there's some really good leaders who are really great people, like

Vit Muller:

people, have really great people skills, and they know how to manage people.

Vit Muller:

I don't think I'm that person, but, this is where you solve that problem.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yes.

Vit Muller:

That's exactly what I do to make sure that you don't have to worry about training

Vit Muller:

them from scratch because, our program is really meant for beginners, like totally

Vit Muller:

people who have not touched HighLevel,

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, absolutely.

Vit Muller:

Jay-cee, I've got so many more questions I wanted to ask you, but

Vit Muller:

we're keeping these episodes to an hour.

Vit Muller:

what we'll do is, I might have to invite you for a next one.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yes.

Vit Muller:

more, more about the, the VIs and all that stuff, and where

Vit Muller:

that's going with AI and all that.

Vit Muller:

So yeah, if you're up for it, we'll have to get you back in and

Vit Muller:

do a, a feature episode on that.

Vit Muller:

But yeah, thank you so much for sharing the,

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: you.

Vit Muller:

It is an honor

Vit Muller:

Yeah, it's been awesome.

Vit Muller:

Thank you for sharing your, the f- the Flow journey.

Vit Muller:

We've showed the guys something practical that they can literally

Vit Muller:

go and, build themselves today.

Vit Muller:

Obviously, it's not as straightforward.

Vit Muller:

You have to put a bit of effort building that custom, custom agent.

Vit Muller:

Do you do… Is that something that you offer or

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: That's actually part of our program.

Vit Muller:

it's free, so I'm just letting people use it for free.

Vit Muller:

I will be sharing the link with you so that you can put it in the

Vit Muller:

description, description link later on.

Vit Muller:

but yeah, you just have to have a custom, a ChatGPT account, even if it's

Vit Muller:

a free account, because you can use it.

Vit Muller:

Although ChatGPT is, I think, decommissioning the, like custom GPT,

Vit Muller:

so I am migrating it to a plugin, and I just, recently applied it as a public

Vit Muller:

plugin so that people can use it, right?

Vit Muller:

So yeah, hopefully it gets approved soon so that people can use it publicly.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

So guys, those of you who know how to build your own, custom GPTs, you're

Vit Muller:

probably all right to build your own.

Vit Muller:

but yeah, we'll share something in the show notes, and yeah, you just have to

Vit Muller:

be quick about it, like Jay-cee said.

Vit Muller:

there's gonna be a switch, on the custom GPTs being, made

Vit Muller:

redundant, we'll go through that.

Vit Muller:

But yeah, thank you so much, Jay-cee.

Vit Muller:

If there's one last piece of advice you'd like to share with the guys

Vit Muller:

listening, now would be a good time.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah, I think, just jump into this now.

Vit Muller:

a lot of people are really overthinking it, and I had to tell this multiple times

Vit Muller:

in a lot of videos that I think if you are thinking into learning HighLevel or if

Vit Muller:

you're thinking to becoming a SaaSprenuer, do not overthink it and just get started.

Vit Muller:

Because I think the hardest always is to get started.

Vit Muller:

And I'm sure for you, Vit, you have planned to do your podcast for a long

Vit Muller:

time, but the hardest was to get started.

Vit Muller:

But as soon as you get started, everything follows.

Vit Muller:

right now you had over hundreds of, I would say guests inside of your podcast

Vit Muller:

because you chose to get started.

Vit Muller:

So I think if there's anything that I would like to tell

Vit Muller:

everybody is to do the same thing.

Vit Muller:

Just get started and do not overthink it.

Vit Muller:

do not think about how many followers you have because you are the ones who

Vit Muller:

is supposed to create your audience.

Vit Muller:

You don't wait for an audience, you have to create an audience for yourself.

Vit Muller:

That's right.

Vit Muller:

I used to have a quote that I had on my… I used to have a fitness business,

Vit Muller:

a, a couple of years back, and my favorite quote I had on a website, I

Vit Muller:

had on my business card, "The secret of getting ahead is getting started."

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Yeah.

Vit Muller:

So you just reminded me there.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Exactly.

Vit Muller:

that-- everybody's asking you for a secret sauce.

Vit Muller:

What's your, formula?

Vit Muller:

What-- how did you get there?

Vit Muller:

And I was like, "Maybe just get started first," right?

Vit Muller:

Because,

Vit Muller:

do the work.

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: yeah, just do the work.

Vit Muller:

just jump on a podcast, maybe jump on building your first,

Vit Muller:

workflow inside of HighLevel.

Vit Muller:

that's how you would be able to get to this level.

Vit Muller:

yeah.

Vit Muller:

And I

Vit Muller:

One thing I would-- one caveat to all this, I would say is make

Vit Muller:

sure you actually really do the work.

Vit Muller:

it's important to educate yourself, like jump on the podcast, do courses,

Vit Muller:

but then take a time to pause from the being a student mode and

Vit Muller:

educating yourself, put it aside for a minute, and actually get stuff done.

Vit Muller:

'Cause otherwise, I've seen where some people are just

Vit Muller:

in a constant student mode.

Vit Muller:

They just continue attending webinars.

Vit Muller:

They never actually take any action.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, that's the worst thing you c- you can do.

Vit Muller:

which is why we're trying these episodes, guys, to keep it, really practical.

Vit Muller:

you can literally apply what you learned today, put it to work, then,

Vit Muller:

leverage it, and then when you need an extra boost, come back for another

Vit Muller:

piece of education, another episode here on the podcast or another course

Vit Muller:

or Jesse's course or, whatever.

Vit Muller:

but I think you need to, you need to always leverage it what

Vit Muller:

you've got before you, you go for another, another study lesson.

Vit Muller:

Otherwise, you're missing it out.

Vit Muller:

And things are moving really fast right now too.

Vit Muller:

So even if you study something, it could take you too long to study, and

Vit Muller:

by the time you've learned everything, it's now the, the strategy's changed.

Vit Muller:

the technology's moving everything really fast right now.

Vit Muller:

So there's no time to sleep.

Vit Muller:

and it's, yeah, there's no time to waste right

Vit Muller:

Jay-Cee Tan: Thank you so much, Vit, for having me.

Vit Muller:

And you're right about it.

Vit Muller:

more than getting started is really making sure that you do take action,

Vit Muller:

because without taking action or without really learning things,

Vit Muller:

nothing is gonna move the needle.

Vit Muller:

So you have to move the needle yourselves.

Vit Muller:

But yeah, thank you so much for having me.

Vit Muller:

It's been an honor.

Vit Muller:

I didn't expect it to be this way.

Vit Muller:

normally the podcast is just about talking, having conversation,

Vit Muller:

but this is the first podcast that I have ever attended where

Vit Muller:

people get to learn from it.

Vit Muller:

So I'm super honored.

Vit Muller:

Thank you so much, Jay-cee.

Vit Muller:

And guys, thank you so much for listening to today's episode
